为研究加强肋结构参数对塑料井盖力学性能的影响,根据弹性力学理论,采用有限元方法对带肋塑料井盖受力情况进行了模拟分析,通过使用Abaqus软件对拥有不同加强肋结构参数的塑料井盖进行受力模拟,分析加强肋结构参数与塑料井盖力学性能的关系。模拟结果表明:提高肋高(h)或肋宽(b)都可以提高塑料井盖的刚度,改善其受力性能;在h80mm时,提高肋高(h)对增强塑料井盖刚度,改善其受力性能作用显著,而提高肋宽(b)的作用不明显,随着h的增大,提高肋高(h)所起到的作用减弱,相对的提高肋宽(b)所起到的作用增强,当h160mm时,提高肋高(h)所起到的作用极小,而提高肋宽(b)所起到的作用要高于提高肋高(h)所起到的作用;加强肋的最大应力高于面板的最大应力,其差值随塑料井盖受力性能的改善而减小。  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱法同时测定塑料玩具中8种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的分析方法。以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声萃取法提取塑料玩具中8种邻苯二甲酸酯。该方法的回收率为93.6%~98.8%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.3%,检出限达0.16~0.76 ng。该法能够满足同时检测塑料玩具中8种环境雌激素的需要。  相似文献

A continuum damage model was developed to describe the finite tensile deformation of tough double-network (DN) hydrogels synthesized by polymerization of a water-soluble monomer inside a highly crosslinked rigid polyelectrolyte network. Damage evolution in DN hydrogels was characterized by performing loading-unloading tensile tests and oscillatory shear rheometry on DN hydrogels synthesized from 3-sulfopropyl acrylate potassium salt (SAPS) and acrylamide (AAm). The model can explain all the mechanical features of finite tensile deformation of DN hydrogels, including idealized Mullins effect and permanent set observed after unloading, qualitatively and quantitatively. The constitutive equation can describe the finite elasto-plastic tensile behavior of DN hydrogels without resorting to a yield function. It was showed that tensile mechanics of DN hydrogels in the model is controlled by two material parameters which are related to the elastic moduli of first and second networks. In effect, the ratio of these two parameters is a dimensionless number that controls the behavior of material. The model can capture the stable branch of material response during neck propagation where engineering stress becomes constant. Consistent with experimental data, by increasing the elastic modulus of the second network the finite tensile behavior of the DN hydrogel changes from necking to strain hardening.  相似文献

The growing numbers related to plastic pollution are impressive, with ca. 70 % of produced plastic (>350 tonnes/year) being indiscriminately wasted in the environment. The most dangerous forms of plastic pollution for biota and human health are micro- and nano-plastics (MNPs), which are ubiquitous and more bioavailable. Their elimination is extremely difficult, but the first challenge is their detection since existing protocols are unsatisfactory for microplastics and mostly absent for nanoplastics. After a discussion of the state of the art for MNPs detection, we specifically revise the techniques based on photoluminescence that represent very promising solutions for this problem. In this context, Nile Red staining is the most used strategy and we show here its pros and limitations, but we also discuss other more recent approaches, such as the use of fluorogenic probes based on perylene-bisimide and on fluorogenic hyaluronan nanogels, with the added values of biocompatibility and water solubility.  相似文献

Besides human red blood cells (RBC), a standard model used in AFM-single cell force spectroscopy (SCFS), little is known about apparent Young’s modulus (Ea) or adhesion of animal RBCs displaying distinct cellular features. To close this knowledge gap, we probed chicken, horse, camel, and human fetal RBCs and compared data with human adults serving as a repository for future studies. Additionally, we assessed how measurements are affected under physiological conditions (species-specific temperature in autologous plasma vs. 25 °C in aqueous NaCl solution). In all RBC types, Ea decreased with increasing temperature irrespective of the suspension medium. In mammalian RBCs, adhesion increased with elevated temperatures and scaled with reported membrane sialic acid concentrations. In chicken only adhesion decreased with higher temperature, which we attribute to the lower AE-1 concentration allowing more membrane undulations. Ea decreased further in plasma at every test temperature, and adhesion was completely abolished, pointing to functional cell enlargement by adsorption of plasma components. This halo elevated RBC size by several hundreds of nanometers, blunted the thermal input, and will affect the coupling of RBCs with the flowing plasma. The study evidences the presence of a RBC surface layer and discusses the tremendous effects when RBCs are probed at physiological conditions.  相似文献

Microalgae consortia were photoautotrophically cultivated in sequencing batch photobioreactors (SBPRs) with an alteration of the normal growth and starvation (nutrient limitation) phases to select consortia capable of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) accumulation. At the steady state of SBPR operation, the obtained microalgae consortia, selected under nitrogen and phosphate limitation, accumulated up to 11.38% and 10.24% of PHA in their biomass, which was identified as poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (P3HB). Photoautotrophic and mixotrophic batch cultivation of the selected microalgae consortia was conducted to investigate the potential of biomass and PHA production. Sugar source supplementation enhanced the biomass and PHA production, with the highest PHA contents of 10.94 and 6.2%, and cumulative PHA productions of 100 and 130 mg/L, with this being achieved with sugarcane juice under nitrogen and phosphate limitation, respectively. The analysis of other macromolecules during batch cultivation indicated a high content of carbohydrates and lipids under nitrogen limitation, while higher protein contents were detected under phosphate limitation. These results recommended the selected microalgae consortia as potential tools for PHA and bioresource production. The mixed-culture non-sterile cultivation system developed in this study provides valuable information for large-scale microalgal PHA production process development following the biorefinery concept.  相似文献

Eutectic molecular liquids (EMLs) based on hydrogen‐bonding interaction and π–π stacking were prepared. We found that the thermodynamic properties like initial decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of EMLs are mainly dominated by the hydrogen bond donor, which is beneficial for designing and preparing new EMLs. 建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)结合加速溶剂萃取测定小型家用电器塑料部件中全氟辛酸(PFOA)的分析方法。样品冷冻粉碎后采用甲醇作溶剂进行快速溶剂萃取,萃取液经C18固相萃取柱富集净化后,以C18柱为分离柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子模式下多反应监测(MRM))模式检测。PFOA在0.5~100.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.998 9),回收率为93%~107%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~7.6%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.5μg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于小型家用电器塑料部件中全氟辛酸残留分析。  相似文献

针对化探样品中痕金的电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测试方法,探讨了吸附酸度、解脱时间、吸附温度等对测试结果的影响。确立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定的最佳条件。方法检出限为:0.035 ng/g,准确度△lgC(n=12)为0.01~0.05,精密度RSD(n=12)为4.50~9.64。很好的解决金的快速测定问题,对地矿部门日益增多的化探任务,提高了测试速度,缩短了测试周期,值得推广。  相似文献
