诸葛亮的若干反面启思

诸葛亮为蜀汉政权的建立立下的汗马功劳,众所周知。但其后半生中,在荆州局势决策错误,不识大局不自量力,用人不当,不善授权,不善培养人才,赏罚不平,拒谏等九方面的过失,使得蜀汉最先灭亡,可见蜀汉“成也诸葛,败也诸葛”。     

轴对称横观各向同性成层地基的静态响应

本文化轴对称横观各向同性问题的基本方程为状态方程,然后引入矩阵微分方程理论,导出轴对称问题的静态解答。推导过程简明,所有结果均以显式给出,并以各向同性问题作为例证。     

车用涡轮增压发动机进气谐振效应实验研究

介绍了用声学理论设计６１１０Ｚ型柴油机谐振进气系统的方法，提供了三 个实验方案；分析了谐振进气系统中进气压力波的物理现象及其对柴油机性 能的影响，对三个谐振方案进行了对比实验，确定了较佳谐振方案。实验结果 表明，采用谐振增压后，最大扭矩提高了６．９％，最大扭矩点转速降低了 １００ｒ／ｍｉｎ，适应性系数提高了１３．５％，最低油耗下降了５ｇ／（ｋＷ·ｈ），烟度和 排气温度也略有下降；基本满足了车用发动机的要求。     

Hysteresis phenomena in the light self-diffraction in a dense resonant medium

On the basis of the modified Bloch equations a theory is developed of the light self-diffraction in a thin film of a dense resonant medium with allowance for the dipole-dipole interactions of atoms. It is shown that for certain values of intensity of an external field, there occurs in the film the light-induced first-kind phase transition which causes the emergence of regions (domains) with the high excitation of atoms. The switching effects of the system dense resonant medium + periodically-modulated field under consideration result in a hysteresis behaviour in the dependence of the diffraction efficiency on the adiabatically changing intensity of the external field. The predicted hysteresis offers additional potentialities in the investigation of the dynamics of the first-kind phase transition in dense media and outlook for usage of the film as a switching logical element.

提出了一种测量物体固有频率的新方法－－孔径旋转频闪散斑照相法。该方法能方便地测量振动物体的固有频率，具有精度高、全场显示、条纹可见度好等优点，给出了理论分析和实验结果。

The Method of Angular Line to Calculate Eigenvalues for Microstrip Antennas

The method of angular line (MAL) is presented for calculating the resonant frequency of microstrip antenna, which is available in other literature and originally used to analyze various waveguide structure. The results obtained by using this method are in conformity with those reported elsewhere.     

Gehinderte ligandenbewegungen in übergangsmetallkomplexen : V. 1H-NMR-untersuchung der bewegungen des olefinliganden in cyclopentadienyl-mangan-dicarbonyl-tetramethoxyäthylen

The methoxy signals in the ¹H NMR spectrum of cyclopentadienylmanganese dicarbonyl tetramethoxyethylene, C₅H₅Mn(CO)₂[C₂(OCH₃)₄], show a definite temperature-dependence. In CS₂ solution the variations of the signals are observed within a single temperature range, while in toluene-d₈ two regions of change are found to exist. These data are explained on the basis of two mutually independent ligand movements: a hindered rotation of the olefin ligand around the metalligand bond (ΔG³₁₉₄ = 9.8 ± 0.6 kcal/mol), and a hindered movement of the four methoxy groups (ΔG³₂₆₃ = 13.8 ± 0.3 kcal/mol, both in toluene-d₈. Chiral conformations of the ligand are assumed to be formed when the movement of the methoxy substituents ceases.     

Energy-entropy inequalities for classical lattice systems

A new characterization of equilibrium states for classical lattice systems is given in terms of correlation inequalities. Their physical meaning is found to express thermodynamic stability.
