锥体虫、果蝇基因编码区的密码子使用、碱基间关联与基因表达水平的关系研究

用自洽信息聚类方法预测了锥体虫（Ｔｒｙｐａｎｏｓｏｍａｂｒｕｃｅｉ）（８１个基因）和果蝇（Ｄｒｏｓｏｐｈｉｌａ）（１２４个基因）的基因表达水平、高表达基因同义密码子的使用规律，求出了描述基因表达水平的参数ＩＥ值和ＣＡＩ值；在此基础之上，用我们提出的基因表达增强网络（ＥＥＮ）理论研究了基因编码区的碱基构成、密码子内和密码子之间的碱基关联与基因表达水平的关系，结果表明，其增强网络位点数目比Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉ和Ｙｅａｓｔ要多，说明生物越高级，编码区内的碱基关联越强．

用平稳时间序列的ARMA( p ,q)模型分析法 ,分析了汉江安康站 1 943年到1 995年共 5 3年最大径流量的水文资料 ,建立了陕南汉江安康站最大径流量的中短期动态预测数学模型 .经对 1 996年和 1 997年的最大径流量进行预测 ,结果与实际相吻合     

Prescribed Q-curvature problem on closed 4-Riemannian manifolds in the null case

The main objective of this short note is to give a sufficient condition for a non constant function k to be Q curvature candidate for a conformal metric on a closed Riemannian manifold with the null Q-curvature. In contrast to the prescribed scalar curvature on the two-dimensional flat tori, the condition we provided is not necessary as some examples show. Openness of momentum maps and persistence of extremal relative equilibria

We prove that for every proper Hamiltonian action of a Lie group G in finite dimensions the momentum map is locally G-open relative to its image (i.e. images of G-invariant open sets are open). As an application we deduce that in a Hamiltonian system with continuous Hamiltonian symmetries, extremal relative equilibria persist for every perturbation of the value of the momentum map, provided the isotropy subgroup of this value is compact. We also demonstrate how this persistence result applies to an example of ellipsoidal figures of rotating fluid. We also provide an example with plane point vortices which shows how the compactness assumption is related to persistence.     

The asymptotic Plateau problem in Gromov hyperbolic manifolds

We solve the asymptotic Plateau problem in every Gromov hyperbolic Hadamard manifold (X,g) with bounded geometry. That is, we prove existence of complete (possibly singular) k-dimensional area minimizing surfaces in X with prescribed boundary data at infinity, for a large class of admissible limit sets and for all . Some a priori bounds for solutions of the constant Gauss curvature equation

In this work, we give a priori height and gradient estimates for solutions of the prescribed constant Gauss curvature equation in Euclidean space. We shall consider convex radial graphs with positive constant mean curvature. The estimates are established by considering in such a graph, the Riemannian metric given by the second fundamental form of the immersion.
