大型径向和推力滑动轴承试验台结构设计与应用

对径向滑动轴承、推力滑动轴承试验台以及实验台的结构设计、试验范围、功能和工业产品实验进行了介绍。该试验台在滑动轴承的实验研究中得到了很好的应用。     

Convergent Star Product Algebras on ‘ax+b’

We define nontempered (exponential growth) function spaces on the Lie group ax+b which are stable under some left-invariant (convergent) star product. The techniques used to achieved the latter come from symmetric spaces geometry and star representation theory.     

Studies on solution cast perfluorocarbonsulfonic acid ionomers

The thermal properties of perfluorocarbonsulfonic acid ionomer films cast from solution and their temperature-dependent far infrared spectra have been investigated. In addition to the endotherms and spectral changes associated with the loss of solvent as the films were heated, a significant exotherm has been observed and assigned to the relaxation associated with rearrangements resulting in partially crystallized phases in insoluble thermally treated membranes. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

对煤矿岩体中固流耦合效应问题研究的探讨

本文对固流耦合效应的基本概念、基本原理进行了简单介绍。并对采动影响下邻近煤层、岩层的瓦斯向本层采空区的流动规律,以及煤和瓦斯突出的机理和发生的理论,分别作为固流耦合效应的两类不同问题进行了研究.同时提出了今后进行进一步研究的看法。     

An evolutionary method for optimization of plate buckling resistance

Optimization of plate buckling resistance is very complicated, because the in-plane stress resultants in the prebuckled state of a plate are functions of thickness distribution. This paper discusses the problem of finding the optimum thickness distribution of isotropic plate structures, with a given volume and layout, that would maximise the buckling load. A simple numerical method using the finite-element analysis is presented to obtain the optimum thickness distribution. Optimum designs of compression-loaded rectangular plates with different boundary conditions and plate aspect ratios are obtained by using the proposed method. Optimum designs from earlier studies and the methods of buckling analysis used to attain these results are discussed and compared with the designs from the proposed method. This paper also examines the reliability of the optimality criterion generally used for plate buckling optimization, which is based on the uniform strain energy density.     

切削刀具倒棱刃口挤压力的理论计算

根据试验观察．揭出了刀具刃口带负倒棱时的切削模型。在此模型中,刀具刃口 存在一个“金属死区”。以新模型为基础．采用能量法,对高温、高应变率下刀具刃 口的挤压力进行了理论计算。所做工作的特点是：１）在材料变形分析中计入了挤压 层金属绕过刀具刃口时的过剩变形;２）进行有关材料变形与物理特性的计算时,考 虑了温度与应变率的影响。利用新研制的压电式切削测力仪进行验证试验,其结果表 明,理论计算值与实测数据较好一致。     

Γ andX bandgap hydrostatic deformation potentials for epitaxial In0.52Al0.48As on InP(001)

The pressure dependence of the direct and indirect bandgap of epitaxial In_0.52Al_0.48As on InP(001) substrate has been measured using photoluminescence up to 92 kbar hydrostatic pressure. The bandgap changes from Γ toX at an applied pressure of ∼ 43 kbar. Hydrostatic deformation potentials for both the Γ andX bandgaps are deduced, after correcting for the elastic constant (bulk modulus) mismatch between the epilayer and the substrate. For the epilayer we obtain and+(2.81±0.15)eV for the Γ andX bandgaps respectively. From the pressure dependence of the normalized Γ-bandgap photoluminescence intensity a Γ-X lifetime ratio, (τ_Γ/τ _X ), of 4.1×10⁻³ is deduced.

我国褐煤资源丰富 ,分布于云南、吉林、黑龙江、山东和内蒙古等地。褐煤除作燃料和腐植肥料外 ,还应用于轻化工和机械工业 ,如从褐煤制取褐煤蜡。褐煤蜡中含有较多的树脂物质 ,影响了褐煤蜡的质量 ,因此通常褐煤蜡树脂作为废弃物脱除 ,以提高褐煤蜡的质量。褐煤蜡的化学组成为纯蜡和树脂 ,前者为高碳脂肪酸和脂肪醇的酯类、游离脂肪酸和脂肪醇 ,以及烃类物等 ;后者则以萜类为主 ,并含有甾醇、羟基酸和烃化合物[1～ 5] 。 1982年唐运千等采用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱检定 ,褐煤树脂中含有 β 谷甾醇 ;柱层析和薄层层析检出雌二醇和雌酚酮[2 ] …     

Thermal coefficient of linear expansion of non-crystalline chalcogenides in the As-S-Se-Te-I system

The object of the paper is an investigation of the glasses of the (As₂S₃)_x(AsSe_0.5Te_0.5I)_100-x. type for 65≤;x≤;95, using methods of thermomechanical analysis. Values of the thermal coefficients of linear expansion in solid and visco-plastic phase were determined. it was shown that introducing arsenic-sulfide in glass-matrix AsChI, i.e. (AsSe_0.5Te_0.5I), leads to an increasing stability of these glasses. The characteristic temperatures of softening Tg and the temperature of the beginning of deformation t_w increase by increasing content of As₂S₃. The analytical forms of dependence of four significant physical values α_g, α_l, Tg, Tw, as a function of As₂S₃ content in the structure of glasses were fitted.
