论二阶电路的谐振频率

本文在二阶电路传输函数的基础上讨论了它的固有频率与输出响应峰值频率的关系和固有频率与输入电流电压同相频率关系,发现二阶电路的谐振频率不是零输入电抗的频率,而是它的固有频率．但在调谐实践中以输出响应的峰值频率作为谐振指示是合适的．     

洪涝灾害中情绪反应的调查与研究

本研究运用自编《洪涝灾害中的情绪反应调查表》对安徽省四个特重灾区的160名受灾者进行了调查分析,主要研究洪涝灾害中情绪反应类型及其强度,探讨影响情绪反应强度的因素,考察情绪反应与受灾者的智力活动、个性特征、适应能力诸因素的相关性,从而提出洪涝灾害中情绪反应的干预策略,旨在为提高我国的防灾、抗灾、救灾工作水平并减少灾害给受灾者造成的心身影响提供科学的心理依据。     

RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN X—H STRETCHING OVERTONE FREQUENCIES AND BOND LENGTHS/BOND ANGLES

A relationship between the X-H (X = N, O, C, and so on) equilibrium bond length in a Morse oscillator and the X-H stretching overtone frequency shifts is obtained theoretically. We use the equation to discuss the empirical linear relationships that have been proposed for heterocyclics, alkanes and fluorinated benzenes. On the other hand, a unified relationship between the X-H bond angles and the experimental quantities (ω(?) and the coupling strength λ) is also presented for XH2, XH, and XH4 molecules or molecular fragments. Calculations of X-H bond angles for a number of molecules show that the results from our equations are in excellent agreement with the experimental values. Also we can extract the information of relative magnitude of bond coupling force field.     

Conformation of Tax-response elements in the human T-cell leukemia virus type I promoter

Background: HTLV I Tax is believed to activate viral gene expression by binding bZIP proteins (such as CRIB) and increasing their affinities for proviral THE target sites. Each 21 by THE target site contains an imperfect copy of the intrinsically bent CRE target site (the TRE core) surrounded by highly conserved flanking sequences. These flanking sequences are essential for maximal increases in DNA affinity and transactivation, but they are not, apparently, contacted by protein. Here we employ non-denaturing gel electrophoresis to evaluate TRE conformation in the presence and absence of bZIP proteins, and to explore the role of DNA conformation in viral transactivation.Results: Our results show that the TRE-1 flanking sequences modulate the structure and modestly increase the affinity of a CREB bZIP peptide for the TRE-1 core recognition sequence. These flanking sequences are also essential for a maximal increase in stability of the CREB-DNA complex in the presence of Tax.Conclusions: The CRE-like TRE core and the TRE flanking sequences are both essential for formation of stable CRIB-TRE-1 and Tax-CREB-TRE-1 complexes. These two DNA segments may have co-evolved into a unique structure capable of recognizing Tax and a bZIP protein.     

弹壳静电分布对引信微带天线性能的影响

用均匀带电圆筒模拟带电弹壳分析了弹壳静电分布对微带天线谐振频率、方向图和增益的影响.首先,采用拉普拉斯方程法推导了均匀带电圆筒空间远场计算公式.然后,运用唯一性定理和场的迭加原理得到了合成场远场计算公式.最后,根据理论分析所得到的结果利用Matlab计算了微带天线辐射方向图,并分析了微带天线辐射方向图随着圆筒不同带电量的变化情况.     

一种低能耗污水处理技术

为研究低能耗污水处理技术,采用ABR(厌氧折流板)酸化反应器-两级人工湿地工艺处理生活污水.试验结果表明,本工艺对COD、BOD5、TN和TP平均去除率分别为92%、98%、29%、和64%,出水可以达到国家一级排放标准.该工艺适用于南方小城镇地区的污水分散处理.     

如何实现应变传感器的高精度检测

应变传感器的信号非常微弱,其幅度甚至小于干扰信号,因而必须通过精密检测电路抑制干扰。应变传感器信号具有其物理极限,利用载频技术实现了信号最大化。通过作为感应信号源的高精度感应分频器和自动校准的周期数可得到很高的增益稳定性。采用高精度检测单元和通用宽频带放大器系统可以高分辨率、高稳定性、有效地抑制和衰减干扰信号与不期望的动态信号,实现高精度检测。     

低频弯张换能器指向性数值计算及实验测试

应用亥姆霍兹积分方程与有限元方法，建立了换能器在水中的振动方程，导出了换能器辐射声场指向性公式．实验结果表明，在谐振频率1．16kHz处，换能器水平面上的辐射指向性呈现各向均匀分布的特点，这与理论计算结果一致．

一种基于PLC的滴灌遥控系统的实现方法

本系统在滴灌水网的控制节点处加装无线通讯单元实现了对全系统的远动功能.滴灌控制装置主要由PLC、无线数传电台/遥控模块、交流变频器、远传压力表组成.通过PLC控制数传电台和遥控模块,成功地实现了数传电台及遥控模块间的无线通讯,使得滴灌系统中各节点协调工作.
