基于模糊的创新动态联盟伙伴选择多属性决策模型

针对开放式创新合作伙伴选择过程中决策者判断模糊性的特点,考虑到不同的决策者其决策可信性的不同,提出了开放式创新合作伙伴选择的模糊多属性群决策模型。首先描述了开放式创新合作伙伴选择的多属性群决策问题;然后依据该种方法比较突出的特点,考虑到决策者对评价指标权重的不同,对TOPSIS方法加以改进;最后,通过算例说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。     

浅谈虚拟参考咨询联盟在我国高校图书馆中的应用

介绍了我国高校图书馆中虚拟参考咨询的应用及发展现状,结合实际,对高校图书馆提出了有效利用高校潜在资源,实行高校虚拟参考咨询联盟的建议。     

基于吸收能力和知识透明性的知识联盟动态模型研究

在对知识联盟中知识转移和知识创造过程分析的基础上，本文构造了一个基于吸收能力和知识透明性的知识联盟动态博弈模型，分析了吸收能力和知识透明程度对参与组织决策和利润的重要作用。最后给出了进一步研究的方向。     

A validated HPLC assay to monitor riluzole plasma or serum concentrations in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

A specific, accurate and precise high-performance liquid chromatographic assay was developed for the determination of riluzole, a drug used to treat patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Samples were treated by extraction with dichloromethane followed by reversed-phase chromatography with ultraviolet detection at 260 nm. Preset validation criteria were met from 20 to 2000 ng/mL with a linear response curve. Extraction recovery of riluzole was 65-76%. The accuracy of the method was 102-103%. Intra- and inter-day coefficients of variation were in the ranges 2.8-4.9% and 1.8-9.7%. A detection limit of 5 ng/mL was found. Determination of concentrations in serum and plasma resulted in similar results below 500 ng/mL. At higher values a matrix effect cannot be excluded. This presented method can be used to monitor plasma or serum levels in ALS patients treated with riluzole.

知识联盟是企业战略联盟的一种重要形式,它以学习和创造知识作为联盟的中心目标。它有助于企业之间的相互学习和交流,有助于企业之间的优势互补,创造新的交叉知识。但是知识联盟本身是一个不稳定的系统,它本身就存在许多不确定因素。这些不稳定、不确定因素成为知识联盟中的隐患与风险来源。     

产业技术创新战略联盟评价及支持政策研究——基于山西省产业技术创新战略联盟研究

产业技术创新战略联盟评价工作是政府加强行政管理、提升行政效能最直观的、最现实的管理手段之一,是对现有联盟发展状况、运行情况、成果产出情况进行全面摸底、排查的重要过程。通过调查问卷、评价、座谈、专家评审等环节,作为对现有联盟政策进行修订的重要依据。当前,山西省产业技术创新战略联盟认定工作已经开展了8年,在此期间山西省从最初的以农业为主的联盟形式发展到现在包括装备、新材料、新能源、节能环保、电子信息等40余个省级联盟,包含400余家成员单位、数千万科研经费投入、上亿元成果转化交易额的庞大联盟形态,已经成为当前山西省产学研合作的重要组织形式。本文通过联盟评价的方法,对现有省级联盟发展状况进行综合分析,找出可以借鉴的优秀做法和当前遇到的突出问题,以管理办法为重要突破口,提出科技政策促进产业技术创新战略联盟发展的政策建议。     

The Biological Activities and Therapeutic Potentials of Baicalein Extracted from Oroxylum indicum: A Systematic Review

In Southeast Asia, traditional medicine has a longestablished history and plays an important role in the health care system. Various traditional medicinal plants have been used to treat diseases since ancient times and much of this traditional knowledge remains preserved today. Oroxylum indicum (beko plant) is one of the medicinal herb plants that is widely distributed throughout Asia. It is a versatile plant and almost every part of the plant is reported to possess a wide range of pharmacological activities. Many of the important bioactivities of this medicinal plant is related to the most abundant bioactive constituent found in this plant—the baicalein. Nonetheless, there is still no systematic review to report and vindicate the biological activities and therapeutic potential of baicalein extracted from O. indicum to treat human diseases. In this review, we aimed to systematically present in vivo and in vitro studies searched from PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus and Google Scholar database up to 31 March 2020 based on keywords “Oroxylum indicum” and “baicalein”. After an initial screening of titles and abstracts, followed by a full-text analysis and validation, 20 articles that fulfilled all the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in this systematic review. The searched data comprehensively reported the biological activities and therapeutic potential of baicalein originating from the O. indicum plant for anti-cancer, antibacterial, anti-hyperglycemia, neurogenesis, cardioprotective, anti-adipogenesis, anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects. Nonetheless, we noticed that there was a scarcity of evidence on the efficacy of this natural active compound in human clinical studies. In conclusion, this systematic review article provides new insight into O. indicum and its active constituent baicalein as a prospective complementary therapy from the perspective of modern and scientific aspect. We indicate the potential of this natural product to be developed into more conscientious and judicious evidencebased medicine in the future. However, we also recommend more clinical research to confirm the efficacy and safety of baicalein as therapeutic medicine for patients.     

When Nanozymes Meet Single‐Atom Catalysis

Nanomaterials with enzyme‐like activities, coined nanozymes, have been researched widely as they offer unparalleled advantages in terms of low cost, superior activity, and high stability. The complex structure and composition of nanozymes has led to extensive investigation of their catalytic sites at an atomic scale, and to an in‐depth understanding of the biocatalysis occurring. Single‐atom catalysts (SACs), characterized by atomically dispersed active sites, have provided opportunities for mimicking metalloprotease and for bridging the gap between natural enzymes and nanozymes. In this Minireview, we illustrate the unique properties of nanozymes and we discuss recent advances in the synthesis, characterization, and applications of SACs. Subsequently, we outline the impressive progress made in single‐atom nanozymes and we discuss their applications in sensing, degradation of organic pollutants, and in therapeutic roles. Finally, we present the major challenges and opportunities remaining for a successful marriage of nanozymes and SACs.     

Drone Brood Homogenate as Natural Remedy for Treating Health Care Problem: A Scientific and Practical Approach

Drone brood homogenate is a little-known bee product used in folk medicine to treat various health problems. It is a very nutritious milky substance with high content of nutrients: proteins, lipids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, vitamins (A, B, E and D), and minerals. Moreover, when collected on early stage of larvae development, it is, most of all, rich source of sex hormone (testosterone, progesterone and estradiol). Some beekeepers consider drone brood as a waste product, although in some countries they use it to fight Varroa. Meanwhile, in many scientific reports a curative effect of bee drone homogenate in treating urgent global health problems have been confirmed, including ovarian dysfunction in women and male infertility, thyroid and immunity disorders, as well as malnutrition in children. A few dietary supplements based on drone brood are available online. Many patents relating to drone brood-based dietary supplements have been filed in Russia, but their prevalence in EU countries is still limited. Further research is needed to fully recognize the pharmacological activity and increase the use of drone brood.     

Alliance or no alliance—Bargaining power in competing reverse supply chains

This work investigates how bargaining power affects negotiations between manufacturers and reverse logistics providers in reverse supply chains under government intervention using a novel three-stage reverse supply chain model for two scenarios, a reverse logistics provider alliance and no reverse logistics provider alliance. Utilizing the asymmetric Nash bargaining game, this work seeks equilibrium negotiation solutions. Analytical results indicate that the reverse logistics provider alliance increases the bargaining power of reverse logistics providers when negotiating with a manufacturer for a profitable recycled-component supply contract; however, manufacturer profits are often reduced. Particularly in the case of an recycled-component vender-dominated market, a reverse logistics alliance with extreme bargaining power may cause a counter-profit effect that results in the decreases of profits for all players involved, including buyers (i.e., manufacturers) and allied recycled-component venders (i.e., reverse logistics providers). Additional managerial insights are provided for discussion.
