烧结温度和掺杂浓度对Y_4Zr_3O_(12)∶Eu~(3+)荧光粉发光性质的影响

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Y_4Zr_3O_(12)∶Eu~(3+)纳米荧光粉,分别采用XRD、TEM和荧光光谱仪对样品的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征,探讨了烧结温度和Eu~(3+)掺杂浓度对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明,样品可以被394 nm和467 nm的激发光有效激发。样品的最佳烧结温度和Eu~(3+)离子的最佳掺杂摩尔分数分别为1 400℃和18%。浓度猝灭主要归因于电偶极-电偶极相互作用。     

柠檬酸协助的Y2 O3 包覆LiNi1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3 O2材料性能研究

采用溶胶凝胶法,以硝酸钇和柠檬酸为原料对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行包覆. 室温下,在2.8～4.3 V和1 C充放电条件下,以柠檬酸协助的Y2O3包覆LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料作为正极,锂片作为负极,制成的电池50次循环容量没有衰减,而未加柠檬酸的Y2O3包覆LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料50次循环容量保持率为96.72%,未经过包覆的材料只有91.03%.     

Crystalline phase of Y_2O_3 :Eu particles generated in a substrate-free flame process

In this study, factors affecting the crystal structure of flame-synthesized Y 2 O 3 :Eu particles were inves- tigated, especially the particle size effect and its interaction with Eu doping concentration. Polydisperse Y 2 O 3 :Eu (size range 200 nm to 3 m) powder samples with Eu doping concentrations from 2.5 mol% to 25 mol% were generated in either H 2 /air or H 2 /O 2 substrate-free flames. 赤藓红或曙红直接分光光度测定阳离子表面活性剂

基于在乳化剂OP存在下的水溶液中赤藓红和曙红等酸性咕吨染料与阳离子表面活性剂(CS)的离子缔合反应,发展了一种分光光度测定阳离子表面活性剂的新方法.反应的适宜pH值为1.6—2.1(赤藓红体系)和1.4—1.8(曙红Y体系),离子缔合物的组成为(CS)(HR).显色反应有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,可用于水中阳离子表面活性剂的测定.     

聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳——曙红Y染色法

十二烷基硫酸钠—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳已广泛用于分子生物学和医学临床等领域,但该技术的染色方法多沿用考马斯亮蓝和银染色,这两种方法均有其局限性,如蛋白凝胶染色前须经酸或醛固定,不易洗脱且操作繁琐,脱色耗时等。而曙红Y染色具有检测灵敏度高,操作简便,染色时间短,可对各种蛋白质染色,染色后的蛋白质可直接进行电泳转移印迹,也可将凝胶中蛋白质电泳转移后染色。染色后的蛋白质仍具有抗原性。此外,还具有试剂便宜,使用安全,便于推广应用等优点。     

Production and Application of the Langmuir Aggregates of Eosine with Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Bromide

The procedure of microphase adsorption–spectral correction is applied to the interaction of eosine Y (EO) to the micelles of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The Langmuir aggregation of EO on CTAB occurs owing to microelectrostatic attraction. The results have shown that at pH 3.8, monomeric and micellar aggregates have the structure EO₅·CTAB₂ and (EO₅·CTAB₂)₃₉. The adsorption constant of an aggregate is 7.01·10⁵, its molar absorption coefficient is = 8.8·10⁴ liters·mole^–1·cm^–1 at 550 nm. Application of the aggregation of EO on CTAB gives satisfactory results for quantitative determination of cation surfaceactive agents (surfactants).     

Anti-nociceptive role of neuropeptide Y in the nucleus accumbens in rats with inflammation, an effect modulated by mu- and kappa-opioid receptors

Recent study in our laboratory showed that neuropeptide Y (NPY) plays an antinociceptive role in the nucleus accumbens (NAc) in intact rats. The present study was performed to further investigate the effect of NPY in nociceptive modulation in the NAc of rats with inflammation, and the possible interaction between NPY and the opioid systems. Experimental inflammation was induced by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan into the left hindpaw of rats. Intra-NAc administration of NPY induced a dose-dependent increase of hindpaw withdrawal latencies (HWLs) to thermal and mechanical stimulations in rats with inflammation. The anti-nociceptive effect of NPY was significantly blocked by subsequent intra-NAc injection of the Y1 receptor antagonist NPY28-36, suggesting an involvement of Y1 receptor in the NPY-induced anti-nociception. Furthermore, intra-NAc administration of the opioid antagonist naloxone significantly antagonized the increased HWLs induced by preceding intra-NAc injection of NPY, suggesting an involvement of the endogenous opioid system in the NPY-induced anti-nociception in the NAc during inflammation. Moreover, the NPY-induced anti-nociception was attenuated by following intra-NAc injection of the μ-opioid antagonist β-funaltrexamine (β-FNA), and κ-opioid antagonist nor-binaltorphimine (nor-BNI), but not by δ-opioid antagonist naltrindole, indicating that μ- and κ-opioid receptors, not δ-opioid receptor, are involved in the NPY-induced anti-nociception in the NAc in rats with inflammation.
