论构建和谐社会的道德价值观

伴随着中国社会的发展,人们的道德价值观也发生着深刻的变化。当代流行的道德价值观虽然提供了社会主义和谐社会的思想基础,同时也出现了影响社会和谐的音符。根据实现人自身和谐、人际关系和谐、人与社会关系和谐、人与自然关系和谐的要求,构建与强化和谐社会的道德价值观显得尤为重要。     

浅谈市场经济对大学生价值观的影响

市场经济的发展导致传统的价值观念受挫,这在很大程度上影响到大学生的价值观念。为保证大学生的健康发展,寻求对策,显得尤为重要。     

Direct Shooting Method for the Numerical Solution of Higher-Index DAE Optimal Control Problems

A method for the numerical solution of state-constrained optimal control problems subject to higher-index differential-algebraic equation (DAE) systems is introduced. For a broad and important class of DAE systems (semiexplicit systems with algebraic variables of different index), a direct multiple shooting method is developed. The multiple shooting method is based on the discretization of the optimal control problem and its transformation into a finite-dimensional nonlinear programming problem (NLP). Special attention is turned to the mandatory calculation of consistent initial values at the multiple shooting nodes within the iterative solution process of (NLP). Two different methods are proposed. The projection method guarantees consistency within each iteration, whereas the relaxation method achieves consistency only at an optimal solution. An illustrative example completes this article.

张青莲教授及其原子量新值测定研究

张青莲教授是中国科学院院士,我国同位素化学的奠基人.本文介绍他在90高龄之际在原子量新值测定方面所取得的杰出成就.从1990年代初以来,他主持一个科研小组采用质谱法,实施了测定10项原子量新值的长期计划.至2001年7月已经有In、Ir、Sb、Eu、Ce、Er、Ge、Dy和Zn等9个原子量新值被国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)的原子量与同位素丰度委员会(CAWIA)正式确定为原子量的国际新标准;另外一个Sm原子量新值也于2005年被国际组织确认.

Pseudo-orthogonality for graph 1-Laplacian eigenvectors and applications to higher Cheeger constants and data clustering

The data clustering problem consists in dividing a data set into prescribed groups of homogeneous data. This is an NP-hard problem that can be relaxed in the spectral graph theory, where the optimal cuts of a graph are related to the eigenvalues of graph 1-Laplacian. In this paper, we first give new notations to describe the paths, among critical eigenvectors of the graph 1-Laplacian, realizing sets with prescribed genus. We introduce the pseudo-orthogonality to characterize m₃(G), a special eigenvalue for the graph 1-Laplacian. Furthermore, we use it to give an upper bound for the third graph Cheeger constant h₃(G), that is, h₃(G) 6 m₃(G). This is a first step for proving that the k-th Cheeger constant is the minimum of the 1-Laplacian Raylegh quotient among vectors that are pseudo-orthogonal to the vectors realizing the previous k - 1 Cheeger constants. Eventually, we apply these results to give a method and a numerical algorithm to compute m₃(G), based on a generalized inverse power method.     

Cyclobutadiene dianion derivatives – Planar 4c,6e or three-dimensional 6c,6e aromaticity?

The spatial magnetic properties (Through Space NMR Shieldings – TSNMRS) of two cyclobutadiene derivatives (2 and 5) and of a number of cyclobutadiene dianion derivatives (3, 4 and 6–8) have been calculated by the GIAO perturbation method employing the Nucleus-Independent Chemical Shift (NICS) concept of P. v. Ragué Schleyer, and visualized as Iso-Chemical-Shielding Surfaces (ICSS) of various size and direction. TSNMRS values can be successfully employed to quantify and visualize the (anti)aromaticity of the compounds studied and to discuss the influence of Li⁺ complexation to cyclobutadiene dianion (4a, 7 and 8) on planar 4c,6e or three-dimensional 6c,6e aromaticity.
