运用角色扮演法培养学生职业能力——以高职旅游英语实践教学为例

角色扮演法是一种重要的行动导向教学法。完整的角色扮演法包括设计情境、设定角色、明确角色定位、演出角色、评估与总结五个教学步骤。角色扮演法运用到培养高职学生职业能力的教学实践中，不仅能够丰富教学方法，而且能够有效地培养学生的社会能力和交际能力，增强他们的职业能力和职业适应性。     

Material growth and device fabrication of terahertz quantum-cascade laser based on bound-to-continuum structure

The terahertz quantum-cascade laser （THz QCL） based on bound-to-continuum structure is demonstrated. The X-ray diffraction measurement of the material shows a high crystalline quality of the active region. A THz QCL device was fabricated with semi-insulating surface-plasmon waveguide. The test device is lasing at about 3 THz and operating up to 60 K. It shows a single frequency property under different drive currents and temperatures. At 9 K, the maximum output power is greater than 2 mW with a threshold current density of 159 A/cm2.

一种新的结合奖励机制的ETLBO算法

通过对原ETLBO(elitist teaching learning based optimization)算法引入一种新的奖励机制, 提出一种新的结合奖励机制的ETLBO-reward算法, 并基于该算法提出一种简单自适应的精英个数算法RETLBO reward, 该算法保留了传统算法参数少、 易实现、 收敛快等优点, 进一步提升了传统算法的收敛能力. 对6个连续非线性优化问题的测试结果表明, 这两种算法均具有良好的性能, 求解效率较原ETLBO算法有明显提升.

概述了有机波谱分析课程教学中存在的主要问题，介绍了奥尔堡PBL模式的主要特点和优势，分析了将奥尔堡PBL模式用于有机波谱分析课程教学的必要性和可行性，并从课时分配、教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等4方面提出了教学改革方案，旨在提高教学效果。     

Condensed Mode Cooling of Ethylene Polymerization in Fluidized Bed Reactors

This review gives an overview of the evolution of the technology of condensed mode cooling, primarily for the case of ethylene polymerization on supported catalysts in fluidized bed reactors. It is well known that this mode of heat removal is quite effective in allowing polyolefin manufacturers to increase significantly production rates. What is perhaps less well understood are all of the issues that, in addition to the effect of the latent heat of vaporization of injected liquid components, also have an impact on the rate of production and behavior of the reactor. However, the liquid components injected into the reactor can vaporize rapidly under full‐scale conditions, leaving behind several heavy components (with respect to ethylene) that have numerous effects on how the particles behave, on the reaction rate, and on fluidization, fouling, and other parameters related to reactor and process performance.     

少数民族地区大学英语综合教程活动型教学法实践研究——以《新潮大学英语综合教程》第四册为例

Theoretical analysis of the radiation effect on the transient behavior of optoelectronic integrated devices

Theoretical analysis of the radiation effect on transient behavior of an optoelectronic integrated device composed of a heterojunction phototransistor and a light emitting diode is studied theoretically. First, the transient behavior and the rise time of this device before radiation are investigated based on the frequency response of the constituent devices and the optical feedback inside the device. Second, the effect of neutron irradiation flux on the transient behavior of this device is theoretically studied. The results show that, by increasing the optical feedback inside the device, the rise time in the amplification mode is increased along with an increasing output, while that in the switching mode can be reduced effectively, and the neutron irradiation reduces the transient response and the rise time in both the amplification and switching modes. This type of model can be exploited as optical amplifier, optical switching device, and other applications.     

本科教学中逻辑性课程《纳米材料》的主线设计探索

《纳米材料》课程主要讲解纳米材料的结构与性能之间关系的概念与理论,这种定位决定了纳米材料课应采用逻辑教学法.在这种方法下需找到课程逻辑起点,然后沿着起点设计出一条课程主线,建立课程理论体系,从而合理承接培养方案中的课程群.在《纳米材料》中,纳米结构就是逻辑起点,主线就是"结构与性能"的关系.故该门课程应按"结构和性能"这条主线展开.对现行纳米材料课程内容进行分析,大部分内容均可用主线串联起来.该方法为类似的逻辑性课程教学方法改革以及在课程章节内容之间建立逻辑关联提供借鉴.     

材料表征方法理论与实践课程的改革与建设*

通过与超星专业慕课制作团队合作搭建网络教学平台,将线上慕课教学与线下实验教学相结合,对材料表征方法理论与实践课程进行了全方位的改革。与传统实验教学相比,改革后的课程不仅能够激发学生的学习兴趣,实现时间空间的相对自由,还可以完善考核机制,提升教学质量,从而为高校化学研究生实验课程的改革提供一定的借鉴意义。
