Schatten properties,nuclearity and minimality of phase shift invariant spaces

We extend Feichtinger's minimality property on the smallest non-trivial time-frequency shift invariant Banach space, to the quasi-Banach case. Analogous properties are deduced for certain matrix spaces.We use these results to prove that the pseudo-differential operator $\mathrm{Op}(a)$ is a Schatten-q operator from $M^{\infty }$ to $M^p$ and r-nuclear operator from $M^{\infty }$ to $M^r$ when $a\in M^r$ for suitable p, q and r in $(0,\infty ]$.     

浅析嵇康“越名教而任自然”的道德意蕴

嵇康是魏晋时期著名的思想家之一。在司马氏利用名教控制天下的情况下，嵇康提出“越名教而任自然”的主张来反对虚伪名教的束缚，提倡个性解放，主张万物要遵循自然规律与法则，顺应其自然本性发展。实际上嵇康并不是反对一切道德和名教，而是通过“任自然”来回归到原初时代。顺应自然和人之性情的名教，是要超越现在而回归过去无欲、无贪的状态。     

An optimal perturbation bound

Cai and Zhang establish separate perturbation bounds for distances with spectral and Frobenius norms (Cai T, Zhang A. Rate‐optimal perturbation bounds for singular subspaces with applications to high‐dimensional statistics. The Annals of Statistics. 2018; Vol. 46, No. 1: 60?89). We extend their theorem to each unitarily invariant norm. It turns out that our estimation is optimal as well.     

Using polarizable POSSIM force field and fuzzy‐border continuum solvent model to calculate pKa shifts of protein residues

Our Fuzzy‐Border (FB) continuum solvent model has been extended and modified to produce hydration parameters for small molecules using POlarizable Simulations Second‐order Interaction Model (POSSIM) framework with an average error of 0.136 kcal/mol. It was then used to compute pK _a shifts for carboxylic and basic residues of the turkey ovomucoid third domain (OMTKY3) protein. The average unsigned errors in the acid and base pK _a values were 0.37 and 0.4 pH units, respectively, versus 0.58 and 0.7 pH units as calculated with a previous version of polarizable protein force field and Poisson Boltzmann continuum solvent. This POSSIM/FB result is produced with explicit refitting of the hydration parameters to the pK _a values of the carboxylic and basic residues of the OMTKY3 protein; thus, the values of the acidity constants can be viewed as additional fitting target data. In addition to calculating pK _a shifts for the OMTKY3 residues, we have studied aspartic acid residues of Rnase Sa. This was done without any further refitting of the parameters and agreement with the experimental pK _a values is within an average unsigned error of 0.65 pH units. This result included the Asp79 residue that is buried and thus has a high experimental pK _a value of 7.37 units. Thus, the presented model is capable or reproducing pK _a results for residues in an environment that is significantly different from the solvated protein surface used in the fitting. Therefore, the POSSIM force field and the FB continuum solvent parameters have been demonstrated to be sufficiently robust and transferable. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

道德法则是德性的纲维——康德的道德教育原则及方法探微

在康德看来,道德教育必须秉承精确的原则和正确的方法。道德教育的核心是建立一种思维方式,即思入本体,体认自由和道德法则的实在性,并使之成为德性的纲维。道德教育不能采取培养道德习惯、道德情感和以幸福作为最高原理的方法,而应该引导和启发受教者逐渐获得经过一再提纯的原理,以道德法则直接决定自己意志的动机,而不使之杂入任何经验成分。这对当今的道德教育有极大的借鉴意义。     

孟子廉政思想的当代价值探析

胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上的讲话中指出":要大力推进文化传承创新。"党的十七届六中全会提出:"要深入开展反腐倡廉教育。"孟子的思想产生于社会动荡不安、社会制度更替的大背景下,在其政治思想的基础上,他从廉的价值取向、权力源泉到为官之德等方面提出了自己的看法。当前,我国改革正处于深水区,新旧体制的转换不可能一蹴而就,在这个过程中,不可避免地出现了某些不协调甚至无序的状态,腐败现象也随之滋生蔓延。在大力推进反腐倡廉建设的今天,孟子的廉政思想有重要的借鉴意义。     

试论知性德育在我国的兴起、贡献及其局限

本文回顾了我国的德育发展史,重点介绍了知性德育的引进及其地位的确立过程,肯定了知性德育的历史贡献,指出了其不足与局限,同时在一定程度上澄清了人们对知性德育的误解与误用,提出了应对知性德育进行重新认识和辩证对待的意见,以供德育决策者和实践者思考。     

论加强公务员廉耻教育

作为国家公职人员,公务员不仅是社会公共事务的管理者,更代表着政府和国家形象,因此,知廉耻是我国公务员的基本道德要求。改革开放后,虽然党和政府重视公务员的廉耻教育,但效果并不令人满意。在新形势下,我们必须探明公务员廉耻教育缺失的原因,有针对性地通过开展社会主义核心价值观教育、丰富廉耻教育的内容和形式、加强法制建设、健全监督机制等四个方面来解决公务员廉耻教育存在的问题,从而培养公务员正确的廉耻观和荣辱观,提高其道德水准。     

农业院校学生农村就业的利与弊

在当今社会竞争如此激烈的大环境下,高校毕业生的规模又如此的庞大,就业的压力越来越大,有一种呼声:农业院校的毕业生到农村就业是唯一途径,这种声音普遍受到社会和人们的关注。其实现在的农业院校并非以前仅仅是农业专业,因经济全球化的快速发展让农业院校在专业方向的建设上也开始多元化。再且,由于现在的毕业生都是80后、90后,去农村就业有利有弊,所以农村并不是农业院校毕业生的唯一出路。
