高炉煤气含有大量粉尘,易沉积于管道三偏心蝶阀阀座密封面底部而造成阀板卡塞或损坏,影响高炉生产并造成严重经济损失。为获取管道内部高炉煤气流速对蝶阀区域粉尘沉降规律的影响机理,使用Pro/E建立了蝶阀及其区域流场的三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench软件的FLUENT模块,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和DPM模型,对3种高炉煤气流速条件下的蝶阀区域粉尘运动轨迹进行了模拟分析。结果表明:流速为8m/s工况下,粉尘沉积质量随阀板开度增大而呈现先降后升的趋势,而12m/s和16m/s工况下,粉尘沉积质量随阀板开度增大而降低;阀板开度15°工况下,粉尘沉积率随高炉煤气流速增大而升高,而45°和75°工况下,粉尘沉积率随高炉煤气流速增大而降低。研究结果可为高炉煤气管道蝶阀区域粉尘自动清除装置的研制提供理论参考。 相似文献

Pyrolysis of rice straw (RS), a popular method for producing biochar, effectively treats heavy metal(loid)-contaminated RS. Here, we carried out this process at different temperatures and investigated the deportment of heavy metal(loid)s and the property evolution of biochars. Also, the optimal pyrolysis temperature for Pb adsorption and immobilization was studied. We observed that increasing the temperature could volatilize the heavy metal(loid)s. Cd was the most volatile metal therein, followed by As, while Ni, Cu, and Pb were relatively refractory. More than 75% of the remaining heavy metal(loid)s were non-exchangeable fractions at 700 °C, significantly reducing the environmental risk during subsequent application. Meanwhile, higher pyrolysis temperature resulted in higher pH values, higher surface areas, and stronger Pb adsorption capacity of RS biochars. The maximum adsorption capacity (Qm) of biochars was in the order of BC300 (77.2 mg·g?1) < BC500 (137.2 mg·g?1) < BC700 (222.6 mg·g?1). Besides, high-temperature biochar could significantly reduce the vertical Pb migration. And BC700 increased the fraction of residual Pb from 39.7% to 44.0% in the soil under the acid rain leaching condition. Therefore, we propose that the heavy metal(loid)-contaminated RS biochar produced at 700 °C might be more suitable for the remediation of soil heavily polluted in the Pb-smelting area. 相似文献

采用分散固相萃取(QuEChERS)为样品前处理方法,建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLCMS/MS)快速检测精米、玉米和土豆中噻呋酰胺残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,PSA净化,超高效液相色谱分离,电喷雾电离、负离子扫描,三重四极杆串联质谱以多反应监测扫描方式进行检测,基质匹配标准品外标法进行定量分析。结果显示,噻呋酰胺在1.0~1 000μg·L-1范围内呈良好线性(r2=0.999 0)。在0.01~1.0 mg·kg-1加标水平范围内,噻呋酰胺在精米、玉米和土豆中的平均回收率为89.1%~109.3%,相对标准偏差为3.5%~8.7%,检出限(LOD)为0.009~0.015μg·kg-1,定量下限(LOQ)为0.032~0.049μg·kg-1。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于精米、玉米和土豆中噻呋酰胺农药残留的确证检测。 相似文献

Background: This study reports on the relative effects of administrating a cyanidin-3-O-glucoside-rich black rice fraction (BRF), a standardized wood sterol mixture (WS), and a combination of both to lower plasma and target tissue lipid concentrations in Wistar Kyoto (WKY) rats fed atherogenic diets. Methods: Male WKY (n = 40) rats were randomly divided into five groups, which included a nonatherogenic control diet and atherogenic diets that included a positive control and atherogenic diets supplemented with BRF or WS, respectively, and a combination of both BRF + WS. Plasma and target tissue liver, heart and aorta cholesterol, and triacylglycerides (TAG) content were also measured. Results: Rats fed atherogenic diets exhibited elevated hyperlipidemia compared to counterparts fed nonatherogenic diets (p < 0.001); this effect was mitigated by supplementing the atherogenic diets with BRF and WS, respectively (p < 0.05). Combining BRF with WS to enrich the supplement lowered cholesterol similar to the WS effect (p < 0.05) and lowered TAG characteristic to the BRF effect (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Rats fed diets containing BRF or WS effectively mitigate the hypercholesterolemia and elevated TAG induced by feeding an atherogenic diet. The benefit of adding BRF + WS together is relevant to the lipid parameter measured and is target tissue-specific. 相似文献

为考查阻尼参数对空爆荷载等效静载动力系数的影响,理论推导了空爆荷载下结构等效单自由体系弹塑性位移解及延性比解,设计并计算了阻尼比0.000 1~0.1、延性比1~4的20种典型工况的动力系数,并与现行抗爆设计规范动力系数公式结果进行了对比。结果表明:阻尼比小于0.000 1时可基本代表无阻尼状态,阻尼比0.01的动力系数比无阻尼的最大降低幅度为2.08%,数值差异很小,因此阻尼比为0.01以内时,可忽略阻尼对动力系数的影响;阻尼比0.05的动力系数比无阻尼的降低幅度约9.92%,数值差异较大,认为阻尼比0.05以上时将具有明显的经济效益;现行设计规范动力系数更适用于柔性结构体系,运用于刚性结构抗爆设计时,计算误差较大,对阻尼比较小的结构设计更不利。 相似文献

为研究工业雷管生产线中皮带传输系统的殉爆问题,通过试验确定了100发DDNP起爆药纸壳雷管、100发DDNP起爆药铝壳雷管、100发无起爆药纸壳雷管、100发无起爆药矿用纸壳雷管的殉爆安全距离。根据经验公式估算了100发DDNP起爆药铝壳雷管爆炸的入射超压,并于实际测量的入射超压进行了比较,对两者数据存在差异的原因进行了分析。结果表明,主发雷管爆炸产生的冲击波和热爆炸气体是被发雷管发生殉爆的直接原因。 相似文献

The roles of signaling pathways in the production of trypsin proteinase inhibitors (TrypPIs) in rice infested by the leaf folder (LF) Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were studied. Infestation by LF increased TrypPI levels in the leaves of rice plants at the tillering, booting and flowering stages but decreased TrypPI levels at the ripening stage; TrypPI levels in rice stems did not increase at any developmental stage. Infestation by LF at the tillering stage systemically increased TrypPI levels in leaves but not in stems; it also enhanced salicylic acid (SA) levels in leaves and stems, and the ethylene level released from plants. However, LF infestation did not increase JA concentrations. Exogenous application of SA or ethylene enhanced TrypPI levels in the leaves and stems of plants at the tillering stage, whereas treatment with both SA and ethylene induced lower levels of TrypPIs than treatment with SA or ethylene alone, suggesting an antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene on TrypPIs induction. The results suggest that both SA and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in the production of TrypPIs in rice induced by LF; moreover, the antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene may explain the changes in TrypPI levels seen at different plant developmental stages and in different organs. 相似文献
