Blockage of Wnt/β‐Catenin Signaling by Nanoparticles Reduces Survival and Proliferation of CLL Cells In Vitro—Preliminary Study

The Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway is shown to play a significant role in the control of the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Studies have confirmed that aberrant activation of canonical Wnt signaling occurs in various forms of leukemia, and is crucial for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) pathogenesis. The aim of the study is to evaluate the influence of maltotriose (M3) modified fourth generation poly(propylene imine) dendrimers (PPI‐G4) on Wnt/β‐catenin pathway gene expression in CLL (MEC‐1) cells and to compare these findings with those obtained with fludarabine (FA). Microarray data analysis reveals seven of 19 Wnt/β‐catenin pathway genes whose expression changes significantly during dendrimer and FA treatment: WNT10A, WNT6 , and CDH1 among others. PPI‐G4‐M3 is already known to influence MEC‐1 cell apoptosis and proliferation. The obtained results suggest that the reduction in cell survival under the influence of glycodendrimers and FA may be due to loss of Wnt signaling.     

基于转录组学的绿豆改善肥胖小鼠肝脂肪变性的潜在机制

基于绿豆对高脂饲养肥胖小鼠肝脂肪变性的有效缓解作用,通过转录组学技术分析了其改善肝脂肪变性的潜在机制。结果表明,绿豆显著改善了肥胖小鼠的肝脏基因表达图谱。与模型组相比,全绿豆和去皮绿豆干预后的小鼠肝脏分别有306和461个表达量差异基因显著上调,596和1132个表达量差异基因显著下调。经KEGG功能注释分析显示,绿豆干预后引起的表达量差异基因显著注释到脂质代谢相关的通路上。KEGG通路富集分析结果表明,绿豆干预发生了以NOD样受体信号通路和Toll样受体信号通路激活为特征的功能转变,其中NOD样受体信号通路是最为显著富集的信号通路,涉及12个显著下调的表达量差异基因以反馈绿豆对小鼠肝脂肪变性的调控作用。绿豆干预后,小鼠血清中炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6水平的显著降低以及肝脏中TNF-α mRNA表达水平的显著下降也很好地支持了转录组学测序的结果。本研究旨在为阐释绿豆缓解肥胖小鼠肝脂肪变性的作用机制奠定数据基础,从而为绿豆基功能食品的开发和应用提供理论支撑。     

量子信令交换机模型设计及性能分析

本文提出了量子信令交换机的模型, 该交换机由经典信息控制模块、交换控制模块和量子交换模块三部分组成. 经典控制模块负责将纠缠初态信息传送给纠缠测量及交换单元并更新路由信息. 交换控制模块实现通路选择, 为纠缠对的分发提供通路. 量子交换模块制备纠缠对, 进行Bell态的测量, 完成纠缠交换. 量子信令交换机可以实现多用户间的信令传输及局域网通信. 通过对交换机的性能分析与仿真, 结果表明该交换机结构简单、安全保密、便于扩展、时延小, 对于构建量子通信网有很好的支撑作用. 关键词： 量子通信 量子信令网 量子信令交换机 纠缠交换     

量子纠缠信令网Poisson生存模型及保真度分析

量子信令态在传输过程中,由于环境影响产生退相干,造成信令损伤,从而会对构建高生存性的量子纠缠信令网产生影响. 为分析所造成的影响,建立了自然灾害下的量子信令网Poisson损伤模型. 首先,根据信令保真度定义了灾害级数;其次,提出信令态平均损伤量子比特数,并给出信令网生存函数;最后,研究了信令损伤的修复策略并进行仿真. 仿真结果表明,灾害级数的增加会大大降低信令网生存性,而增加信令转接点数和控制信令损伤上限可改善生存性,且该修复策略循环次数少,并可将信令态的保真度由0.6快速提高到0.9,信令网的生存函数由0.4提高到0.9. 关键词： 量子通信 量子信令网 保真度 生存函数     

基于VC谈判力的内生投资模型

近来,对风险投资的研究大都是从信息不对称、控制权的私有收益的角度出发,并且把首次投资水平看成是外生决定的变量.把其内生化并从谈判力的视角出发建立了一个两期信号博弈模型.通过模型分析,①得到了影响首次投资水平的关键因素:投资双方的谈判力、双方信息不对称以及事后不确定性程度;②对相关因素进行了量化分析,并讨论了投资双方谈判力的分配问题.

呼茄6号是以79B01-2-2-2为母本，9105-1-1-3为父本配制的一代杂种。该品种中早熟，始花节住7-8节果实长卵圆形，果皮黑色，光泽度好，耐弱光，果肉松软，味甜，口感极好。平均单果重量80g左右，露地每667m^2产量4400kg左右。适宜保护地和露地栽培。     

A model of interim information sharing under incomplete information

We propose a two-person game-theoretical model to study information sharing decisions at an interim stage when information is incomplete. The two agents have pieces of private information about the state of nature, and that information is improved by combining the pieces. Agents are both senders and receivers of information. There is an institutional arrangement that fixes a transfer of wealth from an agent who lies about her private information. In our model, we show that (1) there is a positive relation between information revelation and the amount of the transfers, and (2) information revelation has a collective action structure, in particular, the incentives of an agent to reveal decrease with respect to the amount of information disclosed by the other.     

石嘴山一矿煤体结构变化的地质控制

采用反映煤体结构破坏程度的若干宏观与测试参数,研究了石嘴山一矿井田主采三层煤的煤体结构变化特征。揭示出三层煤体结构垂向变化的分层性主要受石嘴山向斜中和面所控制;煤体结构横向分区性主要受北西向缓波状褶皱所控制。研究还表明,三层煤煤岩组分的构成也对煤体结构类型的发育有一定影响。     

Definitive evidence that the ESR spectrum observed during photolysis of Mn2(CO)10 in THF is due to octahedral high-spin (d5) manganese(II)

The reassignment to a manganese(0) quartet state by C.L. Kwan and J.K. Kochi (J. Organometal. Chem., 101 (1975) C9) of the ESR spectrum obtained during photolysis of Mn₂(CO)₁₀ in THF is shown to be in error; computer simulation of the X-band spectrum and observation of the S-band spectrum confirm our previous assignment to sextet manganese(II) and chemical and IR evidence indicate the presence of [Mn(CO)₅]^? as a counter ion.
