介绍了采用FFAP键合毛细管柱直接进样测定白酒中5种高碳脂肪酸乙酯的方法,操作简捷,定量准确,检测限低达04mg/L。用该法测定了各种香型近90个白酒样品。改变色谱条件后,在一次直接进样分析中除能测定高碳脂肪酸乙酯外,而且还能对白酒中醇、酯、醛、酮以及有机酸等52种香味组分进行定量测定,结果重现性良好。  相似文献

Summary The effect of composition and flow rate of the mobile phase on the HPLC separation of hydrogenated buckminsterfullerene (C60Hn n=2–38) was investigated on BuckySep column. Toluene was used as the basic solvent and hexane, heptane, cyclohexane, THF, acetonitrile, acetone, ethanol and 2-propanol as co-solvents. The fraction of co-solvents was varied 10–80%, and the flow rate 1–0.1 mL min−1. Toluene-acetonitrile 65∶35 and toluene-acetone 50∶50 provided the best separation. Under the best conditions complete separation of C60H2 and almost complete separation of the four most abundant isomers of C60H4 were achieved. The repassivation kinetics of pure aluminium have been explored in aqueous alkaline solutions as functions of applied anodic potential and pH by using an abrading electrode technique and a rotating disc electrode. The repassivation rate of the abraded bare surface of pure aluminium increased with increasing applied anodic potential in aqueous alkaline solutions, while it decreased with increasing pH. These results revealed that the growth rate of the passivating oxide film is enhanced by an applied electric field, but it is lowered due to the chemical attack by hydroxyl ions. A potentiostatic anodic current decay transient obtained from the abraded electrode surface showed a constant repassivation rate in neutral and weakly alkaline solutions. In contrast, in concentrated alkaline solutions it was observed to consist of three stages: a high repassivation rate in the initial stage due to a high formation rate of the oxide film on the abraded bare surface; a zero value of the repassivation rate in the second stage due to the dissolution of the oxide film by the attack of OH; a high repassivation rate in the third stage due to a lowered dissolution rate of the oxide film. The dissolution rate of the passivating oxide film was observed to depend on the removal rate of aluminate ions from the oxide/solution interface. The interactions between lipids (cholesterol, distearoylphosphatidylcholine, distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine and sphingomyelin) and the γ-globulin protein have been analyzed using the monolayer technique at the air–liquid interface. The analysis has been carried out using both state equations and an adequate thermodynamic formulation for the surface pressure (π)–molecular area (a) isotherms. Different parameters as the virial coefficients, have been estimated. For the uncharged lipid monolayers, the interactions between the molecules are of an attractive nature, at medium and long distance, and of a steric repulsive nature at short distance. At low surface pressures the lipid molecules form small domains. The net force between γ-Globulin molecules in the monolayers has been found to be attractive. Finally, it can be concluded that when the lipid monolayers are uncharged, there is practically no interaction between the protein and lipid molecules at the mentioned interface.  相似文献

Complex reflection coefficients for 2-ethoxyethanol–dimethylformamide (DMF), ethanol–DMF, and 1-propanol–DMF mixtures at several temperatures from 20 to 50° and the frequency range 10 MHz to 10 GHz were determined by time-domain spectroscopy in reflection mode. Fourier transforms and least-squares fitting were used to obtain complex permittivity, static dielectric constant, and relaxation time. The excess dielectric parameters, Kirkwood correlation factors, and thermodynamic properties for the binary mixtures were also determined. The static dielectric constant for the mixtures was fitted well with the modified Bruggeman model.  相似文献

A series of silicate xerogels with entrapped chiral amino acids have been obtained via sol-gel technology. The transparent, glassy samples obtained exhibit chirality in the bulk due to the presence of the entrapped asymmetric molecules. Measurements of the optical activity of the doped xerogel samples revealed that the entrapment did not significantly influence the optical activity observed for liquid solutions of the amino acids. Thus, the sol-gel method enables the preparation of amorphous optical materials exhibiting properties of strictly spatially defined molecular systems. Apart from the obvious optical applications, such porous materials with asymmetric centers might find interesting applications in chiral chemical syntheses and separations.  相似文献

A versatile two-dimensional gas chromatograph is described, consisting of 2 separate ovens, one intermediate trap, an auxiliary inlet, and the necessary hardware to effect off-line switching according to the principle of Deans. The unit has been designed for use with high resolution glass capillary columns. The performance of individual instrumental components was critically evaluated. Results showed that low dead volume glass to metal connections were required in the manifold and detector lines to minimize extra-column effects. The mass of the intermediate trap must be low to allow rapid heating. Operational parameters are discussed and examples of some applications are shown.  相似文献

Circular high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) has been used to differentiate a series of twelve tricyclic neuroleptics, using both normal phase and reverse phase procedures. The use of normal phase systems also allows the resolution of geometric isomers of chlorprothixene, clopenthixol and flupenthixol. Thirteen sulphonamides and Trirnethoprim may also be distinguished using HPTLC.  相似文献

Aliphatic saturated amides treated with Me3SiCl/Li/THF were found to react in two ways. Either alkoxysilanes, mono- or di-silylated at the functional carbon, or C-silylated amines were obtained dependent of the original amide structure and the experimental conditions. (Me3Si)2CHN(SiMe3)2 exhibited Physicochemical properties that are particular for hindered rotation about the CN bond. A general mechanism is proposed to explain these results.  相似文献

The results of the investigations of thermal behaviour of Li2ZrO3, prepared in the amorphous state by means of sol-gel technique are demonstrated. The thermal treatment was carried out in air under constant heating rate of 5 deg·min–1 and cooling rate of 2.5 deg·min–1. The methods of DTA, TG, Emanation Thermal Analysis (ETA) and dilatometry were used, for characterization of the thermal behaviour in dynamic conditions. The X-ray diffraction patterns were used for characterization of the phase changes observed by TA Methods.
Zusammenfassung Ergebnisse aus Untersuchungen des thermischen Verhaltens von Li2ZrO3, hergestellt mittels einer Sol-Gel-Technik im amorphen Zustand werden dargelegt. Die thermische Behandlung wurde in Luft bei einer konstanten Aufheizgeschwindigkeit von 5 Grad·min–1 und einer Abkühlgeschwindigkeit von 2,5Grad·min–1 durchgeführt. Zur Beschreibung des thermischen Verhaltens unter dynamischen Verhältnissen wurden DTA, TG, Emanationsthermoanalyse und Dilatometrie angewendet. Zur näheren Charakterisierung der bei TG beobachteten Phasenumwandlungen wurde Röntgendiffraktion verwendet.
