基于认知的计算机辅助教学模型的研究

对计算机辅助教学在教学理念、教学模式、教学层面、教学手段、教学语言和教学氛围等方面的问题进行了分析,提出了基于认知的计算机辅助教学设计的模型,该模型突出学生是教学活动中的认知主体,模型具有开放式的教学理念,智能的教学模式,启发式的教学层面,多媒体的教学手段,双语教学手段和群体教学氛围等特点。     

Effect of a Shock Pulse on a Floating Ice Sheet

The vibrations of a viscoelastic plate lying on an elastic liquid base subjected to pulse loading have been studied theoretically and experimentally. The effect of the variable depth of the reservoir, plate thickness, and strain relaxation time on the value of the plate vibration amplitude and the length and curvature of the flexural gravity wave profile are analyzed. Good agreement of theoretical and experimental results is obtained.

Determination of the electric field gradient asymmetry from Berry’s phase in NQR of powder samples

An effect of Berry’s phase on the NQR spectrum of the rotating powder sample is described and applied for the determination of the electric field gradient asymmetry. The proposed method involves the analysis of the frequency singularities in the NQR powder patterns of the rotating samples. The Berry’s phases for the eigenstates, associated with an adiabatically changing quadrupole hamiltonian, are calculated for nuclei with a spin I = 3/2 and I = 1 as a function of the asymmetry parameter.     

Optimal stopping problems by two or more decision makers: a survey

A review of the optimal stopping problem with more than a single decision maker (DM) is presented in this paper. We classify the existing literature according to the arrival of the offers, the utility of the DMs, the length of the sequence of offers, the nature of the game and the number of offers to be selected. We enumerate various definitions for this problem and describe some dynamic approaches. Nonparametric estimation and adaptive control in a class of finite Markov decision chains

We consider a class of Markov decision processes withfinite state and action spaces which, essentially, is determined by the following condition: The state space isirreducible under the action of any stationary policy. However, except by this restriction, the transition law iscompletely unknown to the controller. 关于身体权的法律思考

身体权作为一种独立的人格权,包括了维护身体形式上和实质上的完整性和有限制自由支配身体的排他性权利。对于胎儿已戚人形的身体,应由其出生后获得权利能力的自然人来追溯行使身体权;对‘于尸体则认为是身体权客体的延续利益,不应再尊有身体权。对于侵害身体权的赔偿应以精神损害赔偿为主,财产损害赔偿为辅,以达到维护民亨主体人格尊严,保障其人格利益的终极目的。     

Idealization of a decomposition theorem

In 1986, Tong [13] proved that a function f : (X,τ)→(Y,φ) is continuous if and only if it is α-continuous and A-continuous. We extend this decomposition of continuity in terms of ideals. First, we introduce the notions of regular-I-closed sets, A _I-sets and A _I -continuous functions in ideal topological spaces and investigate their properties. Then, we show that a function f : (X,τ,I)→(Y, φ) is continuous if and only if it is α-I-continuous and A _I-continuous.
