实验采用聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)在室内模拟干旱条件,研究不同程度干旱胁迫对多花胡枝子相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和脯氨酸含量的影响,旨在探求其在沙质条件下的生存能力.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加强,电导率和丙二醛(MDA)明显增加,而叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和叶片相对含水量均呈显著下降趋势.以30%PEG6000处理对多花胡枝子的伤害最大.在胁迫处理12h,30%浓度处理的植株电导率高至(50.7%)比对照组高13.4%;SOD活性最低为100.4 U/g;在胁迫处理24h时,10%浓度处理的植株脯氨酸含量高达1 024 Ug/g,此后逐渐降低;在处理48h时,30%浓度处理的植株MDA含量为17.58 nmol/g,高于其他胁迫处理.在PEG6000处理过程中,处理0~12h为植株的抗性阶段,处理12~48h为植株的耗尽阶段.可见,在干旱胁迫下,多花胡枝子可以通过改变体内物质含量来提高抗性,渡过逆境. 相似文献

Prodigiosin is a red pigment produced by Serratia marcescens with anticancer, antimalarial, and antibacterial effects. In this study, we extracted and identified a red pigment from a culture of S. marcescens strain ZPG19 and investigated its effect on the growth performance and intestinal microbiota of Kunming mice. High-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry revealed that the pigment had a mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of 324.2160, and thus it was identified as prodigiosin. To investigate the effect of prodigiosin on the intestinal microbiota, mice (n = 5) were administered 150 μg/kg/d prodigiosin (crude extract, 95% purity) via the drinking water for 18 days. Administration of prodigiosin did not cause toxicity in mice. High-throughput sequencing analysis revealed that prodigiosin altered the cecum microbiota abundance and diversity; the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio significantly decreased, whereas Lactobacillus reuteri significantly increased. This finding indicates that oral administration of prodigiosin has a beneficial effect on the intestinal microbiota of mice. As prodigiosin is non-toxic to mouse internal organs and improves the mouse intestinal microbiota, we suggest that it is a promising candidate drug to treat intestinal inflammation. 相似文献

Photochemical degradation plays an important role in the attenuation of many recalcitrant pollutants in surface freshwaters. Photoinduced transformation kinetics are strongly affected by environmental conditions, where sunlight irradiance plays the main role, followed by water depth and dissolved organic carbon (DOC). Apart from poorly predictable weather-related issues, fair-weather irradiance has a seasonal trend that results in the fastest photodegradation in June and the slowest in December (at least in temperate areas of the northern hemisphere). Pollutants that have first-order photochemical lifetimes longer than a week take more than one month to achieve 95% photodegradation. Consequently, they may experience quite different irradiance conditions as their photodegradation goes on. The relevant time trend can be approximated as a series of first-order kinetic tracts, each lasting for one month. The trend considerably departs from an overall exponential decay, if degradation takes long enough to encompass seasonally varying irradiance conditions. For instance, sunlight irradiance is higher in July than in April, but increasing irradiance after April and decreasing irradiance after July ensure that pollutants emitted in either month undergo degradation with very similar time trends in the first 3–4 months after emission. If photodegradation takes longer, pollutants emitted in July experience a considerable slowdown in photoreaction kinetics as winter is approached. Therefore, if pollutants are photostable enough that their photochemical time trend evolves over different seasons, degradation acquires some peculiar features than cannot be easily predicted from a mere analysis of lifetimes in the framework of simple first-order kinetics. Such features are here highlighted with a modelling approach, taking the case of carbamazepine as the main example. 为了定量评估城市绿地吸收CO2改善城市生态环境的效果,2006年4月—2007年3月在北京海淀公园绿地使用涡度相关系统连续观测CO2通量、总辐射、大气温度,并使用冠层分析仪测量叶面积指数,研究CO2通量的变化及其影响因素.结果表明,绿地CO2通量受植被生物活动的影响呈现明显的季节变化特征,晴天天气状况下CO2通量日均值FCO2在4—10月为负值,绿地是CO2汇,在6—9月是CO2强吸收汇,FCO2约-0.100—-0.120mg/m2.s,而在11—3月FCO2为正值,绿地为CO2源,12—2月是CO2强排放源,FCO2约0.100mg/m2.s.绿地CO2通量受总辐射、LAI、大气温度的显著影响,净辐射的影响明显大于大气温度,净辐射越大、LAI越大、大气温度越高,绿地光合作用吸收CO2的能力越强.观测期间一年海淀公园绿地CO2的净吸收量约为615gCO2/m2. 相似文献

Many studies have reported the use of near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to characterize wines or to predict wine chemical composition. However, little is known about the effect of variation in temperature on the NIR spectrum of wine and the subsequent effect on the performance of calibrations used to measure chemical composition. Several parameters influence the spectra of organic molecules in the NIR region, with temperature being one of the most important factors affecting the vibration intensity and frequency of molecular bonds. Wine is a complex mixture of chemical components (e.g. water, sugars, organic acids, and ethanol), and a simple ethanol and water model solution cannot be used to study the possible effects of temperature variations in the NIR spectrum of wine. Ten red and 10 white wines were scanned in triplicate at six different temperatures (25 °C, 30 °C, 35 °C, 40 °C, 45 °C and 50 °C) in the visible (vis) and NIR regions (400-2500 nm) in a monochromator instrument in transmission mode (1 mm path length). Principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) regression models were developed using full cross validation (leave-one-out). These models were used to interpret the spectra and to develop calibrations for alcohol, sugars (glucose + fructose) and pH at different temperatures. The results showed that differences in the spectra around 970 nm and 1400 nm, related to OH bonding were observed for both varieties. Additionally an effect of temperature on the vis region of red wine spectra was observed. The standard error of cross validation (SECV) achieved for the PLS calibration models tended to inverse as the temperature increased. The practical implication of this study it is recommended that the temperature of scanning for wine analysis using a 1 mm path length cuvette should be between 30 °C and 35 °C. 相似文献

In this paper,zinc acetate,manganese acetate and thiacetamide are used as raw materials to successfully synthesize monodispersed ZnS:Mn2+ microspheres by using hydrothermal method and taking P123 surfactant as a template. The products were characterized by XRD,STEM,FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption. And the results show that the diameter of this microsphere is 1.0 μm or so,which is larger than that of ZnS microsphere without Mn2+ doping,and it has monodispersion,smooth surface and uniform size. The doping of Mn2+ does not obviously change the structure of monodispersed ZnS microsphere. The photoluminescence peak lies in a wide band ranging from 450 to 650 nm,and the microspheres emit orange light; with the increase of Mn2+ concentration,fluorescence intensity of ZnS:Mn2+ microsphere changes,and when the mole ratio of Mn2+:Zn2+ is 0.3:1,the fluorescence intensity is the strongest. 相似文献

Adequate very sensitive quantification methods are needed for the development and are also now required for the monitoring
of undesirable solid form(s) as routine tests. The pre-requisite for quantitation are selectivity, sensitivity and most important
the purity of standards and their proper storage, what is a challenge for metastable forms.
Several analytical techniques are available such as X-ray diffraction, spectroscopy, thermal analysis and microcalorimetry.
The different steps of the validation of the analytical methods and problems to be solved are discussed. Examples illustrate
the different techniques and compare their possible advantages and limits. The relative standard deviation of measurements
should allow for checking the homogenization procedure of mixtures for calibration. The validation should be carried out following
ICH guidelines for validation of analytical methods. Comparison of different techniques in adequate concentration range add
