针对水下椭球粒子,以声散射理论为基础,采用分波序列的方法,建立了椭球粒子声辐射力的理论计算模型。进而根据声辐射力计算公式,以刚性椭球粒子和液体椭球粒子为例,计算并分析不同Bessel波束作用下椭球粒子的轴向声辐射力函数特征。数值仿真计算结果表明,对于刚性椭球粒子,扁平椭球粒子相对于细长椭球粒子更有助于激发负声辐射力;对于液体椭球粒子,细长椭球粒子相对于扁平椭球粒子更加容易产生负声辐射力;对于不同介质的椭球粒子,不同的入射波束激发的负声辐射力的效果也存在明显的差异。该结果为复杂的尺寸和介质粒子声操控技术提供了理论的可行性。 相似文献

It was a long-cherished dream for chemists to take a direct look at chemical bonding, a fundamental component of chemistry. This dream was finally accomplished by the state-of-the-art noncontact atomic force microscopy (NC-AFM) equipped with qPlus force sensors and carbon monoxide (CO) functionalized tips. The resolved interconnectivity between atoms and molecules in NC-AFM frequency shift images is interpreted as chemical bonding, providing essential knowledge of the bond length, bond angle and even bond order. The featured contrast of different chemical bonds can serve as fingerprints for further interpretation of chemical structures toward unknown species synthesized on surfaces. This breakthrough enriches characterization tools for surface science and brings our understanding of on-surface reactions to a new level. Beyond bond imaging, the application of NC-AFM has been extended to quantifying interatomic interactions, identifying three-dimensional nanostructures, manipulating molecules and reactions, as well as determining molecular electronic characteristics. Moreover, some recent efforts address the improvement of the usability and versatility of the bond-resolved NC-AFM technique, including high-resolution molecular investigation on bulk insulators, application-specific tip modification, stable bond imaging above liquid helium temperature and autonomous experimentation implemented by artificial intelligence. 相似文献

In the present work, we report the fabrication of stable composite of chitosan hydrogels (CHI) on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) using a simple ultrasonic-assisted method. Also, rod-like hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (HA NPs) were synthesised using a hydrothermal route and were incorporated into the highly conductive MWCNT-CHI scaffolds using an ultrasonication method. The functionalization of MWCNT and preparation of HA NPs on MWCNT-CHI nanocomposite were done using the sonication over the frequency of 37 kHz with the ultrasonic power capable of 150 W (Elmasonic Easy 60H bath sonicator). The resulting hybrid HA NPs/MWCNT-CHI nanocomposites have an excellent surface area and high surface to volume ratio, which leads to the sensitive detection of nitrofurantoin than pristine MWCNT and HA NPs. The complete elemental and morphological analyses of the HA NPs/MWCNT-CHI nanocomposites were characterised by XRD, FTIR, RAMAN, FESEM, TEM, EDX, and elemental mapping techniques. Electrochemical analysis of the HA NPs/MWCNT-CHI nanocomposites was carried out by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and amperometry methods. The modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) of HA NPs/MWCNT-CHI nanocomposites exhibit the nitrofurantoin detection activity at the linear range of 0.005–982.1 µM with the detection limit of 1.3 nM. The synergistic electrocatalytic activity of HA NPs/MWCNT-CHI nanocomposites modified GCE is correlated to the sensitivity of 0.16 µAµM−1 cm−2 with excellent precision and accuracy towards the sensing of nitrofurantoin. 相似文献

The atomic force microscopy (AFM)-based repeated nanomachining of nanochannels on silicon oxide surfaces is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. The relationships of the initial nanochannel depth vs. final nanochannel depth at a normal force are systematically studied. Using the derived theory and simulation results, the final nanochannel depth can be predicted easily. Meanwhile, if a nanochannel with an expected depth needs to be machined, a right normal force can be selected simply and easily in order to decrease the wear of the AFM tip. The adsorption of DNA molecules on mica surface and the following desorption of DNA molecules at ethanol-mica interface were studied using atomic force microscopy. By changing DNA concentration, different morphologies on mica surface have been observed. A very uniform and orderly monolayer of DNA molecules was constructed on the mica surface with a DNA concentration of 30 ng/μL. When the samples were immersed into ethanol for about 15 min, various desorption degree of DNA from mica (0-99%) was achieved. It was found that with the increase of DNA concentration, the desorption degree of DNA from the mica at ethanol-mica interface decreased. And when the uniform and orderly DNA monolayers were formed on the mica surface, almost no DNA molecule desorbed from the mica surface in this process. The results indicated that the uniform and orderly DNA monolayer is one of the most stable DNA structures formed on the mica surface. In addition, we have studied the structure change of DNA molecules after desorbed from the mica surface with atomic force microscopy, and found that the desorption might be ascribed to the ethanol-induced DNA condensation. 相似文献

利用反射式近红外传感器、无线电收/发模块及四合一功能组合计数集成电路等器件,研究了无线遥控红外线计数器。当有产品通过红外线检测区域时,就会有一部分红外光信号经产品反射回来,被与红外线发射管同排安装的光敏接收管收到并转换成同频率的电信号,再经红外传感器模块内电路进行放大、比较处理,输出高电平信号,启动发射机工作。接收机收到发射机发来的无线遥控编码信号后,再经解调、解码电路处理,输出编码脉冲,对此脉冲信号进行计数,就实现了对产品的统计。整个系统为模块化结构,具有安装容易、抗震能力强、传输距离远、工作稳定、计数准确、高亮度数字显示等特点。可用于重工业、轻纺工业、食品工业、农牧业一些设备或流水线上对产量或流量进行遥控计数。 相似文献
