金属半固态成形技术是一项高效的成形新技术 ,关于其成形力的理论计算还少有报道。本文采用上界理论解法 ,求解半固态A35 6铝合金触变成形力。假定变形体为质点连续分布的刚—塑性材料 ,设定连续函数速度场 ,将变形区分为圆盘和圆环两个塑性区、一个圆环刚性区等三个区 ,计算结果表明 ,触变成形力为 82 2 .98kN。与实测结果拟合良好。并讨论了影响成形力的因素  相似文献

本文在Landes规则化方法基础上提出单试件确定塑性因子法,即只使用单个试件的实验记录P,V和a就可求得材料塑性因子ηpl.其中实时裂纹长度a可以卸载柔度法或物理测量得到.通常规则化方法需一组试件.单试件法可避免多试件存在的尺寸分散性,也可使实验过程简化.文中结合304不锈钢实验进行分析,结果表明单试件法简便、实用、精度较高.  相似文献

Time-division digital speckle pattern interferometry to observe temporal variation of in-plane deformation fields of a whole process of plastic deformation until fracture was proposed. Experiment of tensile test of an aluminum plate exhibited dynamic movements of successive fringe patterns which were very complicated. They suggest that plastic deformation propagates nonlinearly in the specimen by repetition of energy relaxation processes and concentration processes.Presented at 1996 International Workshop on Interferometry (IWI ‘96), August 27-29, Wako, Saitama, Japan.  相似文献

A modified Dugdale model solution is obtained for an elastic-perfectly-plastic plate weakened by one internal and two external straight collinear hairline cracks. The tension applied to the infinite boundary of the plate opens the rims of cracks with forming a plastic zone ahead of each tip of the internal crack and also at each finitely distant tip of the two external cracks. The developed plastic zones are closed by normal cohesive linearly varying yield-point stress distributions applied to their rims. The problem is solved using the complex-variable technique. A case study is carried out to find the load required to prevent the cracks from further growing with respect to affecting parameters. The results obtained are reported graphically and analyzed.  相似文献

Fission track dating has greatly expanded its usefulness to geology over the last 40 years. It is central to thermochronology—the use of shortened fission tracks to decipher the thermal history, movement, and provenance of rocks. When combined with other indicators, such as zircon color and (U–Th)/He, a range of temperatures from C to C can be studied. Combining fission track analysis with cosmogenic nuclide decay rates, one can study landscape development and denudation of passive margins. Technological applications have expanded from biological filters, radon mapping, and dosimetry to the use of ion track microtechnology in microlithography, micromachining by ion track etching, microscopic field emission tips, magnetic nanowires as magnetoresistive sensors, microfluidic devices, physiology of ion channels in single cells, and so on. In nuclear and particle physics, relatively insensitive glass detectors have been almost single-handedly responsible for our knowledge of cluster radioactivity, and plastic track detectors together with automated measuring systems have been used at the Bevalac, Brookhaven, CERN, and GSI, mainly to study fragmentation of high-energy heavy nuclei. Almost everything we know about the ultraheavy cosmic rays has been learned using Lexan on the Long Duration Exposure Facility and BP-1 phosphate glass on the Mir Station. New topics include development of calorimetric aerogels capable of measuring kinetic energies of hypervelocity interstellar and interplanetary dust grains in space and research on identification of strains of Bacillus spores by measurements of their size and swelling rates when humidified.  相似文献

The crystallinity of isotactic polypropylene (iPP), when deformed with plastic plane‐strain compression, was studied with wide‐angle X‐ray scattering (WAXS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques. A comparison of the obtained crystallinity data with annealed iPP samples was performed. The material used in this study was commercial iPP (weight‐average molecular weight = 117.400 g/mol; number‐average molecular weight = 17.300 g/mol). A significant decrease in the crystallinity was observed with increasing deformation pressure when the X‐ray method was employed, whereas only a small decrease was registered when the DSC method of crystallinity determination was used. However, the annealed iPP samples demonstrated a slight crystallinity increase when evaluated by both techniques. The reason for the difference between WAXS and DSC crystallinity results is discussed. This study of iPP specimens subjected to large deformation led us to the conclusion that the WAXS method provides accurate crystallinity values for the deformed material, whereas the values obtained by the DSC method do not reproduce the real crystallinity of the deformed material. This is due to the inherent heating process of the method, which causes a relaxation process and a significant change in the crystallinity of the deformed material, providing values nearer to its intrinsic equilibrium state. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
