The title compound(9S,13R,14S)-7,8-dehydro-4-(4'-bromo-benzyloxy)-3,7-dime-thoxy-17-methyl-morphinan-6-one monohydrate(O-4-bromobenzylsinomenine) was synthesized by the reaction of(9S,13R,14S)-7,8-dehydro-4-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxy-17-methyl-morphinan-6-one with 4-bromobenzyl alcohol.Its chemical structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21 with a = 8.890(2),b = 14.757(4),c = 9.205(2) ,β = 91.577(4)°,C26H30BrNO5,Mr = 516.42,μ = 1.740 mm-1,V = 1207.2(5)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.421 mg/m3,F(000) = 536,R = 0.0785 and wR = 0.1889.  相似文献

本文对32例无心脏炎及其它主要表现的风湿性关节炎患儿进行了临床分析及长期随访,发现急性风湿热中关节受累者仍多见(占73%),表现不典型者增多(16%),认为不典型风湿性关节炎是不典型风湿热的主要表现类型,诊断时对不典型的关节表现应视为重要线索,无症状心前区杂音有变化也具有诊断价值随访发现其复发率低,但仍有发展为心脏瓣膜病者,治疗中定期应用抗生素至少5年以控制复发是必要的.  相似文献

目的系统评价白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、维普数据和万方数据,检索时间均从建库至2012年6月。收集应用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的随机对照试验(RCT)。按Cochrane系统评价方法,评价纳入研究的方法学质量并提取有效数据用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终共纳入15个RCT,包括1130例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:①采用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎治疗12周的疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.04,1.24),P<0.01];②治疗24周的疗效无显著性差异[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.79,1.64),P>0.05];③安全性方面:白芍总苷组的不良反应发生明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性[RR=0.66,95%CI(0.54,0.81),P<0.01]。结论采用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎在短期内有效,能有效地降低其他药物不良反应的发生,尤其是减轻药物的肝毒性。  相似文献

Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by chronic symmetrical multiple arthritis. Current traditional counter-therapies are expensive and have side effects. Xanthii Fructus has effects in expelling wind and cold, draining the nasal orifice, and removing wind and dampness. However, its mechanism of action against rheumatoid arthritis is unknown. In this paper, the mechanism of the anti- rheumatoid arthritis effect of Xanthii Fructus is studied by proteomics. The experimental results show that it could significantly reduce serum inflammatory factor levels, alleviate joint edema, improve vasodilation and congestion, and significantly reduce the number of inflammatory cells. Proteomics results show that the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway is the key pathway for Xanthii Fructus to treat rheumatoid arthritis. In this study, we obtained a new understanding of the mechanism of Xanthii Fructus in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which provided a theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment and laid the foundation for further research.  相似文献

 退役运动员膝关节炎(KOA)的治疗具有特殊性。为比较膝关节镜手术与保守治疗对退役运动员中-重度KOA的疗效及预后,采用了前瞻性队列研究的方法,比较了关节镜组与保守治疗组2年随访时的各项指标。结果显示,关节镜组伸膝受限角度、再次手术率显著低于保守组,而其关节活动度、Lysholm功能评分显著高于保守组,两组对疼痛改善程度未见差异。对于不适于行关节置换的退役运动员而言,关节镜手术的治疗中-重度KOA的中期疗效和预后优于保守治疗。  相似文献

It has been proved that purine metabolites are implicated in various biological syndromes and disorders. Therefore, the realization of panoramic detection of purine metabolites will be of great significance to the pathogenesis of purine metabolic disorders. In the present study, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the comprehensive quantification of purine metabolites in rat plasma. The 17 purine metabolites were separated and quantified in the short running time of 15 min. The proposed method was strictly validated by applying SeraSub solution as a matrix and proved to be linear (R2 ≥ 0.9944), accurate (the recoveries of all analytes ranged from 85.3% to 103.0%, with relative standard deviation values ≤ 9.3%), and precise (the intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 10.8% and 12.4%, respectively). The method was then successfully applied to the qualification of the endogenous purine metabolites in acute gouty arthritis rats, as well as colchicine and anthocyanin-intervened rats. Results showed that uric acid, xanthine, hypoxanthine, and xanthine were considered the key factors of acute gouty arthritis. The established method and measurement of purines in rat plasma might help the investigation of the action mechanisms between purine disorders and related diseases.  相似文献

The Camellia sinensis plant provides a wide diversity of black, green, oolong, yellow, brick dark, and white tea. Tea is one of the majorly used beverages across the globe, succeeds only in the water for fitness and pleasure. Generally, green tea has been preferred more as compared to other teas due to its main constituent e.g. polyphenols which contribute to various health benefits. The aim of this updated and comprehensive review is to bring together the latest data on the phytochemistry and pharmacological properties of Camellia sinensis and to highlight the therapeutic prospects of the bioactive compounds in this plant so that the full medicinal potential of Camellia sinensis can be realised. A review of published studies on this topic was performed by searching PubMed/MedLine, Scopus, Google scholar, and Web of Science databases from 1999 to 2022. The results of the analysed studies showed that the main polyphenols of tea are the four prime flavonoids catechins: epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin (EGC), and epicatechin (EC) along with the beneficial biological properties of tea for a broad heterogeneity of disorders, including anticancer, neuroprotective, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiobesity, antidiabetes and antiglaucoma activities. Poor absorption and low bioavailability of bioactive compounds from Camellia sinensis are limiting aspects of their therapeutic use. More human clinical studies and approaching the latest nanoformulation techniques in nanoparticles to transport the target phytochemical compounds to increase therapeutic efficacy are needed in the future.  相似文献
