Consideration is given to the solution of a dynamic problem for a solid of revolution with an arbitrary meridional section under impulsive thermomechanical loading inducing elastoplastic strains. The theory of small elastoplastic deformations is used. The constitutive equations are linearized by the variable-parameter method. The unloading process is described by a linear law. The solution technique involves the finite-element approximation in spatial coordinates and the finite-difference representation of time derivatives. Based on the principle of linear summation, recurrent relations are derived for successive evaluation of nodal displacements by an explicit scheme in time. Solution for cylinders and disks are presented to illustrate the influence of elastoplastic deformations on wave processes  相似文献

A method is proposed for determining the thermoelastoplastic stress–strain state of laminated shells of revolution, made of isotropic and transversely isotropic materials, under axisymmetric loading. The method is based on the Kirchhoff–Love hypotheses for a layer stack, the theory of deformation along paths of small curvature for isotropic materials, and Hill's flow theory with isotropic hardening for transversely isotropic materials. An approach is proposed for refined solution of stress problems for elastic systems consisting of coaxial shells of revolution. Transverse shear and reduction are taken into account. In order to analyze bellows effectively and practically, the finite-element-displacement-perturbation method (FEDPM) is proposed for the geometric nonlinear behaviors of shells of revolution subjected to pure bending moments or lateral forces in one of their meridional planes. The formulations are mainly based upon the idea of perturba-tion that the nodal displacement vector and the nodal force vector of each finite element are expanded by taking root-mean-square value of circumferential strains of the shells as a perturbation parameter. The load steps and the iteration times are not as arbitrary and unpredictable as in usual nonlinear analysis. Instead, there are certain relations between the load steps and the displacement increments, and no need of iteration for each load step. Besides, in the formulations, the shell is idealized into a series of conical frusta for the convenience of practice, Sander’s nonlinear geometric equations of moderate small rotation are used, and the shell made of more than one material ply is also considered.  相似文献

In this paper the functionu=rsin in cylindrical coordinates (r,,z) is introduced into the equation for free torsional vibration of bodies of revolution (where=v / r represents the angle of twist). With the static fundamental solution (–1 /R) a mixed BEM / FEM equation is derived. The domain integral term in the equation is discretized by Serendipity elements instead of commonly used constant value finite elements in the literature. The equation is an algebraic eigenvalue one. The dynamic fundamental solution (e 1R /R) is also used for deriving the other mixed BEM / FEM equation. An appropriate iterative solution procedure is described. An algebraic eigenvalue equation can be obtained and its solution accuracy is almost interior meshing independent. A number of examples are studied. 通过优化照相机的内部参数,运用基于转轴法的外切矩形法对工件进行定位,确定工件像素级的姿态和尺寸。选取物体的ROI后,运用双线性差值算法,实现工件边缘的亚像素提取,通过黑塞范式直线拟合,找到精确的物体边缘。最终实现了运用500万像素的工业照相机,在全景拍摄条件下,测量尺寸在80mm到150mm的工件,测量重复性精度可以达到0.015mm。  相似文献
