过氧聚钨酸薄膜上光栅的制备

用过氧聚钨酸（PPTA）水溶液，通过离心涂膜法在显微镜载玻片上制备了具有光滑表面且厚度为100nm的PPTA薄膜，利用PPTA薄膜在紫外光照下可研制光栅以及其它光学元件的薄膜材料，具有很高的利用价值。     

Generation of 3rd and 5th harmonics in a thin superconducting film by temperature oscillations and isothermal nonlinear current response

The generation of harmonics of the voltage response is considered when an AC current is applied through a superconducting film above T_c. It is shown that almost at all temperatures the mechanism of the temperature oscillations created by the AC current and the temperature dependence of the resistance dominates over the isothermal nonlinear electric conductivity. Only in a narrow critical region close to T_c the latter is essential for the generation of the harmonics. A detailed investigation of harmonics generation provides an accurate method for measuring the thermal boundary conductance between the film and the insulating substrate. The critical behaviour of the third harmonic will give a new method for the determination of the lifetime of metastable Cooper pairs above T_c. The comparison of the calculated fifth harmonics of the voltage with the experiment is proposed as an important test for the applicability of the employed theoretical models. Temperature effect on deposition rate of silicon nitride films

Temperature effects on deposition rate of silicon nitride films were characterized by building a neural network prediction model. The silicon nitride films were deposited by using a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system and process parameter effects were systematically characterized by 2⁶⁻¹ fractional factorial experiment. The process parameters involved include a radio frequency power, pressure, temperature, SiH₄, N₂, and NH₃ flow rates. The prediction performance of generalized regression neural network was drastically improved by optimizing multi-valued training factors using a genetic algorithm. Several 3D plots were generated to investigate parameter effects at various temperatures. Predicted variations were experimentally validated. The temperature effect on the deposition rate was a complex function of parameters but N₂ flow rate. Larger decreases in the deposition rate with the temperature were only noticed at lower SiH₄ (or higher NH₃) flow rates. Typical effects of SiH₄ or NH₃ flow rate were only observed at higher or lower temperatures. A comparison with the refractive index model facilitated a selective choice of either SiH₄ or NH₃ for process optimization.     

FeCoB-SiO2磁性纳米颗粒膜的微波电磁特性

采用交替沉积磁控溅射工艺制备了超薄多层的FeCoB SiO2 磁性纳米颗粒膜 .利用x射线衍射仪、扫描探针显微镜、透射电子显微镜分析了薄膜的微结构和形貌特征 .采用振动样品磁强计、四探针法、微波矢量分析仪及谐振腔法测量薄膜试样的磁电性能和微波复磁导率 .重点对SiO2 介质相含量、薄膜微结构对电磁性能产生重要影响的机理做了分析和探讨 .结果表明 :这类FeCoB SiO2 磁性纳米颗粒膜具有良好的软磁性能和高频电磁性能 ,2GHz时的磁导率 μ′高于 70 ,可以应用于高频微磁器件或微波吸收材料的设计     

红光激发下掺Ho3+氟化物薄膜的上转换发光

利用激光脉冲沉淀法制备了稀土Ho~(3 )掺杂的氟化物薄膜。观测到处于薄膜中的Ho~(3 )离子在632.8nm红光激发下的上转换发射。这些上转换发射包括:~5S_2→~5I_7,~5F_4→~5I_7和~5S_2→~5I_8。     

热丝加热电流对CH薄膜沉积速率和表面形貌的影响

 热丝辅助裂解法是结合气相沉积制备聚对二甲苯薄膜和热丝化学气相沉积而形成的一种制-CH薄膜的新方法。热丝辅助裂解法的最大特点就是在保持低衬底温度情况下可以获得高沉积速率，而热丝加热电流对薄膜沉积速率和薄膜表面形貌具有重要影响。研究表明，热丝加热电流越大，薄膜沉积速率越高，在加热电流9A时，薄膜沉积速率可达0.002mm/min，同时薄膜表面粗糙度随之增加，薄膜表面也开始出现其它元素污染，因此，一般热丝加热电流选择为7A附近。     

蓝光相变光盘的多层膜结构设计

为了使光盘获得优良的记录／读出性能并能够长期稳定地使用，必须优化设计相变光盘的多层膜结构。采用自行设计的模拟分析相变光盘读出过程设计软件，从光学角度出发模拟计算了蓝光(405nm)相变光盘的膜层结构，研究了多层膜系的反射率和反射率对比度等光学参量与各层膜厚度和槽深的关系。研究得出的最佳多层膜结构为：下介电层／记录层／上介电层／反射层的厚度对于台记录为100nm／10nm／25nm，／60nm，而对于槽记录则为140nm／15nm／30nm，／60nm，槽深为50nm。模拟计算结果对于将来高密度蓝光相变光盘的制备具有一定的指导意义。     

AgCl膜光催化降解色素的研究

利用AgCl膜在不同波长光照条件下对水溶液中的5种有机色素进行催化降解实验．实验结果表明，30min内，5种色素(质量浓度为20mg/L)均得到迅速光解，且在太阳光光照条件下AgCl膜具有非常高的光催化性能．并进一步研究了成膜原料液的浓度对光解率的影响、溶液初始质量浓度与光解速率的关系及悬浮态AgCl的光催化对比实验．     

好莱坞电影中不同叙事结构的人物塑造

电影是从戏剧中产生的，电影的作们始终探索着突破戏剧化模示。本以经典好莱坞的侦探类型片《唐人街》的剧本前十页为例，分析经典好莱坞电影中的人物塑造。该片人物大都是静态的叙事媒介。他们激化并最终从属于情节的运转，这与亚里士多德的经典戏剧理论是一致的。而《公民凯恩》是好莱坞经典叙事的突破和新商业片的模示，以闪回结构塑造人物，跨越时空，切换凯恩的一生的不同时期。该片塑造的人物是有血有肉的，多维度的，“现实主义”的个性化的人物。影片所蕴含的对凯恩这存在主义人物的深刻描述和对美国社会的自省也是通过这种结构得以实现的。
