在氮气保护下利用共沉淀方法成功地合成了零价铁无定形磷酸钙复合物(Fe0/ACP复合物),并采用XRD、EDAX和FTIR对产物进行了表征。同时通过SEM和TEM分析可知所合成材料的粒径为300 nm左右。磁滞回线表明在磁场中可以将该复合物从非磁性材料中分离出来。氮气吸附脱附曲线表明所合成材料具有吸附性能。此外所合成Fe0/ACP复合物被用来吸附CdTe量子点,并采用二级动力学方程对吸附过程进行了分析。吸附产物采用XRD、FTIR、荧光和磁滞回线进行了表征,结果表明该吸附产物不仅具有磁性,而且具有很好的荧光性质。  相似文献

The design of artificial hydrolase has attracted extensive attention due to their scientific significance and potential application in the field of gene medicine and molecular biology. This work reports the catalytic activation of two aza-crown ether Ce(III) complexes and their metallomicelles as artificial hydrolase in bis(4-nitrophenyl) phosphate ester (BNPP) hydrolysis. The chemical composition of two complexes was determined by the fluorescence spectra and the mole ratio method for electronic absorption spectra. The bonding effect of BNPP and solubilizing effect of the complexes were proved by a method of fluorescence spectroscopy. The catalytic activity of different catalytic systems in BNPP hydrolysis was measured with UV-vis spectrophotometric method. These catalytic systems showed high catalytic activity for promoting BNPP hydrolysis at the almost physiological conditions. BNPP hydrolysis rate in these catalytic system is about 107- to 109-fold faster than that of the BNPP spontaneous hydrolysis in aqueous solution at the same conditions. The metallomicelle systems exhibited higher catalytic activity compared with the complex solution systems in BNPP hydrolysis, and hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide micelle provides a useful catalytic environment for reaction. The acid effect of the catalytic system is ascribed to the formation of metal-bound hydroxide serving as a better kind of nucleophile.  相似文献

通过调节Na_3PO_4溶液中H_3PO_4的含量制得沉淀剂,AgNO_3与此沉淀剂反应制得Ag_3PO_4粉末.当沉淀剂pH=6时,所制得的Ag_3PO_4粉末表现出最高的光催化降解甲基蓝和罗丹明B活性.进一步添加KBr溶液修饰Ag_3PO_4可制得AgBr/Ag_3PO_4粉末.该光催化剂可使阴离子染料(如活性橙和甲基橙)脱色.采用适当的捕获剂考察了参与光催化降解过程的活性物种的抑制活性.光催化反应之后,质谱检测证实染料降解为更小的分子.以Chlorella vulgaris为生物指示剂考察了处理前后染料的生态毒性.  相似文献

文章研究了磷酸铵镁法沉淀模拟高浓度氨氮废水中氨氮的条件,添加助凝剂对氨氮去除的辅助效果.实验得到最佳沉淀条件为:沉淀剂为Na2HPO4与MgCl2,投加摩尔比Mg:N:P=1:1:1,pH为9.50,反应时间10 min,反应温度25℃.在此条件下,氨氮去除率可达86.71%.在优化条件的基础上,投加助凝剂FeSO4· xH2O,Al2(SO4)3·xH2O及活性炭,最佳投加量均为0.5 g,可使氨氮去除率提高至89%以上,其中活性炭助凝效果最好,氨氮去除率提高2.83%.将助凝剂辅助磷酸铵镁法用于味精废水氨氮处理也取得了良好效果.  相似文献

利用透明圈法和钼锑抗比色法测定发酵液的可溶性磷含量的方法,从滨州沾化冬枣根际土壤中分离出一株高效解磷菌ZMM-3,对该菌株的生理、生化性质及最佳培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,该菌株菌落圆形,革兰氏染色呈阴性,杆菌,大多数理化性质呈阳性,培养最适pH值为7,最佳培养时间为16 h。  相似文献

以质量分数70%的硅酸三钙(Ca3SiO5,C3S)和30%磷酸氢钙(CaHPO4·2H2O,DCPD)复合得到的DCP30粉体材料为固相,以不同浓度碳酸钠溶液为液相,得到碳酸钠改性骨水泥材料。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能材料试验机等手段对不同浓度改性材料进行表征。结果显示:添加碳酸钠液相,骨水泥初、终凝时间分别缩短至16和55min;调控碳酸钠液相浓度,可以实现短期抗压强度优化;使用碳酸钠后,固化自发生成羟基磷灰石(HA)。浸泡模拟体液(SBF)7天,材料表面覆盖HA沉积层,生物活性优越。碳酸钠液相改性硅-磷酸钙复合骨水泥体系的水化性能、短期力学性能以及生物活性均优于Ca3SiO5水泥和未改性硅-磷酸钙复合骨水泥,是一种良好的生物活性骨修复材料。  相似文献

A new zinc phosphite cluster, Zn2(4,4′-dmbpy)2(H2PO3)41, and a new chainlike zinc phosphate, Zn2(5,5′-dmbpy)2(HPO4)(H2PO4)22, have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions (4,4′-dmbpy=4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-dipyridy, 5,5′-dmbpy=5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-dipyridy). Compound 1 is a molecular zinc phosphite constructed from ZnO3N2 trigonal bipyramids, H2PO3 pseudo-pyramids and 4,4′-dmbpy ligands. Compound 2 possesses a 1D chainlike framework constructed from ZnO3N2 trigonal bipyramids, HPO4 tetrahedra, H2PO4 tetrahedra and 5,5′-dmbpy ligands. Both compounds 1 and 2 exhibit intensive photoluminescence originated from the intraligand π-π* transitions. Proton NMR relaxation measurements have been carried out in the mixed system of antiferroelectric (AFE) betaine phosphate (BP) and ferroelectric (FE) glycine phosphite (GPI), BPxGPI(1-x), at 11.4 and 23.3 MHz from 300 to 100 K for x=0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8. The temperature dependence of spin lattice relaxation (SLR) time follows the BPP model in the parent compounds, while the Larmor frequency dependence of T1 in the mixed system is rather unusual. The T1 curve exhibits different slopes for the low-temperature wings at the two frequencies, which is a clear experimental evidence of the presence of different methyl groups with different activation energies (Ea), indicating disorder. For x=0.3 and 0.4, biexponential recovery of magnetization has been observed below 190 K, showing that the degree of disorder varies with the concentration. The temperature dependence of relaxation time data has been interpreted in terms of NH3, trimethyl ammonium and methyl group reorientations.  相似文献

Microtubular structures were self-assembled in aqueous media from a newly synthesized bolaamphiphile, bis(N-alpha-amido-tyrosyl-tyrosyl-tyrosine)-1,5-pentane dicarboxylate. In order to increase the biocompatibility of the microtubules, they were functionalized with the peptide sequence GRGDSP. Further, calcium phosphate nanocrystals were grown on the microtubules. In some cases, collagen was added in order to mimic the components of natural bone tissue. The biomaterials obtained were characterized via transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), IR, and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analyses. The biocompatibility of the calcium phosphate-coated microtubules was studied by conducting in vitro cell-attachment, cell-proliferation and cytotoxicity studies using mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells. The studies revealed that the biomaterials were found to be non-toxic and biocompatible. The functionalized tubular assemblies coated with calcium phosphate nanocrystals mimic the nanoscale composition of natural bone and may potentially support bone in-growth and osseointegration when used in orthopaedic or dental applications.  相似文献
