基于灰度曲面匹配的虹膜识别方法

目前的虹膜识别都是采用在图像上提取特征点,并将特征点编码为固定长度的特征数据用于匹配的方式。这种方式使虹膜识别系统易受攻击。为了进一步提高虹膜识别系统的安全性和识别速度,提出了一种基于灰度曲面匹配的虹膜识别方法。该方法抛弃了特征提取和编码等传统操作,在特征分析的基础上直接利用了灰度曲面匹配的思想,首先对两幅图像中的像素灰度做差,得到灰度差曲面,然后求出该灰度差曲面的方差。将此方差作为衡量两个虹膜特征曲面之间距离的依据,并据此判定两个虹膜是否来自同一只眼睛。在给定阈值为40的前提下,正确识别率为96.89%,识别时间为53.2 ms。实验结果证明,该方法识别准确率高,识别速度快。     

医用物理学课程翻转课堂的教学改革与实践

在2018级临床医学专业医用物理学课程中进行翻转课堂试点教学,对学生考试成绩进行了统计与分析,在学时减半的情况下,进行翻转课堂教学班级的平均分略高于传统教学班级的平均分.翻转课堂为先进的教学方法,主要培养学生自主学习能力,调动学生学习的积极性,可以大范围推广使用.     

Techniques and Algorithms for Hepatic Vessel Skeletonization in Medical Images: A Survey

Hepatic vessel skeletonization serves as an important means of hepatic vascular analysis and vessel segmentation. This paper presents a survey of techniques and algorithms for hepatic vessel skeletonization in medical images. We summarized the latest developments and classical approaches in this field. These methods are classified into five categories according to their methodological characteristics. The overview and brief assessment of each category are provided in the corresponding chapters, respectively. We provide a comprehensive summary among the cited publications, image modalities and datasets from various aspects, which hope to reveal the pros and cons of every method, summarize its achievements and discuss the challenges and future trends.

桑色素络合荧光分光光度法测定中药材中铝的含量

以桑色素为络合剂,采用荧光分光光度法测定了10种中药材中铝的含量。结果表明,样品中铝在0.25~2.50μmol/L的范围内荧光强度与含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),该法准确、简便,适用于中药材中铝含量的测定。各中药材之间对铝的累积存在明显差异亦应引起重视。

在医患关系十分紧张的今天,提高医生医德素养显得尤为重要。要提高医生医德素养就必须从医科学生入手,在医科学生刚进行医学教育时就加以医德教育,首先分析了医科学生医德教育现状,其次针对当今医科学生医德教育滞后提出了一些解决的方案,希望能够通过这些方法来加强医科学生医德教育。     

Isometric crystallization of stretched poly(e-caprolactone) sheets for medical applications

Low melting temperature thermoplastic sheets based on poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL) can be formed directly on the patient and are used as immobilization device (mask) in the radiation therapy. The immobilization mask is allowed to harden in isometric conditions on the body at room temperature. A new method for isometric crystallization kinetics of thermoplastic polymer sheets is developed using a tensile-strength instrument. The isometric crystallization method allows investigating the shrinkage force on time of crystallization of stretched samples of thermoplastic polymer sheets or immobilization medical devices. The dependence of the shrinkage force on time is described by Avrami equation and the kinetics parameters of isometric crystallization are calculated. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

一种新型可降解蓝光固化医用粘合剂的合成及其性能研究

临床外科手术缝合费时费力,且容易留下疤痕,医用粘合剂为解决这些问题提供了一种有效手段。本文基于在生物材料领域广泛应用的可降解材料聚癸二酸甘油酯（PGS）,研制了一种新型的可降解蓝光固化医用粘合剂。以PGS为基体与甲基丙烯酸（2-异氰基乙基）酯反应制得聚癸二酸甘油酯接枝甲基丙烯酸（2-异氰基乙基）酯（PGS-IM）粘结剂,其结构和性能经¹H NMR, ATR-FTIR, TGA和DSC表征。并测试了其蓝光固化后的粘结性能,考察了其生物相容性。结果显示：PGS-IM的玻璃化转变温度为-30.6 ℃;玻璃和PET板的粘结强度分别为0.84±0.12 MPa和0.39±0.07 MPa。 RAECs培养实验显示其具有良好的生物相容性。
