文章分析了当前"卓越工程师"教育中存在的主要问题,提出应把职业生涯规划教育融入"卓越工程师"教育的全过程,形成具有特色的职业规划教育模式。

Classical Risk Model with Threshold Dividend Strategy

In this article, a threshold dividend strategy is used for classical risk model. Under this dividend strategy, certain probability of ruin, which occurs in case of constant barrier strategy, is avoided. Using the strong Markov property of the surplus process and the distribution of the deficit in classical risk model, the survival probability for this model is derived, which is more direct than that in Asmussen（2000, P195, Proposition 1.10）. The occupation time of non-dividend of this model is also discussed by means of Martingale method.     

On States of Total Weighted Occupation Times of a Class of Infinitely Divisible Superprocesses on a Bounded Domain

In this paper, general conditions of state classification for the total weighted occupation times of a class of infinitely divisible superprocesses on a bounded domain D in ℝ ^d are given. As an application, some sufficient and necessary conditions are found for the total weighted occupation times of some special superprocesses on D to be absolutely continuous or singular with respect to the Lebesgue measure on D. The research of Yan-Xia Ren is supported by NNSF of China (Grant No. 10471003) and Foundation for Authors Awarded Excellent Ph.D. Dissertation.

2007 Abel prize has been awarded to S R S Varadhan for creating a unified theory of large deviations. We attempt to give a flavour of this branch of probability theory, highlighting the role of Varadhan.
