协作中继认知无线电中功率分配算法

基于协作中继的思想, 提出一种组成次用户协助主用户传输的系统模型, 用基于解码转发的Lagrange对偶优化功率分配算法进行功率分配, 解决了次用户接入主用户频段产生的干扰过大问题. 仿真结果表明, 该算法在保障次用户正常通信的前提下, 可大幅度降低对主用户的干扰, 即可有效增大主用户对外界环境的抵抗力, 并提高主用户的系统容量.     

铁路沿线山岬对电波传播特性影响分析

利用波导分析理论及介质表面阻抗的概念,分析了电波在非理想表面的山岬中的传播特性．同时,对频率为９００ ＭＨｚ 的电波在非理想表面的矩形山岬内的传播特性进行了理论计算与分析．计算分析结果表明,环境媒质的相对介电常数对电波传播特性的影响较其它环境参数对电波传播特性的影响要明显得多．非理想表面介质增加了电波传播能量的损耗,缩短了纵向传播距离．在传播的横截面上,水平方向的电场衰减呈现波动分布．     

Optical Single-Sideband Modulators and Their Applications

We review our recent work in the implementation of optical single-sideband (OSSB) modulation and in the application of this modulation format to microwave photonics and optical testing systems. We have developed an enhanced OSSB modulator for wide-band operation, the so-called bidirectional OSSB modulator, and a simplification of this scheme for narrow-band applications. These OSSB modulators are based on the use of a standard single-electrode Mach-Zehnder electro-optic modulator (MZ-EOM) and passive fiber-optic components. In both designs, the OSSB operation is shown to be independent of the MZ-EOM bias. Therefore, the optical modulation depth at the output of the device can be enhanced using minimum transmission biasing to provide suppression of the optical carrier. Finally, we demonstrate the application of OSSB modulators to the improvement of microwave/millimeter-wave subcarrier multiplexing fiber-optic links and to narrow-band fiber radio systems. In addition, we analyzed the feasibility and the limitations of an optical vector network analysis technique based on OSSB modulation that can provide sub-picometer wavelength resolution.     

射频PECVD方法生长含氢非晶碳膜的结构及摩擦学性能

利用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术在不锈钢表面制备了含氢非晶碳膜.采用Raman光谱、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和原子力显微镜等研究了薄膜的微观结构和表面形貌,在栓盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察了薄膜在不同载荷与滑动速度下的摩擦学性能.结果表明:所制备的含氢非晶碳膜具有典型的类金刚石结构特征,薄膜均匀、致密,表面粗糙度小;薄膜与不锈钢球对磨时显示出良好的抗磨减摩性能;薄膜的抗磨减摩性能同对磨件表面上形成的转移膜以及摩擦过程中薄膜结构的石墨化相关.

On Spectrum Congestion and Capacity of Radio Links

This paper addresses the operation of radio links under mutual interference conditions, an important problem in spectrum management and radio link design. It introduces the capacity loss and isolation index as measures of effective use of radio links and radio frequency spectrum resources.     

Effect of random density irregularities on nonlinear evolution of Langmuir waves in interplanetary medium

The evolution of nonlinear Langmuir waves in the interplanetary medium is investigated by appropriately accounting for the random density irregularities of the medium. A pair of modified Zakharov equations, which describe these waves, is solved numerically as an initial value problem for large scale (≫ 10² km) initial pertubations. For an ion acoustic-Langmuir solitary wave, the random irregularities damp the Langmuir wave by way of scattering and let the ion density perturbation radiate away in a few days. However an initial solitary or shock-like Langmuir wave excites the ion density perturbations within a fraction of a second, and then itself gets damped. These effects will strongly decelerate the collapse of large scale Langmuir waves. The possibility of detecting these processes, by means of interplanetary scintillation, is discussed. The authors felicitate Prof. D S Kothari on his eightieth birthday and dedicate this paper to him on this occasion.     

Characteristics of Good Meta-Heuristic Algorithms for the Frequency Assignment Problem

Most writers on frequency assignment algorithms have described the details of a single algorithm, and evaluated the algorithm on selected data sets. There has been relatively little emphasis on describing the common features that are important if an algorithm is to have good performance. This paper describes the key features, with particular emphasis on algorithms for weighted fixed spectrum problems. The use of algorithms handling weighted constraints has become increasingly common in recent years. The advantages and disadvantages of weighting constraints are demonstrated.

本文以收录机装配流水线工作研究为例，讨论了工作研究在流水线上应用的步 骤和方法。在基本不增加投资情况下，通过工作研究使流水线效率从４２．７ ％提高到 　８３．７８％，日产量由原来的１０２台提高到２０４台。本方法可以在其他流水线上普遍推 广应用。
