Zusammenfassung In der Gruppe der vierzähnigen Liganden mit Diimin- und Thiolstruktur bilden die Bisthiosemicarbazone von 1,2- und 1,3-Diketonen mit 4-substituierten Thiosemicarbaziden intensiv gefärbte Metallchelate, die für extraktionsphotometrische Bestimmungen in der Spurenanalyse verwendet werden können. Die molaren Extinktionskoeffizienten liegen im Bereich 5000–16000. Die leichte Zugänglichkeit von 4-substituierten Thiosemicarbaziden über die Reaktion von Isothiocyanaten mit Hydrazin bietet eine große Auswahl von Reagentien, besonders für die Flüssig-Chromatographie zur Trennung von komplexen Chelatgemischen.Die Arbeit wurde aus den Mitteln der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft Bonn-Bad Godesberg gefördert. 相似文献

Green, monoclinic needles cristallize with a = 18.783(12) Å b = 18.739(16) Å c= 15.618(10) Å ß114.30(7)°; Z = 4; space group C2/c. [Ce(Pc(2–)) 2 ] is a sandwich complex in which the cerium Atom is eightfold coordinated by the isoindole nitrogens of the two staggered convex Pc-rings. Spectral quantities of cyclopropane, cyclobutane, cyclohexane, and of several derivatives, have been calculated by a semiempirical all-valence electron SCF-CI MO method. In cyclopropane, HOMO is practically localized in the carbon-frame, and LVMO is purely so. In cyclobutane, these two MO's are based on C-H bonds, while cyclohexane holds an intermediate position. Despite the overall similarity-experimental and computed-of the spectra of these molecules, assignments are non-parallel. Like cyclopropane, cyclobutane can extend conjugation, but to a diminished degree; cyclohexane behaves in this respect like an acyclic alkane. The solubility of nimodipine was measured in aqueous solutions of the following cyclodextrins: -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxypropyl--CD (HP--CD), -cyclodextrin (-CD), random substituted methyl--CD (M--CD), three hydroxypropyl--CDs (HP--CD) with mutually different average degree of substitution, and hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HP--CD). From the determined linear solubility diagrams the values of the binding constant K11 of the inclusion complexes of nimodipine with the respective CDs were evaluated. The -CDs efficiently solubilized sparingly soluble nimodipine, the highest value of K11 was found for M--CD (1680 M-1), followed by -CD (550 M-1) and HP--CDs, where the higher degree of substitution lowered K11. Only slight solubilization of nimodipine was observed in the solutions of the -CDs and HP--CD. 相似文献

Using a specific force field model, relative stabilities of 2,2-bipyrrole and 2,2-furylpyrrole conformers as well as of prodigiosene tautomers, configurations, and conformations, are studied. 2,2-Bipyrrole adopts anantiperiplanar conformation in accord with other theoretical calculations and experimental findings. Its rotational barrier calculated by this method compares favourably to the one derived by other means. For the parent prodigiosene the (Z)sp,sp arrangement is found to be the most stable one. The effect of water on the conformational preferences of acetylcholine has been studied within the discrete, the continuum and the combined discrete-continuum models described in parts I and II of this series. All the models lead to the conclusion that the trans-gauche form which is, following refined quantum-mechanical computations, the intrinsically preferred one and the one observed in the crystal of acetylcholine and of a number of analogues should remain also the preferred conformation in water. This result agrees with NMR studies. The results of the empirical discrete model used here compare favorably to those obtained by an ab initio super-molecule treatment. The continuum model utilized here represents a net improvement above such models utilized in other works. 相似文献

A non-empirical molecular orbital method, particularly suitable for calculations on cage-like molecules, is described. The method uses as basis functions the set of free-electron functions which are the solutions of Schrödinger's equation for an electron confined between two concentric, spherical potential energy barriers. Application of the theory to the SCF calculation of the energies of the delocalized electrons in benzene and tetrasulphur tetranitride shows that the model is capable of interpreting the properties of such systems. However, it does highlight a difficulty in the calculation of excited state energies with one-centre models which appears to be largely unrecognized.Extension of the method to a consideration of all the valence electrons, using P4 as an example, reveals problems the origin of which is an inadequate treatment of the core electrons.
