咪唑丙酸可以通过哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白复合物1(mTORC1)路径引起人的胰岛素抵抗, 从而导致2型糖尿病(T2D), 因此, 咪唑丙酸的准确定量可辅助2型糖尿病的诊断. 本文利用NiO与咪唑基团之间的配位作用, 采用氧化镍沉积硅胶(NiO@SiO2)萃取材料对咪唑丙酸进行选择性富集和萃取. 首先对NiO@SiO2 固相萃取(SPE)条件进行优化: 吸附剂用量为200 mg, 上样液为20 mmol/L的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=3.0), 解吸液为1.0 mL含1%(质量分数)NH3·H2O的水溶液; 然后, 对萃取液进行高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)分离分析, 建立了血清中咪唑丙酸的检测方法. 结果表明, 咪唑丙酸浓度在0.05~10 ng/mL范围内对质谱响应值具有良好的线性关系(R 2≥0.996), 检出限和定量限分别为0.02和0.05 ng/mL, 加标回收率为84.0%~119%, 相对标准偏差RSD<17.2%. 将该方法用于检测2型糖尿病患者与正常人血清样品中的咪唑丙酸, 发现在2型糖尿病患者与正常人的血清中咪唑丙酸含量存在显著性差异, 说明咪唑丙酸的准确定量对2型糖尿病具有医学诊断上的潜力.  相似文献

以氧化石墨烯(GO)作为增强光催化剂活性的调节剂, 采用一步水热法制备钼酸铋/氧化石墨烯(Bi2MoO6/GO)异质结光催化剂, 其可见光响应拓展至570 nm, 带隙能降至2.56 eV. 当mBi2MoO6/mGO=100∶1时, Bi2MoO6/GO(100∶1)光催化剂在可见光的辐射下, 对水溶液中四环素和喹诺酮类抗生素选择性的高效催化降解去除能力为Bi2MoO6的2.1倍. Bi2MoO6/GO(100∶1)光催化剂活性的提高依赖于范德华力作用下的二维Bi2MoO6纳米片-二维GO纳米片界面的紧密接触. 有效的界面接触改善了光生电子的转移和光生载流子的分离. 自由基清除实验结果表明, ?OH起主要作用. 结合高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)法对降解产物的分析, 提出了不同光催化剂催化降解恩诺沙星具有相似的降解途径和降解产物.  相似文献

4-Amino-1,2,4-triazolium nitrate (4-ATN) is an energetic and non-sensitive ionic liquid, which was introduced as a good candidate in previous works for the replacement of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) in melt-cast explosives. Since previous studies used pure nitric acid for nitration of 4-ATN, the effect of the use of low price industrial nitric acids (50 %, 70 % and 98 %) is investigated on the percent yields of 4-ATN. The thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA/DSC) are done on the synthesized 4-ATN with impure nitric acid at a heating rate of 10 K · min–1 by the vacuum system. The obtained TGA/DSC curves confirm decomposition of 4-ATN involving melting and dissociation. Derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) curves of 4-ATN at various heating rates are applied to obtain activation energy of thermolysis by several model-free techniques. The calculated activation energies are in the range 78.7–87.7 kJ · mol–1, which are about 10 kJ · mol–1 more than the reported activation energy of industrial TNT (purity 98.2 %), i.e. 66–70 kJ · mol–1. Assessments of detonation performance of 4-ATN are also compared with TNT, which show higher detonation performance of 4-ATN. Thus, 4-ATN can be used with nitramine compounds as melt-cast explosives with higher thermal stability and detonation performance than corresponding nitramine compound/TNT explosives.  相似文献

壬基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚(NCEOn)是非环境友好型壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEOn)潜在的升级换代产品。 本文采用正相高效液相色谱法(NP HPLC)测定产品中残存壬基环己醇(NC),用Weilbull法测定其中聚乙二醇(PEG)含量,用电喷雾电离质谱法评价聚氧乙烯(PEO)多分散指数(PDI),以此鉴定NCEOn的品质。 为了建立快速分析NCEOn产品中NC含量的方法,以满足跟踪检测的需求,本文筛选了反相HPLC和NP HPLC两类5种方法,并进行比较和初步条件优化,确定了用Inertsil NH2色谱柱和示差折光检测器以及乙酸乙酯为洗脱液的NP HPLC法定量分析NC,方法的回收率为91.77%~107.6%,相对标准偏差为4.46%,最低检测限为9.8 μg/mL。 经测定,NCEO7和NCEO9产品中NC的残留量分别为0.158%和0.139%,PEG质量分数为7.1%和7.3%,PDI为85.0%和88.6%,证实NCEOn产品具有NC残留量少、PEG含量低和产品PEO窄分布特征,具有在化妆品或个人洗护用品等民用产品中替代NPEOn的潜能。  相似文献

Borate is considered one of the most important additives for improving the fire-resistance of combustible polymers because of its smoke suppression, low toxicity, and good thermal stability. However, the size of prepared borate is usually in the micrometer range, which makes it difficult to disperse in a polymer matrix, thus hindering its use as fire-retardant material. The preparation and application of borate nanomaterial as flame retardant is considered an effective method. However, the preparation of barium borate nanomaterials as flame retardant has not been reported. In this paper, nanosheets and nanoribbons with different sizes for a new barium borate BaO·4B2O3·5H2O are prepared by hydrothermal method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The flame-retardant properties of polypropylene (PP)/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O composites are investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermal analysis methods and limited oxygen index (LOI) method. Considering the near TG mass losses and the near LOI values for PP with 10% prepared BaO·4B2O3·5H2O nanosheet and nanoribbon, their flame-retardant properties need to be further evaluated by non-isothermal decomposition kinetic method. The apparent activation energy for this decomposition reaction was obtained from the slope by plotting ln(β/Tp2) against 1/Tp according to Kissinger's model. With the reduction of TG mass loss, increased heat absorption in DSC under N2 atmosphere, increased apparent activation energy Ea for the thermal decomposition of PP/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O composite as well as increased LOI value, the flame-retardant performance of prepared BaO·4B2O3·5H2O samples with PP gradually improved from bulk to nanoribbon to nanosheet. This can be attributed to the decrease in the size of BaO·4B2O3·5H2O samples because the smaller sample size leads to improved dispersion and increased contact area with the polymer. The flame-retardant mechanism is discussed by analyzing the after-flame chars of the PP/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O composite in SEM images, which show that the char layer is more compact and continuous for the PP/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O nanosheet composite. The influence of loading BaO·4B2O3·5H2O nanomaterials on the mechanical properties of PP is also tested using a universal material testing machine, in which the PP/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O nanosheet composite has higher tensile strength. The PP/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O nanosheet composite has the best flame-retardant and mechanical properties, which is promising to be developed for the application as flame-retardant material.  相似文献

低成本、长寿命、高安全性、高性能且易于大规模生产的锂/钠离子电池已被证实为重要的二次储能设备。 电极材料对锂/钠电池性能与循环寿命影响极大,金属硫化物由于具有高比容量和低电势而极具潜力成为锂/钠离子电池负极材料。 在电化学循环过程中,由于金属硫化物容易产生穿梭效应和体积变化,从而电极材料结构被破坏,进一步导致电池容量衰退、稳定性降低。 本文总结了多种金属硫化物的微观结构调控策略,从三维空间构建到与其它材料的复合,增强了电极的导电性和减缓体积变化带来的负面影响,进而获得性能优异的金属硫化物负极材料。 通过对金属硫化物的结构与性能的讨论,对其研究前景进行了积极的展望。  相似文献

建立了深共熔溶剂-高效液相色谱联用提取测定环境水样中3种药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)的方法。通过优化前处理条件,3种PPCPs(氯霉素、氯苯甘醚和萘普生)利用氯化胆碱-乙二醇深共熔溶剂为提取剂,经超声功率120 W下超声波提取5 min,离心转速9000 r/min下离心10 min富集提取。采用外标法定量分析,在5.0~200.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9998。3种环境水样中PPCPs的回收率为81.4%~94.8%,相对标准偏差分别为1.5%,0.4%和0.3%。氯霉素、氯苯甘醚和萘普生的方法检出限(LODs)分别为0.9,3.3,1.6 mg/L,定量限(LOQs)分别为3.1,12.2,5.0 mg/L。方法能够满足环境水样中3种PPCPs的检测需求。  相似文献

Solvent molecules can significantly reduce the heat of detonation and stability of energetic metal-organic framework (EMOF) materials, and the development of solvent-free EMOFs has become an effective strategy to prepare high-energy density materials. In this study, a solvent-free EMOF, [Ag2(DTPZ)]n (1) (N% = 32.58%), was synthesized by reacting a high-energy ligand, 2, 3-di(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)pyrazine (H2DTPZ), with silver ions under hydrothermal conditions, and it was structurally characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and thermal analysis. In 1, the DTPZ2− ligands that adopted a highly torsional configuration bridged the Ag+ ions in an octadentate coordination mode to form a three-dimensional framework (ρ = 2.812 g∙cm−3). The large steric effect and strong coordination ability of DTPZ2− effectively prevented the solvent molecules from binding with the metal centers or occupying the voids of 1. Moreover, the strong π-π stacking interactions [centroid-centroid distance = 0.34461(1) nm] between the tetrazole rings in different DTPZ2− ligands provided a high thermal stability to the framework (Te = 619.1 K, Tp = 658.7 K). Thermal analysis showed that a one-step rapid weight loss with intense heat release primarily occurred during the decomposition of 1, suggesting potential energetic characteristics. Non-isothermal thermokinetic analyses (based on the Kissinger and Ozawa-Doyle methods) were performed using differential scanning calorimetry to obtain the thermoanalysis kinetic parameters of the thermodecomposition of 1 (Ea = 272.1 kJ·mol−1, Eo = 268.9 kJ·mol−1; lgA =19.67 s−1). The related thermodynamic parameters [enthalpy of activation (ΔH = 266.9 kJ·mol−1), entropy of activation (ΔS = 125.4 J·mol−1·K−1), free energy of activation (ΔG = 188.3 kJ·mol−1)], critical temperature of thermal explosion (Tb = 607.1 K), and self-accelerating decomposition temperature (TSADT = 595.8 K) of the decomposition reaction were also calculated based on the decomposition peak temperature and extrapolated onset temperature when the heating rate approached zero. The results revealed that 1 featured good thermal safety, and its decomposition was a non-spontaneous entropy-driven process. The standard molar enthalpy for the formation of 1 was calculated to be (2165.99 ± 0.81) kJ·mol−1 based on its constant volume combustion energy determined using a precise rotating oxygen bomb calorimeter. Detonation and safety performance tests revealed that 1 was insensitive to impact and friction, and its heat of detonation (10.15 kJ·g−1) was higher than that of common ammonium nitrate explosives, such as octogen (HMX), hexogene (RDX), and 2, 4, 6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), indicating that 1 is a promising high-energy and insensitive material.  相似文献

养殖过程中的不合理使用和滥用使得水产品中氟喹诺酮抗生素残留累积量呈递增趋势,对人类的健康造成潜在的风险。建立高效、灵敏和可靠的水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物的同时分析方法十分重要。该研究建立了加速溶剂萃取-磁固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ASE-MSPE-HPLC-MS/MS)测定水产品中沙拉沙星、氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、丹氟沙星、洛美沙星、培氟沙星、环丙沙星、依诺沙星、诺氟沙星和双氟沙星残留的检测方法。采用室温自组装法,即在室温(25 ℃)下,将氧化石墨烯和零价纳米铁储备液快速涡旋混合,磁性分离收集沉淀物,得到GO@nZVI磁性复合材料。以扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和X-射线衍射对磁性复合材料进行表征,结果显示GO@nZVI成功制备。该材料应用于MSPE净化中,ASE萃取温度为70 ℃,萃取溶剂为甲醇,萃取压力为10.34 MPa,静态萃取时间为5 min,循环萃取3次。萃取液浓缩后经MSPE有效净化后,采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(100 mm×3.0 mm, 1.8 μm)梯度洗脱分离,MS/MS电喷雾正离子(ESI+)扫描、多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定量分析。氟喹诺酮的线性范围为1~100 μg/kg,线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.9995;目标物的检出限(S/N=3)为0.02~0.29 μg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为0.07~0.98 μg/kg。所建方法成功用于黄鱼、草鱼、黑鱼、明虾和沼虾中氟喹诺酮的测定,在1倍、2倍、10倍定量限加标水平下得到的加标回收率为81.6%~105.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%~13.6%。研究表明,将ASE与MSPE有机结合,利用外部磁场实现萃取液的净化,无需离心和过滤操作,溶剂用量少,并且该方法所使用磁性萃取材料制备方法简单,具有自动化程度高、简便快速、方法灵敏度高、准确度高、重复性好等特点,可满足对水产品中FQs残留限量检测要求,具有实际应用前景。  相似文献
