介绍了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５／ＮＴ下的数据库管理与开发平台Ａｃｃｅｓｓ的特点,论述了如何利用ＯＬＥ等手段来提高工程数据库的开发效率与质量,并结合公路工程机械数据库的开发实例,完成了各类别公路机械数据库建立、事务关系处理、实时检测数据分析处理、网络管理等工作．

Melt‐state polymer chain dimensions as a function of temperature

The unperturbed chain dimensions (〈R²〉_o/M) of cis/trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene, a near‐atactic poly(methyl methacrylate), and atactic polyolefins were measured as a function of temperature in the melt state via small‐angle neutron scattering (SANS). The polyolefinic materials were derived from polydienes or polystyrene via hydrogenation or deuteration and represent structures not encountered commercially. The parent polymers were prepared via lithium‐based anionic polymerizations in cyclohexane with, in some cases, a polymer microstructure modifier present. The polyolefins retained the near‐monodisperse molecular weight distributions exhibited by the precursor materials. The melt SANS‐based chain dimension data allowed the evaluation of the temperature coefficients [dln 〈R²〉_o/dT(κ)] for these polymers. The evaluated polymers obeyed the packing length (p)‐based expressions of the plateau modulus, G = kT/np³ (MPa), and the entanglement molecular weight, M_e = ρN_anp³ (g mol^?1), where n_t denotes the number (～21) of entanglement strands in a cube with the dimensions of the reptation tube diameter (d_t) and ρ is the chain density. 滇缅公路是抗战时期，为了战局的需要新辟的一条重要交通干线，不仅对我国的抗战和世界反法西斯战争的胜利起了积极作用，而且对云南地方经济的发展和边疆少数民族地区的开发也产生了巨大的影响。     

公路网现状综合评价

为了提高公路网现状综合评价在实际应用中的可操作性和有效性，针对公路网现状优劣判断的相对性，探讨了公路网综合评价的相对性，研究了用于横向比较和纵向比较的综合评价体系。以吉林省2002年现状公路网方案综合评价为例，讨论了两种不同评价尺度的公路网现状综合评价体系，并使指标选择、评价结果的表现形式与评价目的相互适应。结果表明，该评价方法用于公路网现状综合评价能够客观反映现状公路网的总体状况，为公路网规划提供有效的决策信息。     

公路客运量预测方法的比较

科学准确地预测公路客运量,超前掌握公路客运量发展的趋势、特点、规律和数量,是制定公路客运发展和站场配置规划的基础。运用灰色模型、指数平滑模型、回归分析法、弹性系数法等多种预测模型对某城市2003~2015年公路客运量进行了分析预测,通过残差分析和绝对百分误差(MAPE)进行择优,提高了预测精确度。最后采用组合预测确定终值并进行了分析比较。结果表明,组合预测综合考虑了各种因素的影响,能够提高公路客运量预测精度,为公路客运发展提供科学决策依据。     

公路工程施工监理企业的经营管理

从实行企业法人治理结构、面向市场建立健全财务管理制度、加强对外聘监理人员的管理力度、注重企业文化与企业发展、以激励机制调动员工的积极性等方面简述了公路工程施工监理企业的经营管理问题。     

项目融资特许经营权价值风险

给出了基础设施项目特许经营权价值的计算方法，基于上海市某高速公路近2年收费数据，建立了预测未来现金流量的数学模型．利用仿真技术计算了各方案下特许经营权的价值和风险，并提出满足投资者固定回报的各种方案．     

Discovery of the granulite xenoliths in Cenozoic volcanic rocks from Hoh Xil,Tibetan plateau

Two-pyroxene granulite and clinopyroxene granulite xenoliths have been recently discovered in the Late Paleogene toNeogene volcanic rocks (with ages in the range of 4.27～44.60 Ma) that outcropped in Hoh Xil, central Tibetan plateau. Based on theelectron microprobe analysis data, the xenoliths provide constraints for the formation equilibrium temperatures of the two-pyroxene gran-ulite being about 783 to 818℃ as determined by two-pyroxene thermometry and the forming pressure of the clinopyroxene granulite beingabout 0.845 to 0.858 GPa that is equivalent to 27.9～28.3 km depth respectively. It indicates that these granulite xenoliths represent thesamples from the middle part of the thickened Tibetan crust. This discovery is important and significant to making further discussion onthe component and thermal regime of the deep crust of the Tibetan plateau.     

A Study on Forest Species Diversity and Its Ecological Service Function in the Plateau Area of Western Sichuan

This paper presents a study on species diversity and its ecological service function in the plateau area in western Sichuan. The results show that species diversity in the plantations on the cutover land has a tendency to increase and that its ecological service function is to be improved with stand age growing. The species diversity in forest communities is also gradually increased on different succession stage till reaching a climax level. But the species diversity in the climax community is slightly decreased before it reaches a relatively constant status. Ecological service function of diversity is gradually strengthened with the progress of succession. In addition, species diversity in a stand in a similar site and at a same age differs among forest types. Species diversity index within a coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest is larger than that within a coniferous forest. Meanwhile, species diversity enriches as the tree density increases.
