民事执行和解是民事执行程序中一项重要的法律制度,对于化解当事人之间的矛盾,解决当前所面临的执行难问题,具有重大的理论与实践价值。在法院执行中得到了较为广泛的推广。但我国法律并未明确规定执行和解的效力.这引起了学界的广泛争议和实践中操作不一的问题。在分析执行和解概念及性质的基础上,进一步考察国外相关规定,进而分析我国现行立法存在的问题,从而提出完善民事执行和解的效力之建议,对民事执行和解效力的完善能有所借鉴。  相似文献

为获得较准确的满足物料平衡和热量平衡的数据,传统的测量数据检验法(MIMT)计算复杂,而已有的数据协调和过失误差侦破的同步方法存在着不能准确识别过失误差等问题。基于鲁棒估计原理以及影响函数提出了一种新的鲁棒估计方法,用于稳态情况下的数据协调和过失误差侦破,并对计算过程中遇到的变量相关性问题进行了分析。计算结果表明,这种方法对线性和非线性问题都具有良好的效果,在侦破出过失误差的同时,可得到相应的数据校正结果。  相似文献

Life expectancy has been increasing sharply around the globe since the second half of the 20th century. Mortality modeling and forecasting have therefore attracted increasing attention from various areas, such as the public pension systems, commercial insurance sectors, as well as actuarial, demographic and epidemiological research. Compared to the aggregate mortality experience, cause-specific mortality rates contain more detailed information, and can help us better understand the ongoing mortality improvements. However, when conducting cause-of-death mortality modeling, it is important to ensure coherence in the forecasts. That is, the forecasts of cause-specific mortality rates should add up to the forecasts of the aggregate mortality rates. In this paper, we propose a novel forecast reconciliation approach to achieve this goal. We use the age-specific mortality experience in the U.S. during 1970–2015 as a case study. Seven major causes of death are considered in this paper. By incorporating both the disaggregate cause-specific data and the aggregate total-level data, we achieve better forecasting results at both levels and coherence across forecasts. Moreover, we perform a cluster analysis on the cause-specific mortality data. It is shown that combining mortality experience from causes with similar mortality patterns can provide additional useful information, and thus further improve forecast accuracy. Finally, based on the proposed reconciliation approach, we conduct a scenario-based analysis to project future mortality rates under the assumption of certain causes being eliminated.  相似文献

We present a new post-processing method for Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) that raises cubically the secret key rate in the number of double matching detection events. In Shannon’s communication model, information is prepared at Alice’s side, and it is then intended to pass it over a noisy channel. In our approach, secret bits do not rely in Alice’s transmitted quantum bits but in Bob’s basis measurement choices. Therefore, measured bits are publicly revealed, while bases selections remain secret. Our method implements sifting, reconciliation, and amplification in a unique process, and it just requires a round iteration; no redundancy bits are sent, and there is no limit in the correctable error percentage. Moreover, this method can be implemented as a post-processing software into QKD technologies already in use.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new system for a sequential secret key agreement based on 6 performance metrics derived from asynchronously recorded EEG signals using an EMOTIV EPOC+ wireless EEG headset. Based on an extensive experiment in which 76 participants were engaged in one chosen mental task, the system was optimized and rigorously evaluated. The system was shown to reach a key agreement rate of 100%, a key extraction rate of 9%, with a leakage rate of 0.0003, and a mean block entropy per key bit of 0.9994. All generated keys passed the NIST randomness test. The system performance was almost independent of the EEG signals available to the eavesdropper who had full access to the public channel.  相似文献

The main objective of this work is the implementation of a nonlinear dynamic data reconciliation (NDDR) procedure for the in-line monitoring of the bulk propylene polymerization, as performed in a real industrial site. Special attention is given to monitoring of the melt flow index (MI) of the polymer product obtained in an industrial extruder at different operating conditions. In order to do that, a model is developed to describe the polymerization process and the controlled degradation of polypropylene in a reactive extruder. The model is implemented in real time, allowing for in-line and real-time monitoring of the plant operation.  相似文献

Quantum key distribution (QKD) is a promising technique to share unconditionally secure keys between remote parties. As an essential part of a practical QKD system, reconciliation is responsible for correcting the errors due to the quantum channel noise by exchanging information through a public classical channel. In the present work, we propose a novel syndrome-based low-density parity-check (LDPC) reconciliation protocol to reduce the information leakage of reconciliation by fully utilizing the syndrome information that was previously wasted. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that our protocol can evidently reduce the information leakage as well as the number of communication rounds.  相似文献

提出了解决输电服务过程中如何进行合理的输电服务定价而使输电网络达到最佳的运行状态,投资及运行费用最小的输电服务定价方案,还采用交替方法,进而在定价机制考虑了网络的安全性,文中所述的方法能够做到;当需要回收所期望的成本时,通过改变输电服务电价中的参数的大小,进而使得网络潮流的流向和大小改变就可以做到,这些对输电服务定价的拓展最后用IEEE一个二十四节点的安全性试验网络验证的其有效性。  相似文献
