Computer-assisted optimization of selectivity by tuning temperature and carrier gas pressure drop in two GC capillary columns coupled in series

The paper shows a computer-assisted procedure for the optimization of selectivity of two columns coupled in series by tuning the working temperature (using the isothermal mode) and columns coupling-point pressure at constant inlet and outlet carrier gas pressures. The optimization procedure validation was tested by the separation of 32 hydrocarbons in a column series with the aim to resolve the maximum number of components in the shortest possible analysis time.Dedicated to Professor J. Synthesis of 5-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo-[3,4-<Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis>]pyridines by the <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis>-(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde modification of Hantzsch reaction

The reactions of p-(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde with 5-amino-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole and 2-RCOCH₂-1H-benzimidazoles have produced 5-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines. The transformation includes the formation of compounds in accordance with a Hantzsch reaction containing a 1,4-dihydropyridine ring, and is completed by the aromatization either by the splitting off of N,N-dimethylanyline or oxidation. Isomerization in the Oxidative Cyclocondensation of 2-Aroylmethyl-1H-benzimidazoles with o-Aminothiophenol

Oxidative cyclocondensation of 2-aroylmethyl-1H-benzimidazoles with o-aminothiophenol gave the previously unknown 3-aryl-2-(2-benzimidazolyl)-4H-1,4-benzothiazines and (or) the isomeric 2H-1,4-benzothiazines. 2-(4-Nitrophenacyl)-1H-benzimidazole and 2-phenacylbenzothiazole gave 4H-1,4-benzothiazines which are not liable to isomerize but the reaction of the first compound is complicated by a hydrolytic fission which yields 2-[2-(4-nitrobenzoylamino)phenylthiomethyl]benzimidazole. A mixture of dimethylsulfoxide, acetic acid, and water was used as oxidant and solvent. The effect of the substituent and of the solvent on the tendency of the products to undergo prototropic isomerization in the benzothiazine ring have been studied.     

无机盐催化氧化法合成苯二酚的研究

以无机盐作为苯酚选择氧化催化剂 ,用低浓度过氧化氢氧化 ,得到的苯二酚的总选择性达83 % ,苯酚转化率为40 %。讨论了催化剂用量、pH值、苯酚溶液浓度、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件对苯酚羟基化反应的影响     

拓扑指数mN与无机氢化物pKa1的关系

受Randic分子连接性拓扑指数的启发,构建了电负性拓扑指数mN。用其0,1阶指数0N和1N,与P区无机氢化物的pKa1值关联,拟合成2个回归方程,其相关系数与相关指数分别为0.9954和0.9954。结构选择性达到惟一性表征。预测取得了较好的结果。     

基于神经网络技术提高红外气体分析器的选择性

应用前馈神经网络算法消除非目标参量对主传感器的干扰,从而提高了红外气体分析器的选择性.以检测甲烷为例,在干扰气体乙烯的体积分数变化了7600×10-6时,经神经网络融合处理后,分析器的选择性系数从3.17提高到422,主传感器输出的引用误差从58%降为0.65%,实现了对甲烷的准确识别.实验结果表明,该方法具有实际应用前景.     

量子化学在合成CLT酸中的应用（Ⅰ）——反应位置选择性

用量子化学中半经验自治场分子轨道AMI方法全优化计算了合成CLT酸新工艺和老工艺中备反应物的分子几何构型和电子结构，发现用前线轨道理论可以很好地阐明各反应（磺化、氯化、溴化、氨化和硝化反应）的位置选择性；导出邻氯甲苯发生溴化反应时氯基的定位能力应大于甲基的结论．较好地解释了经典有机电子理论无法解释的实验事实。     

用于分离卤代烃的气相色谱柱的改进

用中等极性的聚乙二醇－２０Ｍ固定液代替强极性的聚乙二醇－２０００固定液制备气相色谱柱，提高了柱效能和色谱分离度。     

在Cr／ZrO_2复合氧化物催化剂上丙烷脱氢反应性能的研究

研究了在氧化条件下，以Ｃｒ／ＺｒＯ_２为催化剂，丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯的反应。主要讨论了Ｃｒ含量、不同载体及活性金属离子Ｋ￣＋对催化剂性能的影响，诸如对催化剂活性、催化剂寿命、丙烷转化率及丙烯选择性等方面的影响。
