求解多项式重零点的并行迭代方法

建立了一种至少4阶收敛的求解多项式重零点的并行迭代方法，分析并证明了相应的收敛性定理。

Local and Parallel Finite Element Algorithms for Eigenvalue Problems

Abstract Some new local and parallel finite element algorithms are proposed and analyzed in this paper foreigenvalue problems.With these algorithms, the solution of an eigenvalue problem on a fine grid is reduced tothe solution of an eigenvalue problem on a relatively coarse grid together with solutions of some linear algebraicsystems on fine grid by using some local and parallel procedure.A theoretical tool for analyzing these algorithmsis some local error estimate that is also obtained in this paper for finite element approximations of eigenvectorson general shape-regular grids.     

BoneRoute: An Adaptive Memory-Based Method for Effective Fleet Management

This paper presents an adaptive memory-based method for solving the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP), called BoneRoute. The CVRP deals with the problem of finding the optimal sequence of deliveries conducted by a fleet of homogeneous vehicles, based at one depot, to serve a set of customers. The computational performance of the BoneRoute was found to be very efficient, producing high quality solutions over two sets of well known case studies examined.

文章从员工导向和需求管理的角度分析了企业在人力资源管理过程中存在的若干问题,并对市场营销学与人力资源管理在某些方面的发展历程和发展现状作了一个简要的回顾和比较,认为营销学的某些视角可以为当前的人力资源管理提供积极的借鉴作用,并简要分析了基于营销学视角的人才竞争战略。     

Stabilizing management of fluctuating resources

We consider a resource management problem in which the management objective is to minimize fluctuations in resource stocks. Stabilizing management policies constitute the designing of memoryless state feedback control strategies for a discrete time resource model which contains unknown but bounded fluctuations. We also show that the problem of maximizing sustainable yield in an uncertain fishery can be considered as the problem of stabilizing of the stock level.The paper corresponds to an invited talk at the 14th Symposium on Operations Research, Ulm, September 6–8, 1989.The support by Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation is gratefully acknowledged.This work was supported by NSF and AFOSR under grant ECS 8602524.     

Approximation algorithms for dynamic resource allocation

We consider a problem of allocating limited quantities of M types of resources among N independent activities that evolve over T epochs. In each epoch, we assign to each activity a task which consumes resources, generates utility, and determines the subsequent state of the activity. We study the complexity of, and approximation algorithms for, maximizing average utility.
