1989年之后,新型劳动关系逐渐引起人们的关注,而相关的研究也随之方兴未艾。新型劳动关系的研究背景与意义、内涵与特征、建立条件与机制建设、基本评价与发展思路等问题得到了比较深入的探讨。这些研究的特点与不足需要被客观地加以检视。

Optical investigation of cavitation erosion by laser-induced bubble collapse

By means of a new force sensor based on optical beam deflection (OBD), the mechanical effects of laser-matter interaction underwater at different incident laser energy are investigated in detail. The experimental results show that a target underwater is impacted in turn by laser-plasma ablation force and high-speed liquid-jet impulse induced by bubbles collapse in the vicinity of a solid boundary. Furthermore, the amplitudes of the two forces increase monotonously with laser energy. According to the ablation force detected by the experiment and the theoretical relationship between laser intensity and ablation pressure, the value of liquid-jet impact against a solid boundary can be easily obtained. In addition, based on the model of a collapsing bubble, some characteristic parameters, such as the liquid-jet impact velocity, the maximum bubble radius, the bubble energy can also be obtained at different laser energy, which are valuable in the corresponding research fields.

Analysis of a Duopoly Supply Chain and its Application in Electricity Spot Markets

This paper studies a supply chain consisting of two suppliers and one retailer in a spot market, where the retailer uses the newsvendor solution as its purchase policy, and suppliers compete for the retailer’s purchase. Since each supplier’s bidding strategy affects the other’s profit, a game theory approach is used to identify optimal bidding strategies. We prove the existence and uniqueness of a Nash solution. It is also shown that the competition between the supplier leads to a lower market clearing price, and as a result, the retailer benefits from it. Finally, we demonstrate the applicability of the obtained results by deriving optimal bidding strategies for power generator plants in the deregulated California energy market. 在分析我国咨询业的现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了发展我国咨询业的对策。     

基于v-支持向量机的边际电价预测及置信区间估计

引入v-支持向量机，通过构造和求解一个凸优化问题，同时实现了对边际电价的预测和对置信区间的估计，且无需假定预测偏差的概率分布．在v-支持向量回归中，当ε〉0时，v是错误样本的个数占总样本个数份额的上界．利用该性质，边际电价预测的置信度和置信区间可以很自然地用参数1-v和变量ε来表示，这为发电公司进行竞价方案的风险分析打下了很好的基础．算例仿真表明，该方法具有较好的泛化性能和较高的预测精度．

研究了板几何中一类具非对称散射裂变核的迁移算子的谱，证明了该算子在右半平面无复本征值和存在有限个具有限代数重数的实离散本征值。
