关于身体权的法律思考

身体权作为一种独立的人格权,包括了维护身体形式上和实质上的完整性和有限制自由支配身体的排他性权利。对于胎儿已戚人形的身体,应由其出生后获得权利能力的自然人来追溯行使身体权;对‘于尸体则认为是身体权客体的延续利益,不应再尊有身体权。对于侵害身体权的赔偿应以精神损害赔偿为主,财产损害赔偿为辅,以达到维护民亨主体人格尊严,保障其人格利益的终极目的。     

On an approach to the study of the Jaynes–Cummings sum in quantum optics

A new approach to the study of the Jaynes–Cummings sum, which determines the atomic inversion in quantum model of a single two-level atom interacting with a single mode of the quantized radiation field, based on the number theory theorems on approximation of trigonometric sums is presented.      

良序套张量积的代数中的强不可约算子

设Ｈ为复的可分无限维Ｈｉｌｂｅｒｔ空间，称有界线性算子Ｔ为强不可约的，如果与Ｔ可交换的幂等算子只有０和Ｉ．王宗尧、蒋春澜、纪有清等人证明了在任何一个套的套代数中都存在大量的强不可约算子，并且找到了它们的酉轨道闭包．本文考虑有限个套的张量积的代数中强不可约算子的存在性问题。证明了：对复平面上任何一个连通完备集σ、总存在一个对角算子Ｎ和它的一个范数可以任意小的紧摄动Ｔ＝Ｘ＋Ｋ，使得Ｔ是一个强不可约算子、Ｔ在有限个良序套的张量积的代数中，并且σ（Ｔ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｔ）＝σ（Ｎ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｎ）＝σ进一步，文章还对具有单点谱的算子和良序套与正交补为良序套的张量积的代数进行了讨论，得到了一些结果．     

Series solution to the laser-ion interaction in a Raman-type configuration

The Raman interaction of a ultracold ion trapped with two travelling wave lasers is studied analytically with series solutions, in the absence of the rotating wave approximation (RWA) and without restrictions of both the Lamb-Dicke limit and the weak excitation regime. The comparison is made between our solutions and those obtained under the RWA in order to demonstrate the validity region of the RWA. As a practical example, the preparation of Schr?dinger-cat states is proposed beyond the weak excitation regime, using our calculations. 依据最经济控制问题的概念及其对无确定性数学模型系统分析存在的局限性，对现代管理系统最经济控制问题，提出了在满足系统基本要求前提下。实现控制功能及品质与控制成本比最佳或最划算的模型定义，并对管理系统的可靠性、ABC管理法、WSR方法论等方面的可靠性成本、运行成本和最佳收益等最经济控制问题进行了研究．     

Focusing-defocusing phenomena of radio echo signal after passage of the morning solar terminator

Summary Campaign results of high-repetition ionospheric soundings, performed at the ionospheric station of Rome using a Digisonde 128P, are presented. We introduce an index derived from run rapid ionograms that can be used to detect oscillations of isodensity surfaces ofF ionospheric region started by morning solar terminator.     

拉萨郊区藏族的跖纹研究

作者研究了拉萨郊区２５０例藏族的跖纹，结果如下：１．拇趾球纹依次为Ｌ〉Ｗ〉Ａ。２．趾间区真实花纹频率为Ⅲ〉Ⅱ〉Ⅳ。３．足小鱼际远侧区真实花纹较多，其他跖区较少。４．在性别、民族和人种间进行了比较，结果显示，藏族有自己的跖纹特点，又呈现蒙古人种的一般特征。     

大豆开花期缺水和遮光处理叶片解剖结构的观察

大豆珍珠塔3号具有双子叶植物叶片结构特征,但在海绵组织最上层有一层特殊细胞——平脉叶肉细胞,此层细胞具有水平运输和气体交换的特殊作用。大豆开花期光照对叶片结构发育起主导作用;水分亦是影响叶片结构发育的重要因素;光弱块水条件下,大豆表现出对光的竞争比对水的竞争更明显。
