以定位基指数(G)和原子距离指数(S)作为多氯代二苯并呋喃(PCDFs)的分子结构描述符,并用G,S与51种PCDFs的正辛醇/水分配系数(lgKow)关联,建立的数学模型为:lgKow=4.3191+0.3681G^0.65+0.3057S^3(n=51,R=0.9289,F=151.0,s=0.1776),计算值与实验值的平均误差为0.1429,明显优于文献方法.对未有实验数据的85个PCDFs的lgKow进行了预测. 相似文献

A fast and sensitive analytical method based on stir bar sorptive extraction technology with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was developed to simultaneously analyze 18 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls and 20 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in aqueous samples. A long adsorption time and small sample volume, which are problems encountered in conventional methods of stir bar sorptive extraction, were effectively solved by simultaneously using multiple stir bars for enrichment with sequential cryofocusing and merged injection. Optimized results showed good linear coefficients in the range of 10–500 ng/L and the method detection limits of 0.12–2.07 ng/L for polychlorinated biphenyls and organochlorine pesticides. The recovery ratios of the spiked samples at different concentrations were between 64.7 and 111.0%, and their relative standard deviations ranged from 0.9 to 17.6%. Four types of the studied compounds were determined in Qiantang River water samples, and their contents were between 0.82 and 5.00 ng/L. 相似文献

以量子化学方法在密度泛函B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上计算得到了多氯代二苯骈呋喃系列化合物(PCDF)分子的结构参数:最高占据轨道能(EHOMO)、最低空轨道能(ELUMO)、最正原子净电荷(q+)、最负原子净电荷(q-)、分子偶极矩(μ)、极化率(α)、分子平均体积(Vm)、恒容热容(C■V).采用误差反向传播(BP)算法的人工神经网络,建立了EHOMO、ELUMO、q+、q-、μ、α、Vm、C■V与PCDF色谱保留指数之间关系的模型,检测样本的预报值与实验值相对误差范围为-1.66%2.39%,平均相对误差为0.31%,达到了很好的预测效果. 相似文献

采用水热法和电沉积法在镍钛(NiTi)合金表面构筑1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体(IL)掺杂聚苯基吡咯(PPPy)纤维涂层,成功制备了新型IL@PPPy-TiO_2/NiOCNSs固相微萃取(SPME)纤维。将该新型纤维与高效液相色谱(HPLC)联用,以多氯联苯(PCBs)、邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)、多环芳烃(PAHs)和紫外线(UV)吸收剂为模型分析物评价其萃取性能。结果显示,该纤维对PCBs有较强的萃取选择性和较高的萃取效率。在优化条件下,5种PCBs在一定质量浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数r≥0.998 6,检出限(LOD)为0.015~0.11μg/L。采用单支纤维在同日和隔日对50μg/L PCBs混合标准溶液进行萃取测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.7%~6.1%和5.4%~7.0%,相同方法制备的5支纤维测定的RSD为6.5%~7.7%。实际水样的加标回收率为83.0%~104%,RSD不大于8.6%。所建立的SPME/HPLC法适用于不同环境水样中痕量PCBs的快速萃取和高效测定。 相似文献

In this paper, a broad overview on the applications of different carbon-based nanomaterials, including nanodiamonds, fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, graphene, carbon nanofibers, carbon nanocones-disks and nanohorns, as well as their functionalized forms, in sample preparation is provided. Particular attention has been paid to graphene because many papers regarding its application in this research field are becoming available. The distinctive properties, derivatization methods and application techniques of these materials were summarized and compared. According to their research status and perspective, these nanomaterials were classified in four groups (I: graphene and carbon nanotubes; II: carbon nanofibers; III: fullerenes; and IV: nanodiamonds, carbon nanocones/disks and carbon nanohorns) and characteristics and future trends of every group were discussed. 相似文献

建立了贻贝中有机氯农药(OCPs)和多氯联苯(PCBs)标准物质的研制和定值方法,该研究对我国开展环境生物标准物质的研制具有重要的方法学借鉴价值。该标准物质样品为采自大连湾海域的贻贝,其定值目标物包括18种OCPs和16种PCBs,采用的定值测量方法是目前世界上最权威、最准确的同位素稀释-高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱联用法(ID-HRGC/HRMS)。所研制的标准物质具有定值目标物种类多、不确定度较小(约10%)等特点。该标准物质是目前国际上唯一一种采用同位素稀释高分辨质谱法进行定值的底栖生物中OCPs标准物质,于2012年3月通过了国家一级标准物质的终审,并于2012年6月被国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准为国家一级标准物质(GBW10069)。该标准物质可用于食品安全控制、环境监测、质量检测等领域相关分析方法的评价、测量质量控制及技术仲裁检验等。 相似文献

以原子类型电拓扑状态指数(ETSI)有效表征了135 个多氯二苯并噻吩(PCDT)和135 个多氯二苯并噻吩砜(PCDTO2)的分子结构, 应用基于预测的变量选择与模型化(VSMP)方法建立PCDT 和PCDTO2 化合物在DB-5 气相色谱柱上的气相色谱保留指数(RI)与分子结构(ETSI)的定量相关模型, 模型的相关系数r2 分别为0.9939 和0.9729, LOO 交叉验证相关系数 q2 分别为0.9921 和0.9692. 为验证模型稳定性和预测能力, 应用17 个PCDT 和PCDTO2 训练集样本构建的QSRR 模型的r2 分别为0.9959 和0.9783, LOO 交叉验证相关系数 q2 分别为0.9921 和0.9740, 说明模型具有良好的稳定性. 以此模型预测外部8 个检验集及110 个预测集的RI 值, 8 个检验集样本的结果表明训练集模型具有良好预测能力. 相似文献

Their characteristics as persistent organic pollutant and their toxicity (2,3,7,8-TCDD is named as a known human carcinogen) make the dioxins and related compounds a focus of interest in environmental analytical chemistry. In view of the widespread distribution of dioxins in the environment, these compounds must be monitored in several matrices, such as air, effluents, soil, sludge and biological samples. The analytical methodologies are especially difficult owing to the complexity of the mixtures of congeners (210 PCDD/Fs and 209 PCBs) and to the low detection limits required (ppb to ppq). Moreover, time-consuming sample preparation steps are needed owing to the presence of a large number of interfering compounds. The different toxicity of each congener requires the development of congener specific methods. This review of trace dioxin determination by mass spectrometry (MS) includes sample preparation and chromatographic separation. In this Special Feature, the use of different MS techniques such as low-resolution MS (LRMS) and high-resolution MS (HRMS) is discussed in terms of selectivity and sensitivity. The performances of other MS techniques, such as tandem MS (MS/MS) and time-of-flight MS (ToFMS), are compared. Quantification techniques, especially the isotopic dilution method, are also discussed. We herein presented a mesoporous cellular foam solid‐phase microextraction coating that showed highly sensitive recognition for weakly polarity polychlorinated biphenyls in water samples. The mesoporous cellular foam coater fiber was for the first time prepared by a simple sol‐gel method. The main experimental parameters including extraction temperature, extraction time, desorption time, stirring rate, and ionic strength were investigated by high‐efficiency orthogonal array design, a L16 (44) matrix was applied for the identification of optimized extraction parameters, and the optimized method was successfully applied to the analysis of environmental water sample. The novel mesoporous cellular foam coated fibers exhibited sensitive limits of detection (0.07–0.28 µg/L), wide linearity (5–3000 µg/L), and good reproducibility (3.5–8.3% for single fiber, and 4.9–8.7% for fiber‐to‐fiber) for polychlorinated biphenyls. The home‐made coating was successfully used in the analysis of polychlorinated biphenyls in real environmental water samples. These results indicate that the synthesized mesoporous cellular foams are promising materials for adsorption and separation applications in sample pretreatment. 相似文献
