浅谈图书馆员忠诚度对服务价值的影响

分析了图书馆员忠诚度对图书馆服务价值链的影响,指出馆员所处的工作环境决定了馆员的忠诚度,并从改善工作条件、重视人力资源、提供成长平台、塑造文化氛围4个方面提出了改善馆员工作环境的策略。     

“后金融危机”下广东省外向型企业策略选择——基于风险管理视角

2008年由美国“次贷危机”引发的金融危机以迅雷之势于全球蔓延,中国不可避免遭受巨大影响.基于“后金融危机时代”的严峻国际形势和经济环境,中国尤其是处于前沿的广东省外向型企业如何应对危机,是当前急需解决的重大课题.应从风险管理角度切入分析其受影响状况及对原因进行深入剖析,并着重从风险预防维度提出建议,从而提升该类企业整体抗风险能力,稳定运行.     

民族地区文化产业发展的价值链突破与项目集成模式研究

当前,民族地区文化产业发展处于战略节点期。如果不能及时制定并贯彻有效战略,被锁定在低端环节,则有失去本轮产业机遇的危险。由于文化产业是错综复杂的矩阵式或网状式产业,民族地区必须采取不同于传统工业的产业发展思路以谋求突破。多项目集成的文化产业运营平台类思路应是首选。现有依托文化内容制造商、文化空间制造商或文化载体运营商的几方面典型模式都可以作为借鉴。综合现有模式而言,如能创造性地构建区域文化产业开发联盟机制,将有助于集成项目储备,为民族地区的文化产业激活提供机会。

财政政策背景下的家庭教育投资行为分析

概述了国内外对公共教育投资和家庭教育投资的研究,选择新古典经济学中的家长最优化框架来构建家庭教育投资的一般模型.在此基础上,引入了3类公共教育财政政策,即强制供给、收入补贴和专项补贴.重点考察了在这3类教育财政背景下家庭教育投资的行为,并对一般模型和这3类模型的结论做了进一步的比较分析,为教育财政政策的制定提供了一些可行建议.     

Tuning the sugar‐response of boronic acid block copolymers

A detailed study of the pH‐ and sugar‐responsive behavior of poly(3‐acrylamidophenylboronic acid pinacol ester)‐b‐poly(N,N‐dimethylacrylamide) (PAPBAE‐b‐PDMA) block copolymers is presented. Reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of the pinacol ester of 3‐acrylamidophenylboronic acid resulted in homopolymers with molecular weights between 12,000 and 37,000 g/mol. The resulting homopolymers were employed as macro‐chain transfer agents during the polymerization of N,N‐dimethylacrylamide (DMA). Successful chain extension and removal of the pinacol protecting groups to yield poly(3‐acrylamidophenylboronic acid)‐b‐PDMA (PAPBA‐b‐PDMA) with free boronic acid moieties resulted in pH‐ and sugar‐responsive block copolymers that were subsequently investigated for their behavior in aqueous solution. The PAPBA‐b‐PDMA block copolymers were capable of solution self‐assembly due to the PAPBA block being water‐insoluble below its pK_a. The resulting aggregates were demonstrated to solubilize and release model hydrophobic compounds, as demonstrated by fluorescence studies. Dissociation of the aggregates was induced by raising the pH above the pK_a of the boronic acid residues or by adding sugars capable of forming boronate esters. Aggregate size, dissociation kinetics, and the effect of various sugars were considered. The critical sugar concentration needed to induce aggregate dissociation was tuned by incorporation of hydrophilic DMA units within the PAPBA responsive segment to yield PDMA‐b‐poly(3‐acrylamidophenylboronic acid‐co‐DMA) block copolymers. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Core–shell nanogels by RAFT crosslinking polymerization: Synthesis and characterization

A synthetic methodology is described for the preparation of core–shell nanogels by reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer. Well‐defined macro chain transfer agents (macro‐CTA's) were prepared in a first step using monomers that yield sensitive polymers. In the second step, a crosslinker alone or with the addition of a functionalized comonomer were used to form a crosslinked core. The ratio of crosslinker to macro‐CTA is crucial to yield nanogels. Furthermore, the polymerization time has an impact in the architecture of the nanomaterial obtained: it evolves from a core‐crosslinked star to a core–shell nanogel. Controlling the molecular weight of the macro‐CTA and the type of comonomer in the core forming step, core–shell nanogels with hydrodynamic diameters from 22 to 168 nm and a core that represents from 35 to 77% of the size, were prepared containing functional groups in the core which could be used as catalytic scaffolds. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Identification of susceptibility genes loci associated with type 2 diabetes

In this study, we selected 10 susceptible SNPs loci to investigate their contribution to susceptibility to type 2 diabetes in Han Chinese among Hubei population. We genotyped SNPs rs5219, rs1801282, rs1470579, rs1111875, rs1081661, rs7754840, rs4506565, rs13266634, rs4402960, and rs5643981 by using the method of polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction (PCR-LDR). In a case-control study, we have genotyped the 10 candidate susceptibility SNP loci, and here, we reported that the SNP rs5219 in KCNJ1...     

基于MARKOV链的大学英语教学水平评价

主要研究利用齐次MARKOV链对大学英语教学水平进行评价。首先介绍了齐次MARKOV链的基本知识，分析了利用齐次MARKOV链进行教学水平评价的可行性，并给出由极限分布进行教学水平评价的方法和步骤。最后，以3个本科年级的高考英语和四级英语成绩对3个学年的大学英语教学水平进行了评价，结果表明本文方法是可行的。
