为分析车辆传动装置密封环在高速高压工作环境下的磨损失效,利用自主研制的试验台研究了速度、接触压力和介质油温对密封摩擦副摩擦磨损特性的影响;利用扫描电子显微镜观察了磨损程度不同的密封环端面的表面形貌,并探讨了其磨损机理.结果表明,在设定的试验条件下,密封摩擦副的摩擦系数随着压力的增大和转速的升高先急剧减小再降幅减缓后趋于稳定,而压力对摩擦状态的影响要比转速显著.密封环端面温度与摩擦状态之间存在相互影响的特征.密封介质性质同样影响着密封环的摩擦状态.在稳定磨损阶段,密封环的磨损机理以磨粒和黏着磨损为主导,当进入到剧烈磨损期后,磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损的影响更为突出.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a non-linear one-dimensional model for thin-walled rods with open strongly curved cross-section, obtained by asymptotic methods. A dimensional analysis of the non-linear three-dimensional equilibrium equations lets appear dimensionless numbers which reflect the geometry of the structure and the level of applied forces. For a given force level, the order of magnitude of the displacements and the corresponding one-dimensional model are deduced by asymptotic expansions.  相似文献

The stability of a cantilever elastic beam with rectangular cross-section under the action of a follower tangential force and a bending conservative couple at the free end is analyzed. The beam is herein modeled as a non-linear Cosserat rod model. Non-linear, partial integro-differential equations of motion are derived expanded up to cubic terms in the transversal displacement and torsional angle of the beam. The linear stability of the trivial equilibrium is studied, revealing the existence of buckling, flutter and double-zero critical points. Interaction between conservative and non-conservative loads with respect to the stability problem is discussed. The critical spectral properties are derived and the corresponding critical eigenspace is evaluated.  相似文献

We propose a wavelet method in the present study to analyze the large deflection bending and post-buckling problems of rods composed of non-linearly elastic materials, which are governed by a class of strong non-linear differential equations. This wavelet method is established based on a modified wavelet approximation of an interval bounded L2-function, which provides a new method for the large deflection bending and post-buckling problems of engineering structures. As an example, in this study, we considered the rod structures of non-linear materials that obey the Ludwick and the modified Ludwick constitutive laws. The numerical results for both large deflection bending and post-buckling problems are presented, illustrating the convergence and accuracy of the wavelet method. For the former, the wavelet solutions are more accurate than the finite element method and the shooting method embedded with the Euler method. For the latter, both bifurcation and limit loads can be easily and directly obtained by solving the extended systems. On the other hand, for the shooting method embedded with Runge–Kutta method, to obtain these values usually needs to choose a good starting value and repeat trial solutions many times, which can be a tough task.  相似文献

Piston theory may be used in the high Mach number supersonic flow region and/or in very high frequency subsonic or supersonic flow. In this flow model, the pressure at a point on the fluid-solid interface only depends on the downwash at the same point. However the classical piston theory may not be sufficient for some phenomena in aeroelasticity and aeroacoustics (far field prediction). Dowell and Bliss have created an extension of piston theory that allows for higher order effects that take into account the effect the distribution of downwash on pressure at any point. For simple harmonic motion, expansions in reduced frequency, inverse reduced frequency and/or inverse (square of) Mach number have all been created; The effects of higher order terms in these several expansion in creating an enhanced piston theory was illustrated for plunge and pitch motion of an airfoil (discrete system) by Ganji and Dowell. In the present paper, flutter prediction for a flexible panel in two –dimensional flow is investigated using enhanced piston theory. The goal of the present paper is to demonstrate that an enhance version of piston theory can analyze single degree of freedom flutter of a panel as compared to the classical piston theory and quasi-steady aerodynamic models which can only treat coupled mode flutter.  相似文献

Equations of spatial motion of a curved finitelength rod in a viscous fluid flow are derived. Analytical solutions of problems on the motion of a straight rod under conditions of pure shear, simple shear, and uniaxial extension of the fluid are obtained. Longitudinal stability of the straight rod during its spatial motion is considered. Effective viscosity of a suspension filled by rigid straight rods is evaluated.  相似文献

The possibility of continuous conjugation of the straightline radial motion of a gas sphere toward the center and away from the center with the motion where the gas in the entire sphere stops simultaneously is shown. The motion is described by an invariant submodel of rank 1. In nonlinear elasticity the exact geometry of deformation is combined with general constitutive relations. This allows a very sophisticated interaction of deformations in different material directions. Based on the Cosserat theory for planar deformations of nonlinearly elastic rods we demonstrate some paradoxical bending effects caused by a nontrivial interaction of extension, flexure, and shear. 在经典微分求积(DQ)法基础上, 根据多分辨分析理论, 以尺度函数为基础构造插值基函数, 形成了新的微分方程边值问题的求解方法------小波--DQ法, 并应用该方法分析了变截面弹性直杆的纵振动问题, 给出了其频率方程, 计算出了不同参数下固支--固支, 自由--自由楔形直杆和锥形直杆的固有频率,数值结果表明该方法是一个简单易行高精度的方法,该方法可以推广应用于其他力学问题的数值分析.  相似文献
