试论当代高技术的特征

当今世界,经济飞速发展,科技创新日新月异,特别是技术革命的爆发,高技术层出不穷,使当今世界经济的发展出现了质的飞跃。我国面临世界经济形势和高科技的挑战,应把握高技术的特征,发展高科技,为实现我国的战略目标服务。     

唐初统治集团的重农思想表现及其发展农业的措施

以李渊、李世民父子为首的唐初统治集团的重农思想主要表现在：“抚民以静”的无为而治思想,“民为邦本”的民本思想,“农为邦本”的“农本思想,和“偃武修”、“去奢从约”的思想。在这些重农思想的指导下,唐初统治集团在发展农业方面采取了栽汰冗员,择善任人;推行均田制,奖励垦荒;实行租庸调法;增殖人口,解决劳动力严重不足问题;兴修水利,防治水旱灾害等一系列开明、进步的措施。从而为以后的社会发展奠定了基础。     

Function Spaces of Posets with Projections

This paper investigates function spaces of structures consisting of a partially ordered set together with some directed family of projections.More precisely, given a fixed directed index set (I,), we consider triples (D,,(p _i ) _iI ) with (D,) a poset and (p _i ) _iI a monotone net of projections of D. We call them (I,)-pop's (posets with projections). Our main purpose is to study structure preserving maps between (I,)-pop's. Such homomorphisms respect both order and projections.Any (I,)-pop is known to induce a uniformity and thus a topology. The set of all homomorphisms between two (I,)-pop's turns out to form an (I,)-pop itself. We show that its uniformity is the uniformity of uniform convergence. This enables us to prove that properties such as completeness and compactness transfer to function pop's.Concerning categorical properties of (I,)-pop's, we will see that we are in a lucky situation from a computer scientist's point of view: we obtain Cartesian closed categories. Moreover, by a D -construction we get (I,)-pop's that are isomorphic to their own exponent. This yields new models for the untyped -calculus.     

An optimal service rate in a Poisson arrival queue with two-stage service policy*

We consider a two-stage service policy for a Poisson arrival queueing system. The idle server starts to work with ordinary service rate when a customer arrives. If the number of customers in the system reaches N, the service rate gets faster and continues until the system becomes empty. Otherwise, the server finishes the busy period with ordinary service rate. After assigning various operating costs to the system, we show that there exists a unique fast service rate minimizing the long-run average cost per unit time.This work was supported by Korea Research Foundation Grant(KRF-2002-070-C00021).     

Optimal strategy policy in batch arrival queue with server breakdowns and multiple vacations

This paper considers a like-queue production system in which server vacations and breakdowns are possible. The decision-maker can turn a single server on at any arrival epoch or off at any service completion. We model the system by an M^[x]/M/1 queueing system with N policy. The server can be turned off and takes a vacation with exponential random length whenever the system is empty. If the number of units waiting in the system at any vacation completion is less than N, the server will take another vacation. If the server returns from a vacation and finds at least N units in the system, he immediately starts to serve the waiting units. It is assumed that the server breaks down according to a Poisson process and the repair time has an exponential distribution. We derive the distribution of the system size through the probability generating function. We further study the steady-state behavior of the system size distribution at random (stationary) point of time as well as the queue size distribution at departure point of time. Other system characteristics are obtained by means of the grand process and the renewal process. Finally, the expected cost per unit time is considered to determine the optimal operating policy at a minimum cost. The sensitivity analysis is also presented through numerical experiments.

随着我国在“WTO”中的深入,传媒身份的双重性和其跨学科超行业的多面性,决定了网络背景下打造我国新闻传媒“航母”工作的交叉综合性。本基于当代认知分析方法论及已有研究,从人工学感性协同机理切入,对传媒分众化问题在“第三种途径”上提出了解决方案。     

一种稠油热采节能方法的理论分析与实践

为提高稠油采集电加热效率,该文着重分析稠油井的垂直温度分布模型和特种加热电缆的电路模型.结合这两种模型和现场数据,提出并证明了提高电源频率可以显著提高电加热效率.在理论分析基础上研制出用于稠油采集的高效电加热设备,在辽河油田实施工业应用.现场测试数据与理论分析相吻合.多次测试证明与现有同类产品相比,该设备取得了相当可观的节能效果.     

云南省金沙江流域生态环境建设的问题与对策研究--长江上游生态屏障建设重点地区调查报告之一

生态环境保护和建设是我国西部大开发的重要战略之一。云南省金沙江流域是长江上游生态脆弱地区,也是生态环境保护和建设的重点地区．在实地调研的基础上分析云南省金沙江流域地区的生态环境状况,探讨该区域生态环境建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了进一步加强该地区生态环境建设的对策建议．
