材料电磁参数的测量方法主要分为时域和频域两种。在时域测量时,需要通过FFT才能求得介电常数的频谱特性,而实际测得的波形往往存在多次反射,给求取一个纯净的反射波进行频谱分析带来不便。针对这一问题,提出了采用小波建模法对脉冲时域反射波形进行处理,给出了FFT法和小波建模法分别对模拟和实测波形处理结果的比较。结果显示小波建模法可以较好地区分时域反射波形中的反射信号,并能够从时域波形有效地提取介电常数随频率的变化规律。  相似文献

In a previous work, an ideal fluid mixture is assumed to be a homogeneous linear and isotropic system that verifies the following conditions: (I) no interaction between molecules, (II) point-like molecules and (III) under fixed temperature and pressure conditions the number of molecules per unit volume is the same for both the individual components and the mixture. It was shown that for such ideal mixture the permittivity is the sum of the individual permittivities weighted with the mole fractions of the components.In this work it is shown that independently of the latter assumption the permittivity of the system can be expressed as the sum of the individual permittivities weighted with the volume fractions of the components.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,2‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)ethane‐1,2‐dione and (1R,2R)‐(−)‐diaminocyclohexane afforded a homochiral quinoxaline derivative (4aR,8aR)‐2,3‐di(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐decahydroquinoxaline ( 1 ). Fluorescent analysis exhibits an intense blue emission band at 386 nm. Crystallographic analysis showed that it belongs to chiral space group P21 with ferroelectric behavior, and a typical ferroelectric feature of electric hysteresis loop was obtained. The dielectric constant of compound 1 was measured at room temperature.  相似文献

Amorphous Ni-P nanotubes are fabricated through electroless chemical deposition inside an anodic aluminum oxide template. The hysteresis loops of Ni-P nanotube arrays are each found to exhibit an unusual isotropic behaviour, which is believed to be due to the competition results between the shape anisotropy and the magnetostatic interaction among nanotubes. The dynamic dependence of permittivity on the frequency spectrum is fitted to the Lorentzian-type dispersion law. The permeability dispersion behaviours have been fitted based on the Kittel equation. Electromagnetic wave absorption properties of Ni-P nanotubes/paraffin composites with different values of thickness (t) are clearly shown by a three-dimensional graph. Furthermore, the bandwidths of composites with different "t" values can be well presented by a two-dimensional contour graph, which is a novel presentation form. The results show that the composites each have a good microwave absorption performance with t larger than 5.5 mm and with the frequency around 8 gigahertz.  相似文献

使用电化学脉冲沉积法制备了磁晶各向异性易磁化方向(c轴)垂直纳米线长轴方向的钴纳米线.受到磁晶各向异性、静磁相互作用等因素与形状各向异性相互竞争的结果,纳米线阵列的磁滞回线显示出较弱的磁各向异性.此外,在2—18 GHz频率范围内,纳米线/石蜡复合材料的介电色散谱的虚部在5 GHz处有一个主峰,在10 GHz附近有一个较弱的峰;德拜弛豫特性和材料的电导率对这两个峰的形成均有贡献.同时,其磁导率色散谱的虚部在频率为6.1 GHz处有一个主峰,在10 GHz以上有两个较微弱的峰. 前一个峰源于自 关键词: 钴纳米线 介电色散谱 磁导率色散谱 微波吸收剂  相似文献

通过将单回路镜像对称开口金属环结构印制在高介电常数基板上,实现了一种金属含量比传统负折射材料更少,"双负"通带比全介质负折射材料更宽的负折射材料.分析了高介电常数基板产生负介电常数以及"双负"通带形成的机理,通过仿真实验分析了影响"双负"通带的因素.通过制作样品验证了这一机理实现"双负"的可行性,理论分析与实验结果都表明这种方法可实现较宽频段内的"双负"通带. 关键词: 负折射材料 负介电常数 负磁导率 介质谐振器原理  相似文献

The fabrication of high quality thin films of poly (vinylidene fluoride) embedded with multiwalled carbon nanotubes using pulsed laser deposition technique is reported. The prepared films were characterized for structural, morphology and dielectric properties. The morphology analysis revealed uniform dispersion of multiwalled carbon nanotubes throughout the polymer matrix. X-ray diffraction results suggested that the poly (vinylidene fluoride) film is in amorphous phase while addition of multiwalled carbon nanotubes showed presence of crystalline peaks in the nanocomposites films. It was interesting to note that the nanocomposite films exhibits significant enhancement of the ferroelectric β-phase as evidenced by the X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results. The dielectric analysis shows a remarkable enhancement in the dielectric permittivity of nanocomposites with lower loss and conductivity level. The results can be attributed to the formation of minicapacitor network and relatively higher percolation threshold in the nanocomposites.  相似文献

We experimentally studied the frequency dependent complex permittivity ε and permeability μ of composite composed of carbonyl iron powder (CIP) and epoxy resin in the frequency range 1-18 GHz. We found that the intrinsic ε and μ of CIP extracted from the measured ε and μ of composites follow the classical Maxwell equations and the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) equation, respectively. The dependences of ε and μ of composites on the volume fraction of CIP (vfCIP) were investigated using the two-exponent phenomenological percolation equation (TEPPE). We found that the TEPPE can fit the experimental results very well. Comparing the results of percolation parameters derived by experimental data at different frequencies, we show that the TEPPE is frequency independent for the composites at microwave frequencies. The results also show that the ε and μ spectrums of composites with definite vfCIP can be correctly calculated by combining the TEPPE with the theoretical models of intrinsic ε and μ.  相似文献
