The dissociation of water adsorbed on the surface of NiO was investigated by using the semi-empirical SCF MO method MSINDO. Simulations were based on embedded cluster models representing the (100) surface, with and without a monatomic step. The angle formed between the metal adsorption site and the O–H bond associated with water has been found to be critical to the energetics of the dissociation process. Based on this criterion, it was shown that water dissociation is favorable on the stepped surface, but highly unlikely on the planar surface. In addition, the activation energy required for water dissociation in a monatomic NiO step was considerably lower than for dissociation at the planar surface. The high activation energy associated with water dissociation on the planar surface is attributed to the rigidity of the NiO lattice. Dedicated to Prof. K. Jug in honor of his 65th birthday  相似文献

The General Rate model has been developed and solved to describe protein adsorption in an expanded bed. The model takes into account axial and local variation of particle size distribution (PSD), external and intra-particle mass transfer resistances, and dispersion in liquid phase. The influence of PSD on breakthrough profiles has been analysed. The simulation results show that for a significantly high expanded bed the lower part of the breakthrough curve profiles, calculated for local particle size distribution (LPSD) and for axial average particle size distribution (APSD) are very similar. However, the upper part of breakthrough profiles calculated for LPSD approaches inlet concentration much more slowly than those calculated for APSD. The retention times of the lower part of uptake curves calculated with average particle diameter are constantly shorter than those obtained from LPSD. For the calculation of the dynamic capacity (DC), the LPSD can be replaced by APSD for large expanded bed heights. Using breakthrough profiles calculated for average particle size, DC values are constantly underestimated.  相似文献

在低钯含量活性非均布Pd/Al2O3催化剂上,实现了富氧条件下,氢部分选择性催化还原NO过程,低温、富氧条件下NO的转化率高达80%-100%。NO直接分解实验表明,600℃,NO分解转化率在无氧时为17.3%,有0.5%氧存在时接近于0。氢非选择性还原NO条件下,100℃以下,NO转化率为100%。根据实验结果及文献,推测了氢部分选择性还原NO过程中可能存在的反应,不同的反应温度下,NO脱除反应有所不同。在115℃以下,NO还原产物为NH3;115℃-155℃,NO还原产物为NH3、N2O和N2;155℃以上,NO还原产物中无NH3存在。NO还原反应与氢氧反应是平行的竞争反应。  相似文献

Comparatively high CH3OH selectivity (60.0%) and yield (6.7%) were obtained on MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts in selective oxidation of methane to methanol using molecular oxygen as oxidant. The interaction between MoOx and La-Co-oxide modified the molecular structure of molybdenum oxide and the ratio of O^-/O^2- on the catalyst surface, which controlled the catalytic performance of MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts.  相似文献

With frontal analysis(FA),the dependence of adsorption isotherms of insulin on the composition of mobile phase in reversed phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) has been investigated,This is also a good example to employ the stoichiometric displacement theory (SDT) for ivestigating solute adsorption in physical chemistry.Six kinds of mobile phase in RPLC were employed to study the effects on the elution curves and adsorption isotherms of insulin.the key points of this paper are:(1) the stability of insulin due to delay time after preparing,the organic solvent concentration,the kind and the concentration of ion-pairing agent in mobile phase were found to affect both elution curve and adsorption isotherm very seriously.(2)To obtain a valid and comparable result,the composition of the mobile phase employed in FA must be as same as possible to that in usual RPLC of either analytical scale or preparative purpose.(3)Langmuir Equation and the SDT were employed to imitate these obtained adsorption isotherms.The expression for solute adsorption from solution of the SDT was found to have a better elucidation to the insulin adsorption from mobile phase in RPLC.  相似文献

The interaction between glucose oxidase (GOx) and phospholipid monolayers is studied at the 1,2-dichloroethane/water interface by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Electrochemical experiments show that the presence of GOx induces changes in the capacitance curves at both negative and positive potentials, which are successfully explained by a theoretical model based on the solution of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation. These changes are ascribed to a reduced partition coefficient of GOx and an increase of the permittivity of the lipid hydrocarbon domain. Our results show that the presence of lipid molecules enhances the adsorption of GOx molecules at the liquid/liquid interface. At low lipid concentrations, the adsorption of GOx is probably the first step preceding its penetration into the lipid monolayer. The experimental results indicate that GOx penetrates better and forms more stable monolayers for lipids with longer hydrophobic tails. At high GOx concentrations, the formation of multilayers is observed. The phenomenon described here is strongly dependent on 1) the GOx and lipid concentrations, 2) the nature of the lipid, and 3) the potential drop across the interface.  相似文献

以5-氨基烷基-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷为起始原料, 乙酸酐为酰化剂, 一步法选择性地合成氨基二醇类氨基乙酰化产物N-1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基烷基乙酰胺. 该方法操作简便, 收率高. 所合成的4个新化合物的结构均经FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR及HRMS确证. N-3-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基)丙基乙酰胺(1a)作为关键的中间体, 可以用于HIV-1 Tat/ PCAF BRD抑制剂4的合成.  相似文献
