从海南三亚附近海域采集的格氏短指软珊瑚SinulariagrayiTix _Dur 中分离得 7种次生代谢产物。通过波谱分析鉴定它们的结构为 :(2 4s)_2 4_甲基胆甾_3β ,5α ,6 β ,2 5_四醇_2 5_单乙酸酯 ,(2 4s)_2 4_甲基胆甾_4_烯_3β ,6 β_二醇 ,柳珊瑚甾醇 ,麦角甾_5_烯_3β_醇 ,麦角甾_5 ,2 4 (2 8)_二烯_3β_醇 ,Δ4 ,5(E) ,Δ8,9(E)鞘胺醇_正十六碳酰胺 ,胸腺嘧啶。     

Components of cyclohexane extract of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Anthemis triumfetti</Emphasis>

The cyclohexane extract of the aerial parts of Anthemis triumfetti (L.) DC. was analyzed by means of GC-MS to determine the fatty acid and sterol composition. Additionally, camphor, trans-phytol, squalene, and β-carotene were isolated and identified on the basis of their data. 从澳大利亚Cairns港口海底沉积物中分离出五种甾醇化合物, 其中两种是具有植物生长调节活性的菜油甾醇和菜子甾醇。     

傣药止血藤化学成分的研究

采用多种色谱分离技术,经波谱分析以及理化常数测定,从止血藤乙醇提取物中分离并确定了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(1)、豆甾醇(stiqmssterol)(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(stigmast-4-en-3-one)(3)、3-羟基-豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(3-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one)(4)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid)(5)、大黄素(Emodin)(6)、大黄素甲醚(Physcion)(7)、羽扇豆酮(Lupeone)(8).以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.止血藤(Spatholobus uniauritus Wei)为豆科密花豆属植物单耳密花豆(Spatholobus Hassk)的干燥藤茎,特产于我国云南,在西双版纳地区多被作为傣族习用药材使用,目前尚未见对止血藤植物化学成分的研究报道.     

Synthesis of Cholest-5-en-24-oxo-3b, 19-Diacetate

Two biologically active 19-hydroxylated sterols, 24-methylenecholesta-3b, 5a, 6b, 19- tetrol 1, 24-methylenecholesta-5-ene-3b, 7b, 19-triol 2, were isolated from the soft corals, Nephthea albida and Nepthea tiexieral verseveldt by L. M. Zeng1,2. 1 showed strong anti-inflamatory activity comparable with dexamethone and 2 showed potent anti-leukemic activity (IC50 0.01 mg/mL). Composition of the lipophilic extract from the sponge <Emphasis Type="Italic">Axinella carteri</Emphasis> collected from the Bay of Bengal of the Orissa coast

The composition of the lipophilic extract from the two specimen of the sponge Axinella carteri (Dendy) collected from two different depths of the Bay of Bengal of the Orissa coast were investigated. Fatty acids, as well as volatile compounds and sterols, were identified. A high concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids was identified from depth species compared to the species collected from shallow water. The presence of a high concentration of a polymethyl-branched fatty acid, i.e., phytanic acid, and a demospongic acid (C26:2, Δ 5,9) were identified in both specimen, but the % composition of both acids were more in the species collected from depth than the species collected from shallow water. Important polyunsaturated fatty acids like 5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid and 5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) were also found in depth species which were absent in the species collected from shallow water. Antimicrobial screening of the lipid extracts of A. carteri was also studied against different pathogens. Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 224–227, May–June, 2008.

描述了一条简单有效的合成氢化可的松氨基糖衍生物的合成路线．实验中首先 将氢化可的松转化为琥珀酸酯衍生物2，葡萄糖、2—乙酰氨基葡萄糖、半乳糖、乳 糖及氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐转化成为相应的氨基糖7a-7d和12，然后2与7a-7d和12在 DCC的作用下通过酰胺键进行偶联，得到一系列氢化可的松糖氨基糖衍生物13a- 13e．上述目标化合物均为新化合物，其结构分别通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波 谱(^1H NMR,^13C NMR)及HMRS进行了确证。
