Vibration peaks occurring at rational fractions of the fundamental rotating critical speed, here named Local Resonances, facilitate cracked shaft detection during machine shut-down. A modified Jeffcott-rotor on journal bearings accounting for gravity effects and oscillating around nontrivial equilibrium points is employed. Modal parameter selection allows this linear model to represent first mode characteristics of real machines. Orbit evolution and vibration patterns are analyzed, yielding useful results. Crack detection results indicate that, instead of 1x and 2x components, analysis of the remaining local resonances should have priority; this is due to crack-residual imbalance interaction and to 2x multiple induced origins. Therefore, local resonances and orbital evolution around 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 of the critical speed are emphasized for various crack-imbalance orientations. To cite this article: J. Résumé

Les pics de vibration apparaissant au passage des fractions de la vitesse de critique de rotation des systèmes tournants, appelées résonances locales, facilitent la détection de fissures sur les machines. Dans cette étude, un modèle de rotor Jeffcott modifié avec une fissure tournante, comportant des coussinets et prenant en compte les effets de pesanteur et de balourd est présenté. Le choix modal des paramètres permet de représenter les caractéristiques liées au premier mode des machines tournantes usuelles. Les évolutions des vibrations et des orbites du système comportant une fissure sont analysées et permettent d'obtenir des résultats utiles pour la détection des fissures sur les machines tournantes. Ainsi, ces résultats indiquent que, en plus des composants 1x et 2x, l'analyse des autres résonances locales restantes doivent être regardées avec attention du fait de l'interaction possible entre les différentes orientations de la fissure et du balourd, et des origines multiples pouvant engendrer la présence des résonances 2x. Par conséquent les résonances et l'évolution des orbites obtenus autour de 1/2, 1/3 et 1/4 de la vitesse critique sont étudiées pour différentes variations d'angle entre le balourd et l'orientation de la fissure. 转子耦合摆系统广泛应用于航空动力装置、矿业筛分机械和并联机器人等高速旋转设备.但是对转子耦合摆系统同步行为(稳定相位差值)研究甚少,系统同步行为通常影响系统的工作执行精度.基于这一特殊背景,提出了转子与摆耦合系统的简化物理模型.利用庞加莱法研究转子耦合摆系统的同步问题,进一步揭示了该类系统同步现象的本质机理.首先运用拉格朗日方程建立了转子同向和反向旋转的系统动力方程,随后将系统动力方程转换为无量纲方程.然后利用拉普拉斯法对无量纲方程解耦,计算出了系统各个自由度的近似稳态响应解.继而采用庞加莱法导出了系统实现同步的平衡方程和稳定准则.只有系统的物理参数同时满足系统同步平衡方程和稳定准则时,系统才能实现稳定的同步行为.通过理论研究发现,系统的同步行为主要受弹簧刚度、摆杆安装倾角和转子旋转方向的影响.同时系统同步"临界点"会造成相位差角无解,导致系统动态特性表现为混沌.最后,使用计算机模拟验证了理论计算的正确性,两者的结果相符.  相似文献

We report on vapochromic films suitable for detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs), based on polycarbonate (PC) doped with 4‐(triphenylamino)phthalonitrile (TPAP), a fluorescent molecular rotor sensitive to solvent polarity and viscosity. PC films of variable thickness (from 20 up to 80 µm) and containing small amounts of TPAP (0.05 wt%) were prepared and exposed to a saturated atmosphere of different VOCs. TPAP/PC films showed a gradual decrease and red‐shift of the emission during the exposure to solvents with high polarity index and favorable interaction with the polymer matrix such as THF, CHCl3, and acetonitrile. In the case of the most interacting solvents (THF and CHCl3), TPAP/PC films also showed a fluorescence increase at longer exposure times, as a consequence of an irreversible, solvent‐induced crystallization process of the polymeric matrix. The vapochromism of TPAP/PC films is rationalized on the basis of alterations of the rotor intramolecular motion upon solvent uptake by PC and polarity effects of the microenvironment. Interestingly, the fluorescence response of the TPAP/PC films shows a non‐trivial, tuneable dependence on film thickness during the second solvent‐exposure stage. The latter effect is attributed to a variable extent of the crystallization process occurring in the PC films. This observation promptly suggests, in turn, an effective procedure to modulate the spectroscopic response in such functionalized polymeric materials through the precise control of the film thickness. A series of intramolecular H‐atom shift reactions of both alkenyl and allylic radicals were investigated by using CBS‐QB3 electronic structure calculations. In the first set of reactions, an alkyl radical site was converted into an allylic radical site. In the second set, an allylic radical was converted into another allylic radical. The results are discussed in the context of a Benson‐type model to examine the impact of the transition‐state partial resonance stabilization on both the activation energies and the pre‐exponential factors. In most cases, the differences in the activation energies relative to those for the analogous alkyl radicals are primarily due to the barriers of the bimolecular reaction component of the activation energy. For the first set of reactions, there is additional entropy loss relative to the alkyl radical analogues. This additional loss of entropy may be smaller than some previous estimates. The pre‐exponential factors for the second set of reactions are generally similar to those of the analogous alkyl radical reactions (once the double bond in the transition state is accounted for).  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We present the first investigation of the ν8 band (C–C symmetric stretch at 870.3137?cm?1), together with an extended analysis of the neighbouring ν21 band (CH3 rock at 921.3756?cm?1) of propane (C3H8). Our previous investigation of the ν21 A-type band [A.Perrin, F. Kwabia-Tchana, J.M.Flaud, L.Manceron, P.Groner, W.J.Lafferty. J. Mol. Spectrosc. 315, 55 (2015)] revealed that the rotational energy levels of 211 are split because of interactions with the internal rotations of the methyl groups, leading to the identification of AA, EE, AE and EA torsional components. In this work, a similar behaviour was observed for the B-type ν8 band and the analysis of the ν21 band was greatly extended. One of the results of the present study is to show that these torsional splittings are due to the existence of anharmonic and Coriolis resonances, coupling the 211 and 81 rotational levels to nearby highly excited levels of the two internal rotations of the methyl groups. Accordingly, an effective ‘vibration – torsion- rotation’ Hamiltonian model was built in the G36 symmetry group which accounts for both types of resonances. In parallel, a code computing the line intensities was developed to allow unambiguous torsional component assignments. The line assignments were performed using a high resolution (0.0015?cm?1) infrared spectrum of propane, recorded with synchrotron radiation at the SOLEIL French light source facility coupled to a Bruker IFS-125 Fourier transform spectrometer. Finally, a linelist of positions and intensities which can be used for the detection of propane in the Earth and outer planets atmospheres was produced.  相似文献
