用植物病毒防治剂(TheVirocideforPlant)—TS制剂喷洒感病桑树植株后,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对叶片多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶进行同功酶比较,发现处理株多酚氧化酶的酶带数和对照株相同,均为4条,但酶带位置、强弱有差异;处理株过氧化物酶有4条基本酶带,而对照株有3条酶带,处理株出现一条新酶带.处理株多酚氧化酶活性感病后期比感病初期提高1.6倍,对照株酶活性提高1倍,而过氧化物酶活性感病后期比感病初期下降60%,而对照株酶活性下降80%.用紫外分光光度计测蛋白质含量,处理组为0.3g/L,对照组为0.38g/L,表明经TS制剂处理比对照桑萎缩病的病株蛋白质含量降低.  相似文献

研究甜高粱叶片的抗逆性关系及各成分含量、发生时期、分布部位和品种表现。用不同的方法测定了甜高粱叶片抗逆性成分SOD、黄酮和Vc及各品种的主要农艺性状。证明叶片中抗逆性成分与主要农艺性状相荧性存在.而且正相关紧密,相关系数较大。Vc与产量性状达显著水平,SOD和黄酮与产量性状及品质性状均达正相关值较高。证实了SOD多分布于叶脉中.黄酮多分布于叶肉中,Vc在叶片的各部位均较多。各品种叶片中抗逆性成分表现为生育的中后期含量较高,其中抽穗期和灌浆盛期表现明显。品种以吉甜杂1号表现较优。  相似文献

Adenia viridiflora Craib. is an indigenous edible plant that became an endangered species due to limited consumption of the local population with unknown reproduction and growth conditions. The plant is used as a traditional herb; however, its health applications lack scientific-based evidence. A. viridiflora Craib. plant parts (old leaves and young shoots) from four areas as Kamphaeng Phet (KP), Muang Nakhon Ratchasima (MN), Pakchong Nakhon Ratchasima (PN), and Uthai Thani (UT) origins were investigated for phenolic compositions and in vitro health properties through the inhibition of key enzymes relevant to obesity (lipase), diabetes (α-glucosidase and dipeptidyl peptidase-IV), Alzheimer’s disease (cholinesterases and β-secretase), and hypertension (angiotensin-converting enzyme). Phenolics including p-coumaric acid, sinapic acid, naringenin, and apigenin were detected in old leaves and young shoots in all plant origins. Old leaves exhibited higher total phenolic contents (TPCs) and total flavonoid contents (TFCs), leading to higher enzyme inhibitory activities than young shoots. Besides, PN and MN with higher TPCs and TFCs tended to exhibit greater enzyme inhibitory activities than others. These results will be useful to promote this plant as a healthy food with valuable medicinal capacities to support its consumption and agricultural stimulation, leading to sustainable conservation of this endangered species.  相似文献

Three lectins were isolated from an extract of jute leaves (Chorchorus olitorius) and purified by gel filtration on Sephadex G‐50 of the 100% ammonium sulfate saturated crude extract, followed by ion‐exchange chromatography on DEAE‐cellulose were designated as JLL‐1, JLL‐2 and JLL‐3. All the lectins were homogeneous as judged by SDS‐polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis and gave single bands. The molecular weights of the three lectins were estimated by the same method were 35000, 38000 and 42000, respectively. The lectins specifically agglutinated rat red blood cells. The agglutination of JLL‐1 was inhibited by D‐mannose/D‐glucose and their derivatives, whereas D‐galactose was found to be the potent inhibitor for the agglutination of JLL‐2 and JLL‐3. The lectins were glycoprotein in nature with a neutral sugar content of 1.3%, 1.2% and 0.8% for JLL‐1, JLL‐2 and JLL‐3, respectively. The hemagglutinating activity of JLL‐2 was also investigated after the treatment of physico‐chemical agents. The lectin showed maximum activity between the range of pH 7.2–8.0 and the range of temperature of 20‐30 °C. The activity of lectin decreased after treatment with a higher concentration of acetic acid and urea. In the presence EDTA the activity was inhibited while the presence of Ca+2, Mn+2 and K+ increased the activity of the lectin moderately.  相似文献

在不影响玉米籽实产量的前提下,探讨了提前利用玉米秸秆青绿叶片的可行性.在大田玉米处于开花期和抽丝期的3个可辨识的阶段,对玉米穗位下叶片进行了不同数量的去叶处理.结果表明:去叶时间对产量影响显著,去叶数量对产量影响不显著,并且没有互作效应.在抽丝期雌穗花丝可见2~3cm时从穗位下去叶,去叶数量对产量影响不显著,特别是留8个叶片的处理与不去叶的处理产量对比差异不显著,此时去叶获得的青绿叶片其营养价值、消化率、代谢能都大于7月和8月份的羊草和收获后的干叶片.在开花后雌穗不可见时去叶,将引起严重减产.雌穗可见花丝不可见时去叶,不同处理对产量影响不同.  相似文献

A dry ashing procedure is developed for the determination of As in organic rich matrices such as wheat flour, lichen and tobacco leaves. The volatility of As during dry ashing is avoided by the addition of palladium nitrate [Pd(NO3)2]. The recovery of both As(III) and As(V) is found to be near quantitative. The residue after dry ashing is dissolved in nitric acid (HNO3) and analysed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The process blank and limit of detection (LOD) are 11 and 6.6 ng g−1, respectively. The procedure is applied for the determination of As in certified reference materials namely wheat flour NIST SRM 1567a (National Institute of Standards and Technology Standard Reference Material), lichen BCR CRM 482 (Institute for Reference Materials, European Commission) and Virginia tobacco leaves CTA-VTL-2 (Poland Academy of Sciences). The results obtained by the present procedure are in good agreement with the certified values and also determined after complete dissolution of samples using closed microwave digestion.  相似文献

建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同采收期山楂叶中微量元素的半定量分析模式。结果表明,不同采收期山楂叶可测定的28种微量元素中,Mg、Si、K、Ca、Na、Al、Mn、Fe、Sr和Ba为主要元素。Zn、Rb、Sc、Li、Ge、In和Bi的含量随叶的生长逐渐下降,而Zr、Sn、Sb和Th与之相反,其它元素基本没有变化。该法简单、选择性强、灵敏度高、定量准确,适用于不同采收期山楂叶中微量元素测定,为全面控制山楂叶质量提供依据,也为合理开发和利用山楂叶提供借鉴。  相似文献
