目的给出效应代数的表示及弱表示的定义,研究幂集和布尔代数的可表示性。方法用效应代数表示的定义及效应代数中态射的性质得出结论。结果证明了E是可表示的,则E是弱可表示的;若E是弱可表示的,则由E到Hilbert空间效应代数的强态射诱导的效应代数是可表示的;布尔代数格同构和效应代数同构是一致的。结论幂集作为一个效应代数是可表示的,任何有限布尔代数是可表示的效应代数。

In a pushout-pullback diagram,which consists of four morphisms f : A → B,g : A → C,α : C → D and β : B → D,we give some relations among the covers of these four modules.If kerf ∈ I(L ),then g : A → C is L -covering if and only if β : B → D is L -covering.If every module has an L -precover and kerf ∈ I(L ),then A and C have isomorphic L -precovers if and only if B and D have isomorphic L -precovers.     

Interior Operators and Topological Connectedness

Abstract

A categorical notion of interior operator is used in topology to define connectedness and disconnectedness with respect to an interior operator. A commutative diagram of Galois connections is used to show a relationship between these notions and Arhangelskii and Wiegandt's notions of connectedness and disconnectedness with respect to a subclass of topological spaces. Examples are included.     

Extra Theory Morphisms for Institutions: Logical Semantics for Multi-Paradigm Languages

We extend the ordinary concept of theory morphism in institutions to extra theory morphisms. Extra theory morphisms map theories belonging to different institutions across institution morphisms. We investigate the basic mathematical properties of extra theory morphisms supporting the semantics of logical multi-paradigm languages, especially structuring specifications (module systems) á la OBJ-Clear. They include model reducts, free constructions (liberality), co-limits, model amalgamation (exactness), and inclusion systems.We outline a general logical semantics for languages whose semantics satisfy certain logical principles by extending the institutional semantics developed within the Clear-OBJ tradition. Finally, in the Appendix, we briefly illustrate this with the concrete example of CafeOBJ.     

Liouville type theorems for p-harmonic maps

Let M be a complete Riemannian manifold and let N be a Riemannian manifold of non-positive sectional curvature. Assume that at all x∈M and at some point x₀∈M, where μ₀>0 is the least eigenvalue of the Laplacian acting on L²-functions on M. Let 2?q?p. Then any q-harmonic map of finite q-energy is constant. Moreover, if N is a Riemannian manifold of non-positive scalar curvature, then any q-harmonic morphism of finite q-energy is constant.     

Frobenius morphisms and stable module categories of repetitive algebras

Let k be the algebraic closure of a finite field F_q and A be a finite dimensional k-algebra with a Frobenius morphism F.In the present paper we establish a relation between the stable module category of the repetitive algebra  of A and that of the repetitive algebra of the fixed-point algebra A~F.As an application,it is shown that the derived category of A~F is equivalent to the subcategory of F-stable objects in the derived category of A when A has a finite global dimension.
