浅论承揽合同与雇佣合同的区分规则

我国《合同法》对承揽合同作了专章规定，但对雇佣合同未予明确。根据传统理论，涉及不动产的雇佣合同，往往与承揽合同难以区分。《物权法（草案）》没有对我国的不动产范围明确规定。实践中，只有做到对涉及不动产的承揽与（雇佣）合同进行正确有效的判别，方能保护当事人的合法利益，体现社会公平、正义。以一个具体案件为例，建立起雇佣合同和承揽合同的区分体系，并阐述了区分两类合同的实践意义。     

新世纪卫生防疫站图书馆服务工作浅析

针对目前卫生防疫系统图书馆存在的观念落后、专业人才缺乏、发展不均衡等问题，提出了应采取相应对策，更新服务手段和提高服务质量，使卫生防疫站图书馆的运行跟上时代前进的步伐。     

GIS的大比例尺数字测图方法分析与改进

分析比较了目前城市大比例尺数字化测图中的两种主要方法的优缺点，即电子平板法与全站仪配草图法。为实现数字化地形图中不连续线、面状符号及复杂线状符号向GIS的自动化导入，针对电子平板法提出了基础线的概念。对全站仪草图法，提出在全站仪上加挂微型计算机，并用常规摄像方法代替草图。还对测量用三角架、预埋棱镜测量及测量控制点提出了改进设想。     

DGPS for outdoor mobile Robots by a wireless LAN

With the cancellation of SA in 2000, the precision of GPS has been improved, widening the field of GPS applications. This range of applications includes the measurement of the position of mobile robots. Because the precision of point positioning by GPS is approximately 22mCEP, positioning such objects as automatically controlled oil tankers can be done with good results. However in the case of mobile robots the size of a human, point positioning does not provide enough precision. But with a differential system, utilization involves obtaining information through radio networks, and international agreements written into law determine the radio frequencies that are permitted for use by citizens. For that reason the selection of radio equipment is a very difficult problem for DGPS. In Japan one radio system attracting attention recently is the wireless LAN System, using IEEE802.11b. It is on the 2.4 GHz band, which is available without license, and functions on TCP/IP protocol. This report describes the experimental results of position measurement for a mobile robot using a wireless LAN to send data from a reference station to the robot. We examined what radio transmissions could be used effectively by the LAN.

Stability of Fluid Networks with Proportional Routing

In this paper we investigate the stability of a class of two-station multiclass fluid networks with proportional routing. We obtain explicit necessary and sufficient conditions for the global stability of such networks. By virtue of a stability theorem of Dai [14], these results also give sufficient conditions for the stability of a class of related multiclass queueing networks. Our study extends the results of Dai and VandeVate [19], who provided a similar analysis for fluid models without proportional routing, which arise from queueing networks with deterministic routing. The models we investigate include fluid models which arise from a large class of two-station queueing networks with probabilistic routing. The stability conditions derived turn out to have an appealing intuitive interpretation in terms of virtual stations and push-starts which were introduced in earlier work on multiclass networks.     

Atomically Dispersed Main Group Magnesium on Cadmium Sul-fide as the Active Site for Promoting Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution Catalysis

Photoabsorption charge separation/transfer and surface reaction are the three main factors influencing the efficiency of photocatalysis.Band structure engineering has been extensively applied to improve the light absorption of photocatalysts,however,most of the developed photocatalysts still suffer from low photocatalytic performance due to the limited active site(s)and fast recombination of photogenerated charge carriers.In this work,atomically dispersed main group magnesium(Mg)is introduced onto CdS monodispersed nanospheres,which greatly enhances the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction.The photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction rate reaches 30.6 mmol·gcatalyst^-1·h^-1,which is about 11.8 and 2.5 times that of pure CdS and Pt(2 wt.%)-CdS.The atomically dispersed Mg on CdS acts as an electron sink to trap photogenerated electrons,and at the same time,greatly reduces the Gibbs free energy of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and accelerates HER.

分析了水电厂动能参数在线监测系统的功能和要求,提出了基于ＲＳ－４８５网络的水电厂动能参数监测系统的硬件结构和软件配置,通过监测子系统的设计,介绍了面向对象的软件设计方法。该系统可提高水电厂经济运行管理水平,特别适合于在有调节能力的水电厂推广应用。     

岩体三维主干裂隙网络渗流模型

渗流分析是水电工程中一项重要的研究内容,大坝周转岩体的渗流通道大多为裂隙网络,用连续介质渗流模型难以解决这一问题,针对岩体主干裂隙网络渗流特征,建立了岩体三维主干裂隙风络渗流模型,运用有限元数值方法,结合算例分析了坝基岩体主干裂隙网络渗流问题,理论解与有限元解元解的比较结果表明,岩体三维主干裂隙网络渗流模型及其有限元算法是有效而实用的。
