通过计算和试验分析了利用测量发动机连杆轴承处缸体振动来研究连杆轴承因间隙而引起的振动特性．从而由发动机缸体表面振动特性判定发动机连杆轴承的故障．

络合滴定法测定钙含量微型实验研究

利用微型滴定法测定含钙制品中的Ca2 含量,并对微型滴定法与常量滴定法的平行测定结果进行了比较。结果两种方法无显著性差异,F检验t检验结果均在允许范围内,相对偏差均小于2.0%,微型滴定法的精度达到常量滴定法测定水平,能满足化学分析要求。     

呋喃西林水溶液在光和热作用下的稳定性

The influence of both light and heat on the stability of nitrofurazone aqueous solution was studied. Results show that in either heating experiments or the exposure to light at high temperatures, the degradation rate obeyed zero-order kinetics. The total rate constant ktotal caused by both light and heat can be divided into two parts: ktotal =kdark klight, where kdark and klight are the degradation rate constants caused by heat and light, respectively. The klight can be expressed as klight=Alight*exp(-Ea,light/RT)*E, where E is the illuminance of light, and Alight and Ea,light both are experimental constants. The values of these kinetic parameters were determined based on the experiments in the dark and upon exposure to three different light sources. Results show that the values of Alight and Ea, light varied with the light source. To save time, labor, and drugs, exponential heating experiments were employed and compared with the isothermal experiments. Results indicated that kinetic parameters obtained by exponential heating experiments are comparable to those obtained by isothermal experiments either in the dark or upon exposure to light.     

Advanced statistical evaluation of the complex formation constants from electrophoretic data II: Diastereomeric ion-pairs of (R,S)-N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine and tert-butylcarbamoylquinine

Intermolecular association and ion-pair formation, respectively, between a cationic chiral selector, viz. o-9-(tert-butylcarbamoyl) quinine (CQN), and the both enantiomers of anionic N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)leucine, (R)-DNB-Leu and (S)-DNB-Leu, were investigated by affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE). Thus, binding constants of the both diastereomeric ion-pairs, (R) and (S)-DNB-Leu/CQN associates, were determined by different experimental setups and correction of nonlinear effects. A reciprocal setup was employed for the high-affinity (S)-enantiomer, and the experimental mobility data obtained for CQN at variable (S)-DNB-Leu concentrations in the background electrolyte were linearized and evaluated by advanced statistical model. A binding constant of K_S=125.1 l mol⁻¹ was afforded. The constant for the (R)-enantiomer, which is outside the range suitable for direct affinity CE, was obtained from indirect affinity CE utilizing the separation of the DNB-Leu racemate at a single appropriate CQN concentration in the BGE (resolution method) taking advantage of the known constant for the (S)-enantiomer yielding a binding constant of K_R=2.51 l mol⁻¹. Thereby, the so-called “constant time method” was adopted for the required precise measurement of the effective mobilities of the both enantiomers. A combined approach of reciprocal affinity CE with racemic DNB-Leu as additive and the resolution method confirmed the results. The resulting constants evidence excellent enantioselectivity of the tert-butylcarbamoyl derivative of the cinchona alkaloid quinine as chiral selector for N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl) derivatives of amino acids.     

“线上线下-虚实结合”在有机化学实验教学中的应用探索——以正溴丁烷的制备实验为例

In response to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on organic chemistry laboratory teaching, this article analyzes and discusses the current limitation of traditional organic chemistry laboratory teaching. Taking the "preparation of n-bromobutane" as an example, a new "online-offline and virtual-actual combination" teaching mode with the combination of "Tencent Meeting, MLabs, laboratory and WeChat group" is introduced. The practice of the new mode of teaching includes the following steps: pre-class online guiding by teacher, student preview and practice based on the virtual simulation platform, students and teacher discussion and operation in laboratory, and post-classcomprehensive assessment and Q&A", and good teaching effects have been received. It is significant in cultivating and improving the independent innovation and practical ability, and provides reference for the organic chemistry laboratory teaching reform and also lays a foundation for the construction of "outstanding course" of organic chemistry.     

苏颂廉政思想述论

苏颂从23岁任官,到81岁退休,历任应天、杭州、婺州等地方长官;又任吏部尚书、尚书左丞、宰相等高官,始终两袖清风,一尘不染,实践了他所倡导的廉政思想.苏颂要求皇帝、后妃、重臣应成为廉政榜样的思想和苏颂奏请以法律监督和保证廉政的思想,时至今日,仍发人深思.

试析鲁迅"立人"的理论支点--兼论鲁迅对民主科学的质疑

鲁迅思想和文学的逻辑起点是“立人”,但他以什么“立人”呢?考察鲁迅生平和著作所显现的思想脉络可以看出,他“立人”的理论支点是人的自由存在。鲁迅是以自由存在作为尺度去批判封建思想,解构封建体系的;同时,也以此质疑西方近代文明,审视民主与科学的有限性。自由存在的本原性使鲁迅思想更切近人的本质解放,因而他才成为现代中国最深刻的思想者。     

亚铁法处理大型高炉煤气洗涤水中氰化物的实验研究

采用亚铁法处理高炉煤气洗涤水，并用正交实验设计方法设计实验。根据正交实验结果分析和单因素实验得出：硫酸亚铁可以有效除去高炉煤气洗涤水中的氰化物；最佳反应条件为：T=30℃，pH=6，α=3．5，t，=40min，td=35min；影响因素顺序为：r〉α〉pH〉td〉tr。
