Reaction of cis-,-dinitrostilbene (substrate) with morpholine (reagent) in n-hexane leads to cis--nitro--morpholinostilbene (end product). The process is of first order with respect to the substrate and second order with respect to the reagent. Possible reaction mechanisms are analyzed, and it is established that the following are most probable on the basis of kinetic patterns and stereochemistry: development of a charge transfer complex having a hydrogen bond between the substrate nitro group and reagent amino group; reaction of the complex with a second reagent molecule and formation of a carbanion (this stage determines the overall reaction rate); and detachment of a nitrite ion from the nitrocarbanion and its protonation to form the end product.N. Gallium oxynitride, isostructural to hexagonal gallium nitride (h-GaN), was obtained by ammonia nitridation of a precursor prepared from the addition of citric acid to an aqueous solution of gallium nitrate. Gallium oxynitride produced at 750 °C had a small amount of gallium vacancies, and was formulated as (Ga0.890.11) (N0.66O0.34) where the symbol □ stands for gallium vacancy. Both the gallium vacancies and oxygen substituted for nitrogen were randomly distributed within the structure. The amount of vacancies decreased with nitridation temperatures in the range of 750-850 °C. Approximately, 10 at% Li+ was doped into the gallium oxynitride, using a similar preparation with the additional presence of lithium nitrate, resulted in the random substitution of Ga3+ in an atomic ratio of Li/Ga<1 at 750 °C. Oxygen was codoped with lithium and substituted nitrogen in the wurtzite-type crystal lattice. These substitutions reduced the electrical conductivity in the gallium oxynitride semiconductor. A new oxynitride, Li2Ga3NO4, was also obtained with Li2CN2 impurity using similar preparations from a mixture of Li/Ga?1. The crystal structure was isostructural with h-GaN, and was refined as P63mc with a=0.31674(1) nm, and c=0.50854(2) nm. The Ga and Li occupancies at the 2b site were refined to be 0.6085 and 0.3915, respectively, assuming that the other 2b site was randomly occupied with 1/5O and 4/5N. When the new compound was washed for over 1 min for the removal of Li2CN2 impurities, it was decomposed to a mixture of α-GaOOH and α-LiGaO2. The as-prepared product with Li/Ga=1 showed the highest intensity in yellow luminescence among the products under excitation at 254 nm.  相似文献

Through the sol–gel process, using the so-called neutral amine route, spherical particles of 1:1 zirconia–titania were synthesized from zirconium(IV) and titanium(IV) butoxides as well as 1,12-diaminododecane as precursor species. The obtained product exhibited a hexagonal structure, as determinated by X-ray diffraction data. The obtained material was also characterized by thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and surface area measurements. Despite the release of template molecules on heating, the spherical morphology was retained up to about 1200°C, at which the disruption of the spheres took place.  相似文献

为了解南水北调东线工程调水期间洪泽湖水质变化,基于2013—2020年洪泽湖调水期水质监测数据,采用Daniel趋势检验分析水质年变化趋势,通过空间插值得出各湖区水质分布规律,并进一步用主成分分析法分析水质主要污染类型。结果表明:2013—2020年洪泽湖调水期水质在合格至轻度污染之间,TP和TN为主要超标因子;时间上水质有变好趋势,空间上过水区水质最差,但有转好趋势,而成子湖区和溧河洼区有所恶化;污染类型以富营养化污染为主,氮磷营养盐影响较大;水质污染以入湖河流输入和建设用地增加人类活动的污染为主要来源,还伴有偶发污染事故;时间上洪泽湖对东线输水的综合水质有改善趋势,建议进一步加强相关污染防治工作,保护洪泽湖水环境,保障南水北调东线工程输水水质安全。  相似文献

本文在溶液体系中合成了多种形貌的氧化锌(ZnO)微晶。所得花状、雪花状、棒状、多刺球状和棱柱状氧化锌微晶用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行了鉴定和表征,考察了反应条件如溶剂、温度及pH值对ZnO微粒尺寸和形貌的影响,初步探讨了不同形貌ZnO微粒的生长机理。该文对制备形貌可控的氧化物具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

New strategies for the synthesis of perfectly alternating segmented polyimide-polydimethyl siloxane copolymers were developed by utilizing a transimidization method. Imide oligomers endcapped with 2-aminopyrimidine were reacted with aminopropyl terminated (dimethyl siloxane) oligomers to afford perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers. The polymerization was conducted in solvents such as chlorobenzene and chlorofrom. High molecular weight, fully imidized perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers were obtained within 2 h at temperatures of 60-110°C. The mechanism of the reaction was further elucidated via model compounds and NMR characterization. The block copolymers exhibited two Tgs due to the microphase separation of the polyimide and polysiloxane phases. The Tg of the polyimide phase was a function of the length of the polyimide block. However, partial phase mixing was also evident from the DSC results on the imide siloxane copolymers prepared with low molecular weight polyimide segments. Thermooxidative stability and tensile properties of the perfectly alternating segmented imide siloxane copolymers were found to be principally dependent on the amount of poly (dimethyl siloxane) incorporated in the copolymer and did not correlate with the poly (dimethyl siloxane) or polyimide block lengths. A new class of optically active poly(amide-imide)s based on an α-amino acid was synthesized via direct polycondensation reaction of different diisocyanates with a chiral diacid monomer. The step-growth polymerization reactions of N-trimellitylimido-S-valine (TISV) (1) with 4,4′-methylene-bis(4-phenylisocyanate) (MDI) (2) was performed under microwave irradiation, as well as solution polymerization under graduate heating and reflux conditions. The optimized polymerization conditions for each method were performed with tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) (3), hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) (4), and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) (5) to produce optically active poly(amide-imide)s via diisocyanate route. The resulting polymers have inherent viscosities in the range of 0.02-1.10 dL/g. Decomposition temperatures for 5% weight loss (T5) occurred above 300 °C (by TGA) in nitrogen atmospheres. These polymers are optically active, thermally stable and soluble in amide-type solvents. Some structural characterization and physical properties of this new optically active poly(amide-imide)s are reported.  相似文献

Biodegradable nanoparticles loaded with anticancer drug paclitaxel and appropriately coated with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol (PEG) as well as d--tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS) were produced and characterised by various analysis techniques such as laser light scattering (LLS) for particle size and size distribution, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) for particle morphology, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier Transform Infrared-Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (FTIR-PAS) for surface chemistry, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for drug encapsulation efficiency (EE) and in vitro release kinetics. The emphasis was given to the possible effects of surface coating on the physicochemical and pharmaceutical properties of paclitaxel loaded nanoparticles. It was found that the type and amount of the surfactant could significantly affect the drug EE in the nanoparticles, the particles characteristics and their in vitro release behaviour. The surfactants dominated on the nanoparticles surface and the coated nanoparticles displayed in spherical shape with relative smooth surface within the resolution scope of the equipment. The particle size and size distribution showed close relation to the surface coating, which may also be responsible for the drug encapsulation efficiency and the in vitro release kinetics. A favourable formulation of drug loaded nanoparticles of desired properties could be obtained by optimising the fabrication parameters.  相似文献
