中板轧制过程板坯弯曲生成与抑制之四 ——电气传动系统对板坯弯曲的影响

从理论上分析了电气传动系统参数对要反坯弯曲的影响，给出了抑制板坯弯曲的方案并给予实施，实践表明用电气传动系统参数的非对称来抑制板坯弯曲的效果显著。     

考虑辊系倾角的轴移式轧机辊系弹性变形计算

采用分段离散法 ,求解轴移式轧机辊系弹性变形 ,其方法主要特点是计算过程中考虑了轴移式轧机由于工作辊的窜动而引起的辊系倾角对辊系变形挠度的影响 ,为藕合计算板凸度时提供更为合理的辊系弹性变形模型。     

Modeling of the dynamic behavior of systems with rolling elements

Bearings, friction wheels, cams, etc. are widely employed elements in machine construction. The modeling of the dynamics of rolling friction plays therefore a crucial role in the simulation and optimization of such systems. This paper describes a recently developed transient-rolling-friction model with its application to different generic dynamical systems, to simulate the effects of rolling friction or traction on the dynamics of mechanical systems. The results, which are expressed in terms of the complex stiffness arising in the rolling-contact patches, show that the behavior depends on both the amplitude and the frequency of oscillation. For low amplitudes and frequencies, the behavior is quasi-linear. For increasing amplitudes and frequencies, however, strong non-linearities appear, leading to complex behavior.

质数斜齿轮滚切加工运动及计算的研究

根据滚齿机的结构与运动特点，探讨了滚切加工质数斜齿轮机床运动方面的内在规律，介绍了有关运动传动链的调整、计算原理及方法，特别是在有限个交换齿轮中，提出了优化选配范成运动与差动运动挂轮的一般原则．     

16Mn钢控制轧制中铁素体晶粒直径的数学模型

对16Mn 钢γ未结晶区及(γ+α)两相区控制轧制机理进行了研究。用相变动力学理论建立铁素体平均晶粒直径与相变前奥氏体晶粒直径、轧制温度及变形程度之间关系的数学模型。该模型所表示的变化规律与实验曲线一致。并根据实验数据建立了易于应用的回归方程式。     

螺板轧机锥辊理论辊缝

通过轧机调整参数的研究，提出实用的共轭理论辊缝解析法，结合考虑其它影响参数的修正，可对螺旋叶片轧制参数调整起到重要指导意义．     

基于遗传算法的热连轧机负荷再分配

以工业轧机为对象,根据热连轧板形前馈的特点,研究提出了基于遗传算法的轧制力负荷再分配的模型.实验数据对比分析结果表明,使用该策略能够获得良好的板形及生产的平稳过渡,可用于热连轧生产.     

直线滚动导轨在加工中心的应用

对直线滚动导轨过程中的设计方法、主要技术参数的选择和计算方法进行了阑述，并提出了在装配过程中应注意的有关事项。     

Determinants of Triangular Matrices and Trajectories on Ferre Diagrams

Some functions defined on the set of integer triangular matrices and their modifications are considered. These functions are analogs of the classical determinant and permanent functions and provide a powerful apparatus for studying sequences generated by linear recursive equations. Modifications of these functions are used to solve the problem about trajectories on Ferre diagrams and to establish new combinatorial identities.
