Relationships between average degree of transformation and time of dissociation were derived for polydisperse granular materials with account to the type of grain size distribution. It has been checked, under what conditions the kinetic curves obtained by numeric solution of those relationships may be described in terms of equations D1 α2=kt , F2 [1/(1 - α) - 1 =kt] and F3 [1/(1 - α)2 - 1=kt]. 催化裂化汽油脱硫添加剂USY/ZnO/Al2O3的性能评价   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
 在固定流化床催化裂化装置上,以减压蜡油为原料,对制备的U\r\nSY/ZnO/Al2O3催化裂化汽油脱硫添加剂的性能进行了评价.结果表明\r\n,随着添加剂添加量和剂油比的增加,生成汽油的硫含量降低.在500\r\n℃和剂油比为5的条件下,在FCC平衡催化剂中添加30%的添加剂时,汽\r\n油的硫含量可由不加添加剂时的1230μg/g降低到770μg/g左右.添\r\n加剂的添加量(10%)较低时,对催化裂化产物的分布基本没有影响;\r\n添加30%的添加剂时,焦炭的产率有所增加,但汽油收率基本不变.X\r\nRD表征结果表明,USY/ZnO/Al2O3添加剂中的ZnO对USY的晶相结构有\r\n一定的破坏作用,但随着反应与再生次数的增多,ZnO与Al2O3之间形成\r\n较为稳定的锌铝尖晶石结构,使添加剂的性能趋于稳定.  相似文献

A thermal analysis study on the reduction of iron oxide rich slags under different conditions is presented in this paper. The effects of important process variables such as time, temperature, lime-silica ratio, FeO level in slag etc. are discussed. It is shown that the mechanism of reduction by externally added graphite is different from that by a carbon saturated bath although the activation energy values are similar.  相似文献

Heat-treated rice hulls have been used as precursor material for synthesis of ultrafne SiC in a RF plasma reactor. Rice hulls containing finely distributed silica and active carbon act as a source for SiC formation. The plasma-synthesized powder contained ultrafnc -SiC with excess carbon and some unreacted silica. Post-treatment processes such as oxidation and acid (HF) treatment appear to be effective in removing the excess carbon and silica.  相似文献

Effects of metal surfaces, such as aluminium, silver and gold, on the melting behavior and thermal polymerization of long-chain diynoic acids having a diacetylene group at different positions were investigated by thermal analyses using DSC, TG and other methods. The surface effects of metals were significant in the order of Ag, Al and Au. These effects are attributable to the anchoring of carboxyl group on the surface by chemisorption, which leads to unfavorable condition for polymerization of heptadeca-2,4-diynoic acid. In the case of tricosa-10,12-diynoic acid, containing a flexible methylene chain, inserted between COOH and C≡C?C≡C groups, the anchoring of COOH on the metal surface causes rather favorable effect on the polymerization.  相似文献

A macro-azoinitiator containing polyarylate segment and azo group was prepared by the solution polycondensation of azobiscyanopentanoyl chloride and hydroxy-terminated polyarylates having viscosity-average molecular weights of 6200, 8100, and 12 400. These macro-azoinitiators were used in the radical polymerization of styrene to synthesize polyarylate-polystyrene block copolymers. Thermal properties measured by the differential scanning calorimetry indicated the phase separated morphology of the block copolymers except at low molecular weight of the block constituents. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition of cadmium acetate dihydrate in helium and in air atmosphere has been investigated by means of a coupled TG-DTA-MS method combined with X-ray diffraction analysis. Dehydration of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O is a two-stage process with Cd(CH3COO)2·H2O as intermediate. The way of Cd(CH3COO)2 decomposition strongly depends on the surrounding gas atmosphere and the rate of heating. CdO, acetone and CO2 are the primary products of decomposition in air. In helium decomposition goes by two parallel and consecutive reactions in which intermediates, Cd and CdCO3, are formed. Metallic cadmium oxidizes and cadmium carbonate decomposes giving CdO. Some of the metallic cadmium, depending on the heating rate and the concentration of oxygen, evaporates. Acetone is partially oxidized in secondary reactions with oxygen. The transient hot-wire technique is widely used for absolute measurements of the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of fluids. It is well established that fluid radiation effects significantly influence these measurements, especially those for the thermal diffusivity. Corrections for radiation effects are based on the models developed and deviations of the measured data from the ideal line source model. In this paper, the effect of fluid radiation on the measurements of the thermal conductivity of n-pentane is presented. For comparison, the influence of thermal radiation effect on measurement of transparent fluids, such as argon is also shown. The difference between the influence of natural convection and thermal radiation is also demonstrated.  相似文献

Investigations of phase transitions in barium cerate are carried out by methods of dilatometry and differential scanning calorimetry. Thermal desorption of gases and temperature dependences of electroconduction in dry and humid air are studied. Barium cerate exhibits complex polymorphism, undergoing a number of structural conversions at 300– 1300 K. The peaks in the spectra of thermal desorption of CO2 and H2O correlate with variations in the crystal lattice.
