A method for preparing Na2WO4-PAA-Glycerol photochromic films was reported. The film was composed of Na2WO4, PAA and Glycerol, which were coated on a glass substrate. The film turned blue in the sun, and bleached to transparent in the darkness. The UV-Visible spectra showed strong absorbance at 300~500 nm, and the ABS changed signifanctly at 500~800 nm. The film showed the best photochromic behavior when nNa2WO4∶nPAA is 4%~5%. The mechanism was suggested that after irradiation, poly tunstate produced by Na2WO4 and PAA formed the tungsten blues. The tungsten blues were bleached due to oxidation back to poly tunstate by oxygen. The film showed not only an excellent photochromism property with rapid response and good reversibility, but also the simple techniques and good stability. 相似文献

The multi-component condensation of organozirconocene, aldimine and zinc carbenoid was applied to the stereoselective synthesis of cyclopropane amino acid derivatives. These compounds served as scaffolds for the preparation of a 46-member library. The C- and N-termini of the cyclopropane amino acid derivatives were diversified by condensations with ten amines and ten acylating agents, respectively. To improve yields and accelerate library synthesis, most products were prepared under microwave irradiation and purified by polymer-bound scavengers and SPE methodology. Nano-structured WO3-TiO2 layers were prepared by the sol-gel route. To obtain transparent, porous and crack free layers up to 0.8 μ m with a single dipping cycle a templating strategy was used. As a template three-dimensionally network based on organically modified silane was introduced to the WO3 and TiO2 sols. The WO3 layers were dip-coated onto the conductive glass substrate (TCO) and the TiO2 layers on the top of the WO3 layer. The morphology and the structure of the layers were determined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HR-TEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDXS), Auger and Infrared spectroscopy. SEM image of the WO3-TiO2 layer confirmed the nano-porosity of the layers and give the size of the particles of about 10 nm for TiO2 and 30 nm for WO3 layer. Further analysis indicated that the titanium sol penetrates the WO3 layer. Particles in the WO3 layer consist of a crystalline monoclinic WO3 core surrounded by a 5–10 nm amorphous phase consisting of WO3, TiO2 and SiO2. The WO3-TiO2 layers were used to assemble all solid state photoelectrochromic (PE) devices. Under 1 sun irradiation (1000 W/m2) the visible transmittance of the PE device changes from 62% to 1.6%. We have constructed a very large virtual diversity space containing more than 1013 chemical compounds. The diversity space is built from about 400 combinatorial libraries, which have been expanded by choosing sizeable collections of suitable R-groups that can be attached to each link point of their scaffolds. These R-group collections have been created by selecting reagents that have drug-like properties from catalogs of available chemicals. As members of known combinatorial libraries, the compounds in the diversity space are in general synthetically accessible and useful as potential drug leads. Hence, the diversity space can be used as a vast source of compounds by a de novo drug design program. For example, we have used such a program to generate inhibitors of HIV integrase enzyme that exhibited activity in the micromolar range. 相似文献

Efficient resolution of racemic 1,1'-bi-2-naphthol, a well-studied analyte in chiral separation, was achieved using selectors developed from a small library. Separation factors (up to 7.2) obtained are significantly higher than the ones reported previously for this analyte. The library consists of 121 members and it does not contain the pi deficient 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl (Dnb) group. These highly efficient stationary phases may lead to the practical large-scale chromatographic resolution of enantiomers of 1,1'-bi-2-naphthol, which are widely used as chiral auxiliaries and ligands in asymmetric synthesis. 相似文献
