A resistant starch (RS) mixture (MIX) consisting of fibre of potatoes (FP) and wrinkled pea starch (WPS), and high amylose maize starch (HAMS) were supplemented in adults to evaluate their effects on fat oxidation by means of a 13CO2-breath test. Sixteen subjects received a regular diet either without or with the supplementation of MIX and HAMS in randomised order. After administration of a [U-13C]algal lipid mixture, exhaled air was collected over 14?h in 0.5- and 1-h intervals. The 13C abundances were measured by nondispersive infrared spectroscopy. In comparison to the dry run (DR), supplementation with MIX and with HAMS increased the cumulative percentage dose recovery: (DR: 16.7?%, MIX: 16.9?%, HAMS: 18.0?%), but without statistical significance. The colonic degradation of MIX and HAMS to short-chain fatty acids tends to lower the formation of carbohydrate-derived acetyl-CoA and contributes to a postprandial lipid oxidation increase by using fat-derived acetyl-CoA as a compensatory fuel source.  相似文献

本文采用改进的流化床装置对碳纳米管进行空气氧化处理、浓盐酸浸泡处理、空气氧化、浓盐酸浸泡组合处理, 利用扫描电镜和拉曼光谱方法检测了四种处理方法对碳纳米管提纯的效果, 结果发现, 在873 K经空气氧化30分钟, 再用浓盐酸浸泡10分钟, 这种组合处理方法下, 得到的单壁碳管纯度最高, 产率最大。  相似文献

The 2D Rancieite type manganic acid was prepared by reduction of KMnO4 in acidic medium. Its ion exchange behavior allows to prepare alkali derivatives. All compounds were characterized with use of a combination of X-ray diffraction, chemical analyses, TGA, magnetic measurements and spectroscopic techniques. The evolution of their chemical composition versus temperature was studied between 180 and 400 °C. It shows that the dehydration process is partly reversible in these compounds whereas the weak reduction is irreversible. The 2D Rancieite-type manganic acid is readily different from a Birnessite-type phyllomanganate, as shown by several features: the interlayer distance, the ion exchange capacity, the thermal behavior, the interlayer cation content, the manganese average oxidation state, the magnetic behavior and the IR spectrum.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

X-ray Raman scattering spectroscopy is an emerging method in the study of low and intermediate Z elements' core-electron excitations at extreme conditions in order to reveal information on local structure and electronic state of matter in situ. We discuss the capabilities of this method to address questions in Earth materials' science and demonstrate its sensitivity to detect changes in the oxidation state, electronic structure, coordination, and spin state. Examples are presented for the study of the oxygen K-, silicon L- and iron M-edges. We assess the application of both temperature and pressure in such investigations exploiting diamond anvil cells in combination with resistive or laser heating which is required to achieve realistic conditions of the Earth's crust, mantle, and core.  相似文献

在一台增压中冷的电控单体泵柴油机上采用柴油/甲醇组合燃烧(DMCC)方式进行排放特性与经济性试验研究。结果表明:采用DMCC方式能够大量减少NOx排放,同时CO2排放也有所降低。可以通过在排气管上加装氧化催化转换器(DOC)很好地清除掉DMCC方式增加的HC和CO排放,其催化效率在90%以上,比原机排放低很多,DMCC方式的甲醛排放比原机高,DOC对其催化率达98%,接近超低排放。DMCC模式外特性的热效率提高了7.607%,且存在一个最佳燃料匹配区间。  相似文献

We assess several models for the environment of the P b center (Si dangling bond center) at the interface of Si(111) with its oxide. The comparison of hyperfine constants observed with those predicted using large cluster models favors a local structure in which there is an Si-Si bond within the oxide close to the Si dangling bond. Such Si-Si bonds are also suggested by a number of other experiments and are consistent with the reactive layer model proposed to rationalize a range of oxidation studies.  相似文献

Pt particles in a uniform dispersion were successfully synthesized on single-site photocatalyst (Ti-containing mesoporous silica (Ti-HMS)) under UV-light irradiation by a photo-assisted deposition (PAD) method. Using an aqueous solution of H2PtCl6 as a precursor, the nano-sized Pt metal particles were deposited directly on the photo-excited tetrahedrally coordinated titanium oxide moieties within the framework of mesoporous silica (PAD-Pt/Ti-HMS). The Pt catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, Pt LIII-edge XAFS, CO adsorption, and TEM analysis. It was demonstrated that Pt particles had mean diameter of 4 nm in a narrow size distribution. Meanwhile, Pt particles loaded by a conventional impregnation method (imp-Pt/Ti-HMS) showed a wide size distribution ranging from 2 to 30 nm. The PAD-Pt/Ti-HMS catalyst was more active in the CO oxidation than the conventional impregnated imp-Pt/Ti-HMS catalyst. It is suggested that the PAD method using single-site photocatalyst is a useful and unique technique to prepare fine and uniform Pt nanoparticles.  相似文献

Non-thermal plasma (NTP) and combined plasma-MnO2 catalytic (CPMC) air cleaners were tested for removal of low-concentration benzene in air. Both air cleaners were made of stainless steel needle matrix plate and used DC corona discharger. The effects of discharge power and relative humidity (RH) on benzene removal efficiency were investigated in a closed chamber. The intermediate products produced in purification processes were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The concentrations of discharge byproducts and CO2 selectivity produced in both processes were also compared. It was found that the benzene removal efficiency increased with discharge power in both systems; With the increase of RH in air, benzene removal efficiency firstly increased and then decreased in NTP while it gradually decreased in CPMC. For a fixed discharge power of 9 W and RH of 20% in CPMC, the conversion of benzene increased from 82.9% to 89.6%, the CO2 selectivity increased from 38% to 80%, the concentration of O3 decreased from 25.3 ppm to 1.3 ppm, and NO2 formation decreased from 234 ppm to 25.7 ppm, compared with NTP.  相似文献
