A shape selection method corresponding to an energy discrimination was used to eliminate unwanted events disturbing evaluation of CR-39 detectors in detecting tracks induced by particles both of perpendicular and oblique incidence. The angular dependence of the response was examined, detecting fast neutrons from 252Cf with shape selection technique at various angles and distances. Also, the CR-39 track detectors with the 252Cf source were exposed to high γ-intensity of a 60Co irradiation facility in the range 0.1 to 4.5 kGy, similar to the exposures inside spent fuel assemblies. Using the two functions the lower limit of burnup could be determined by the method.  相似文献

Distinguishing the types of partial discharge (PD) caused by different insulation defects in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) is a great challenge in the power industry, and improving the recognition accuracy of the relevant models is one of the key problems. In this paper, a convolutional neural network and long short-term memory (CNN-LSTM) model is proposed, which can effectively extract and utilize the spatiotemporal characteristics of PD input signals. First, the spatial characteristics of higher-level PD signals can be obtained through the CNN network, but because CNN is a deep feedforward neural network, it does not have the ability to process time-series data. The PD voltage signal is related to the time dimension, so LSTM saves and analyzes the previous voltage signal information, realizes the modeling of the time dependence of the data, and improves the accuracy of the PD signal pattern recognition. Finally, the pattern recognition results based on CNN-LSTM are given and compared with those based on other traditional analysis methods. The results show that the pattern recognition rate of this method is the highest, with an average of 97.9%, and its overall accuracy is better than that of other traditional analysis methods. The CNN-LSTM model provides a reliable reference for GIS PD diagnosis.  相似文献

Nickel-based alloys have been considered as candidate structural materials used in generation IV nuclear reactors serving at high temperatures. In the present study, alloy 617 was irradiated with 180-keV helium ions to a fluence of 3.6×1017 ions/cm2 at room temperature. Throughout the cross-section transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image, numerous over-pressurized helium bubbles in spherical shape are observed with the actual concentration profile a little deeper than the SRIM predicted result. Post-implantation annealing was conducted at 700 ℃ for 2 h to investigate the bubble evolution. The long-range migration of helium bubbles occurred during the annealing process, which makes the bubbles of the peak region transform into a faceted shape as well. Then the coarsening mechanism of helium bubbles at different depths is discussed and related to the migration and coalescence (MC) mechanism. With the diffusion of nickel atoms slowed down by the alloy elements, the migration and coalescence of bubbles are suppressed in alloy 617, leading to a better helium irradiation resistance.  相似文献

钛合金凭借其强度高、耐蚀性好、耐热性高等特点已经被广泛应用于航天、海洋、生物医药等诸多领域,其中Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)合金的耐热性、强度、塑性、韧性、成形性、可焊性、耐蚀性和生物相容性均较好,已成为钛合金工业中的王牌合金。钛合金在激光焊接时,加入表面活性剂可以增加焊缝熔深、提高焊接效率、改善焊缝微观组织的不均匀性,但是可能会改变熔合区和焊缝区中元素含量及其分布状态,从而可能会对材料的性能产生一定的影响。运用LIBS分析技术对TC4钛合金焊接试样表面进行面扫描同步获得多元素成分信息,同时结合原位统计分布分析方法(OPA),实现了对钛合金母材、熔合区、焊缝成分及其分布状态的快速表征,为活性剂的选择和焊接后钛合金的材料性能提供一种新的评价手段。选取了两个使用不同活性剂进行焊接的TC4钛合金薄板试样,选取焊缝纵切面方向作为分析面,采用320目的氧化铝砂纸进行表面处理,利用LIBSOPA系统进行成分分布统计表征。首先,对激发光斑和剥蚀条件进行条件优化,最终选择200 μm的激发光斑、10个预剥蚀脉冲10个剥蚀脉冲进行实验,并建立了钛合金中C,Al,V,Fe,Si和Ti六个元素的校准曲线(其中Si元素主要来自活性剂);然后对钛合金焊接样品进行了区域扫描,并对元素含量和分布状态进行了统计表征。同时,在钛合金焊接样品的不同部位进行分区取样,采用高频红外法分析C元素含量,并与LIBSOPA结果进行比对,两种测试方法结果吻合。元素Al,V,Fe,Si和Ti分布结果与微束X荧光光谱法对应性较好。运用LIBSOPA 技术实现了对钛合金母材、熔合区、焊缝中多元素的成分分布表征,为快速判定钛合金焊缝中成分及分布状态提供了全新的评价表征手段。  相似文献

Compared with the traditional magnetic bubble, a skyrmion has a smaller size, and better stability and therefore is considered as a very promising candidate for future memory devices. When skyrmions are manipulated, erased and created, the density of skyrmions can be varied, however the relationship between the radii and the densities of skyrmions needs more exploration. In this paper, we study this problem both theoretically and by using the lattice simulation. The average radius of skyrmions as a function of material parameters, the strength of the external magnetic field and the density of skyrmions is obtained and verified. With this explicit function, the skyrmion radius can be easily predicted, which is helpful for the future study of skyrmion memory devices.  相似文献

Methanol fuel cells have been intensively developed as clean and high-efficiency energy conversion system due to their high efficiency and low emission of pollutants. Here, we developed a simple aqueous synthetic method to prepare bimetallic Pd Au nanoflowers catalysts for methanol oxidation reaction(MOR) in alkaline environment. Their composition can be directly tuned by changing the ratio between Pd and Au precursors. Compared with commercial Pd/C catalyst, all of the Pd Au nanoflowers catalysts show the enhanced catalytic activity and durability. In particular, the Pd Au nanoflowers specific activity reached 0.72 m A/cm2, which is 14 times that of commercial Pd/C catalyst. The superior MOR activity could be attributed to the unique porous structure and the shift of the d-band center of Pd.  相似文献

This paper proposes a three-dimensional(3 D) controlled quantum teleportation scheme for an unknown single-qutrit state. The scheme is first introduced in an ideal environment, and its detailed implementation is described via the transformation of the quantum system. Four types of 3 D-Pauli-like noise corresponding to Weyl operators are created by Kraus operators: trit-flip, t-phase-flip, trit-phase-flip, and t-depolarizing. Then, this scheme is analyzed in terms of four types of noisy channel with memory. For each type of noise, the average fidelity is calculated as a function of memory and noise parameters, which is afterwards compared with classical fidelity. The results demonstrate that for trit-flip and t-depolarizing noises, memory will increase the average fidelity regardless of the noise parameter. However, for t-phase-flip and trit-phaseflip noises, memory may become ineffective in increasing the average fidelity above a certain noise threshold.  相似文献
